About the Team
ETI’s Storage Infrastructure team is responsible for the core storage layer that underpins many of ETI's stateful services. Our scope ranges from managing the physical hardware to operating the distributed databases and storage systems built upon it. We run this infrastructure globally across Cloudflare's network, which presents unique and complex engineering puzzles. We navigate efficiently expanding storage capacity, optimizing rebuild operations, and coordinating operations across failure domains to uphold durability. While other service teams focus on product development, our mission is to ensure the underlying storage is reliable, performant, and scalable.
You’ll be joining a highly motivated team that is building the next generation of distributed storage services.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will help build and operate the next generation of globally distributed storage systems. You will own your code from inception to release, delivering solutions at all layers of the stack. On any given day, you might write a design document for a new provisioning system, model failure domain dependencies across edge locations, benchmark new storage hardware, build standardized observability and runbooks for distributed database clusters, or automate operational toil through purpose-built tooling and intelligent automation. You can expect to interact with a variety of languages and technologies including Rust, Go, Saltstack, and Terraform.
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge, and experience
- Strong programming skills with languages like Rust, Go, or Python
- A solid understanding of distributed systems concepts such as consistency, consensus, data replication, fault tolerance, and partition tolerance
- Experience with distributed databases and storage systems
- Experience with infrastructure configuration tooling and infrastructure as code
- Familiarity with storage fundamentals: block devices, filesystems, SSD characteristics
- Experience building and maintaining high-throughput, low-latency systems
- Understanding of network fundamentals as they relate to distributed storage -- bandwidth constraints, latency tradeoffs, cross-datacenter replication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions clearly
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and evolving priorities

Position Overview
Woolpert is hiring a Senior Engineer Project Manager to join our dynamic Aviation Team. This position reports to our Aviation leadership team and is responsible for leading and managing the design, planning, and delivery of aviation and airfield improvement projects. This role oversees technical document preparation, directs multidisciplinary teams, coordinates with stakeholders such as TxDOT and airport sponsors, and ensures projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate brings strong civil engineering expertise, robust project management experience, and familiarity with FAA regulations and advisory circulars.
We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.
Qualified candidates may be eligible for a signing bonus of up to $8,000 based on experience and role alignment. Bonus eligibility is contingent upon 12 months of service and must be repaid if the employee leaves the company within one year of hire.
What You Will Do:
Project Leadership & Management
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for aviation and airfield engineering projects from conception through completion. Lead the development of construction plans, technical specifications, contract documents, and specialized engineering reports in alignment with FAA, TxDOT, and sponsor requirements. Establish clearly defined project scopes, prepare detailed fee proposals, and proactively manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Monitor project performance using earned value metrics, milestone tracking, and forecasting tools, identifying risks early and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Ensure consistency and quality across deliverables through structured QA/QC processes and adherence to applicable engineering standards, FAA Advisory Circulars, and best practices in airfield planning, pavement design, grading, geometry, and safety areas.
- Facilitate kickoff meetings, progress reviews, design workshops, and internal coordination sessions to maintain alignment across stakeholders and team members. Prepare and deliver accurate monthly invoicing, financial updates, and comprehensive Project Status Reports (PSRs) that outline progress, issues, and recommended actions. Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical oversight to project engineers and designers, supporting professional development and strengthening the aviation group’s overall technical capabilities.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for airport sponsors, TxDOT, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and schedules, document decisions, and ensure clear and timely communication to maintain project alignment. Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive engagement, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
Documentation & Compliance
- Review sponsor-provided documents, including as-built drawings and prior design reports. Coordinate with subconsultants for surveying, geotechnical investigations, environmental studies, and specialized technical services. Ensure project documentation complies with federal, state, and local requirements, including FAA grant processes, environmental regulations, and permitting rules.
Bidding & Construction Support
- Manage the bidding process by organizing pre-bid meetings, issuing addenda, responding to contractor inquiries, and evaluating proposals. Provide construction-phase support through site visits, review of change orders, coordination with contractors, and monitoring of field activities to uphold quality standards and design intent.
Project Close-Out
- Review and approve final engineering drawings, compile project cost summaries, and participate in final inspections with TxDOT and project sponsors. Ensure all close-out documentation is delivered accurately and in accordance with sponsor and regulatory requirements.
Client & Team Management
- Lead cross-functional internal and external teams through project execution. Strengthen client relationships by identifying opportunities during proposals, RFP/RFQ processes, and ongoing engagements. Partner with management to evaluate client satisfaction, manage project risks, and support the overall financial health of the aviation practice. Provide direction, mentorship, and performance support to junior staff.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years of project management experience in aviation and airfield design
- Familiarity with FAA Advisory Circulars and federal aviation regulations preferred
- Proficiency in AutoDesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related engineering software
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solution Architect, AI / Cloudflare Developer Platform
As a Solution Architect, Cloudflare AI / Developer Platform and a member of the sales team, you will help customers understand the value proposition of the Cloudflare Developer Platform and demonstrate how to effectively build applications with our products.
Every day as a Solution Architect is different. You will utilize both technical and business skills to advise customers and sales teams, support strategic opportunities, architect innovative solutions, and develop proofs of concept / demonstrations. Your technical knowledge of Cloudflare’s products and system design will be vital to designing solutions that meet our customers’ needs and expectations.
Serving as a trusted technical advisor, Solution Architects guide and enable clients, partners, and teams within Cloudflare on product capabilities, positioning and competitive intelligence. You will form a tight feedback loop with product, product marketing, and technical pre-sales to refine and evolve our products.
The ideal candidate possesses a consultative mindset, demonstrable success working with customers, and deep, practical knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud architecture, and experience building on a distributed serverless platform. No matter your background, you have natural curiosity and desire to solve problems, achieve goals, and design the most elegant and efficient solutions to address client needs. A successful Solution Architect at Cloudflare is able to act as a trusted advisor for our customers, while balancing the technical and business needs of the role – actively building and regularly presenting technical solutions to varied audiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales organization to drive revenue, new customers and pipeline of AI and Developer Platform solutions.
- Lead technical discovery with customers and jointly architect best practice solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing to drive developer platform revenue and customer adoption.
- Present to strategic customers as an expert of our Developer Platform solutions.
- Align Director and C-Level perceived business and technical value with Cloudflare developer solutions.
- Provide succinct feedback to cross-functional teams to deliver relevant Developer content, use cases, customer stories, and data driven value propositions.
Skill Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling or supporting technical sales in the cloud computing industry.
- Deep technical expertise across cloud infrastructure and AI/ML — you have built production systems that combine both as a solutions engineer, entrepreneur, or solution architect.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one major public cloud provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Practical knowledge and experience designing systems. You have built and deployed a production web application either professionally or as a hobbyist and are able to clearly articulate the design and explain the considerations / trade-offs. You are able to hear a clear, non-technical description of an application, ask clarifying questions, and quickly design a high-level, conceptual architecture.
- Software development experience delivering full-stack applications, preferably using modern JavaScript frameworks, a variety of databases, and Serverless tooling. Experience building with modern coding assistants.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows (branching, versioning, CI/CD practices, system integrations).
- Knowledge of key market players/competitors in the cloud computing, AI and storage spaces.
- Up to 30% travel.
Other desirable skills areas include:
- You’ve built something on Cloudflare Workers.
- AWS Solutions Architect or GCP Cloud Architect certifications.
- Providing structured customer feedback to influence product direction.

This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation under Cloudflare’s Sales Compensation Plan. The estimated annual salary range includes the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role under the Sales Compensation Plan.

As a Solution Architect, Cloudflare AI / Developer Platform and a member of the sales team, you will help customers understand the value proposition of the Cloudflare Developer Platform and demonstrate how to effectively build applications with our products.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales organization to drive revenue, new customers and pipeline of AI and Developer Platform solutions.
- Lead technical discovery with customers and jointly architect best practice solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing to drive developer platform revenue and customer adoption.
- Present to strategic customers as an expert of our Developer Platform solutions.
- Align Director and C-Level perceived business and technical value with Cloudflare developer solutions.
- Provide succinct feedback to cross-functional teams to deliver relevant Developer content, use cases, customer stories, and data driven value propositions.
Skill Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling or supporting technical sales in the cloud computing industry.
- Deep technical expertise across cloud infrastructure and AI/ML — you have built production systems that combine both as a solutions engineer, entrepreneur, or solution architect.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one major public cloud provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Practical knowledge and experience designing systems. You have built and deployed a production web application either professionally or as a hobbyist and are able to clearly articulate the design and explain the considerations / trade-offs. You are able to hear a clear, non-technical description of an application, ask clarifying questions, and quickly design a high-level, conceptual architecture.
- Software development experience delivering full-stack applications, preferably using modern JavaScript frameworks, a variety of databases, and Serverless tooling. Experience building with modern coding assistants.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows (branching, versioning, CI/CD practices, system integrations).
- Knowledge of key market players/competitors in the cloud computing, AI and storage spaces.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
As part of the construction team, an EPC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the output of Neuralink construction projects meets the technical requirements and specifications created during design development. When a challenge arises during construction, an EPC Engineer is expected to identify the roadblock, determine potential solutions, assemble stakeholders, and ensure that the solution is implemented as per design specifications or create a design that can be used to implement a solution. An EPC Engineer:
- Leads:
- Inspections and quality control during construction
- Contractor scheduling to ensure projects meet deadlines
- Responding to or sourcing responses for RFIs related to constructability or deviations from construction drawings or manufacturer specifications
- Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors, contractors, consultants, and other third parties as needed
- Preparing purchase orders while following appropriate pricing and scope evaluations
- Reviewing and approving invoices for contractors and materials Neuralink sources
- Is a contributor to:
- Attending regular meetings between trades on site, and between contractors and the internal EPC team, in order to address technical construction questions

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, architectural or similar engineering discipline
- 3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in site civil design including grading, roadway, pavements, utilities, stormwater management plans (flood control and stormwater quality), erosion and sediment control plans, project sites with multi-users and modes of transportation, and industrial construction and operations
- Experience commissioning and startup of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment
- Has passed the FE exam or has the ability to pass it within 6 months of starting
- Experience with structural engineering, deep and shallow foundation designs, steel, concrete, and other building materials is preferred
- Experience managing external consultants and contractors through full scopes

The anticipated base salary for this position is expected to be within the following range. Your actual base pay will be determined by your job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role is based at ICON’s Austin, TX headquarters, and will report to the Director of Embedded Software Engineering.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance C++ software for controlling and coordinating large-scale robotic arms.
- Develop robust motion planning and trajectory generation algorithms to safely navigate industrial arms through complex workspaces.
- Implement real-time sensor fusion and state estimation algorithms (using sensors like IMUs, LiDAR, etc.) to improve arm localization and end-effector precision.
- Program robotic arm motions in coordination with other systems.
- Develop and maintain simulated environments and automated test frameworks to support continuous integration and system verification.
- Lead system integration and validation efforts across hardware and software.
- Participate in architecture decisions for controls and electrical systems, including component selection and standardization.
- Participate in design & code reviews to maintain consistency and high-quality output.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters Degree or higher in Software Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in robotics software development.
- Expert-level proficiency in modern C++ (17 or newer) and Python within a professional robotics software development environment.
- Deep foundational understanding of robotic arm kinematics (forward and inverse), multi-body dynamics, and motion planning.
- Hands-on experience with robotic platforms, sensors, actuators, localization, perception, and control systems.
- Practical experience designing and optimizing sensor fusion and state estimation algorithms (e.g., Kalman Filters).
- Strong knowledge of autonomy algorithms, robotics frameworks (such as ROS), and simulation environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience programming industrial robots in high-level languages.
- Experience in formal control theory and linear algebra.

About The InternshipCloudflare's Developer GTM team is on a mission to drive enterprise adoption of Cloudflare's developer platform — and we're building AI into the core of how we do it. As a Developer GTM Intern, your primary focus will be identifying manual, repetitive processes across our enterprise sales motion and replacing them with AI-powered workflows. You will analyze how our team operates today, find the bottlenecks, and ship working solutions that save time and improve outcomes. This is not a research or PowerPoint role — you will build things that the team actually uses. What You’ll Get To Do In This Role
AI Workflow Automation: Audit existing enterprise sales workflows — account research, technical discovery, competitive analysis, proposal drafting, follow-up sequences — and identify the highest-value opportunities to automate using AI. Build and deploy working automations using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom scripts, and measure their impact.
AI Tool Evaluation & Adoption: Research, evaluate, and pilot AI tools relevant to enterprise GTM — from AI-powered prospecting and CRM enrichment to meeting summarization, deal coaching, and content personalization. Document findings and create adoption guides so the broader team can use what works.
Sales Process Documentation & Optimization: Shadow enterprise sales cycles, map out current-state workflows in detail, and identify where AI can reduce friction. Build internal playbooks that combine process documentation with the AI tools that improve each step.
Demo & Technical Asset Building: Build demo applications and technical assets using Cloudflare Workers, AI, D1, and other platform primitives that help enterprise sales teams make Cloudflare's developer platform tangible in customer conversations.
Competitive & Market Intelligence: Use AI tools to automate the collection and synthesis of competitive intelligence — tracking competitor developer programs, pricing changes, and enterprise GTM moves. Deliver regular reports that help the team stay sharp in competitive deals.
Metrics & Impact Reporting: Define and track metrics that measure the impact of AI automation on enterprise sales productivity. Build dashboards that make it easy to see what's working, what isn't, and where to invest next.

Senior Solutions Engineer - Mid-Market
What you’ll do as a Senior Solutions Engineer
You are the technical lynchpin through the entire sales cycle - pre and post sales. You will work closely with our prospects and customers to educate, empower, and ensure their success on the Cloudflare platform. Your technical expertise in Cloudflare’s global distributed network and technology will allow you to find best-fit solutions for prospects, to train and onboard new customers via video-conference or in person, through documentation, and to support the long-term success of the customer. As a subject matter expert on web/mobile security and performance, you are a trusted source for developing new firewall rules from log files, crafting performance caching and delivery strategies, and creating or repurposing internal tools and scripts for customers.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. The Role: Impacting the Future of Cloudflare
As the Manager for Cloudflare’s Associate Engineer (ASE) Program, you aren't just managing a team; you are architecting the engine that powers our technical field organization. Your mission is to design, execute, and scale a world-class development program that transforms early-career talent into high-performing technical consultants.
You are a curriculum builder and talent strategist first. You will lead a cohort of ASEs (Interns) through a rigorous, multi-modal journey—blending deep technical networking knowledge with sharp commercial acumen. You will bridge the gap between "knowing the tech" and "solving the customer's business problem," ensuring our graduates are ready to hit the ground running in Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and beyond. - Program Architecture: Own the end-to-end ASE lifecycle, from onboarding and curriculum design to "graduation" into the field.

- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between University Recruiting, Sales Leadership, and Global Enablement to ensure the program's output aligns with the business's hiring needs.

Position Description
The Design Engineer role, reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering and working closely with Civil and Electrical Engineering partners, supports the site evaluation, layout design, and development of utility‑scale solar PV and Storage projects across Origis Energy’s portfolio.
This position supports early through mid‑stage project development, focusing on translating civil site constraints into constructible, efficient electrical layouts at a conceptual and preliminary level. Duties may also extend to include miscellaneous support during 30/60/90/IFC design and later construction and O&M if and when the development of internal exhibits or the review of processing of CAD drawings is needed.
This position may be filled as Design Engineer I or Design Engineer II based on candidate experience and demonstrated capability. This role is a regular, full‑time position and is eligible for Origis Energy’s comprehensive benefits package, including employer‑paid health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Site Review & Due Diligence Support
- Support project development through desktop site reviews, site visits, and review of third‑party reports including ALTA surveys, environmental studies, geotechnical reports, and floodplain documentation.
- Identify and interpret site constraints such as wetlands and waterways, flood zones, topography, setbacks, easements, underground utilities, pipelines, and other environmental or jurisdictional limitations.
- Translate due diligence findings into clearly defined developable areas and design assumptions.
Conceptual & Preliminary Site Layout Design
- Develop and maintain conceptual and preliminary site layouts for utility‑scale solar PV Storage projects using AutoCAD and related tools.
- Incorporate civil constraints, access requirements, and constructability considerations into array layouts, equipment placement, and infrastructure corridors.
- Support layout iterations for alternative site configurations, technology options, or development scenarios as projects mature.
Electrical Layout Coordination
- Support layout‑level electrical system configuration, including:
- Inverter and power block placement
- DC and MV collection routing corridors
- Coordination of trenching, access roads, and grading interfaces
- Develop preliminary electrical single line diagrams (SLDs) to support needs of Origination, Development and EPC teams.
- Apply value‑engineering principles to balance civil constraints, electrical infrastructure, constructability, and project economics.
- Coordinate with internal technical team and external consultants to align on layout assumptions and tradeoffs.
Cross‑Functional & External Coordination
- Serve as a technical partner to Development, Origination, and Engineering teams on layout‑related questions.
- Support EPC RFP development by preparing layout exhibits and responding to technical questions.
- Assist with Independent Engineer and lender technical due diligence by providing clarifications, assumptions, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with EPCs during 30/60/90% design reviews to confirm alignment with development intent and site constraints.
Project Lifecycle Support
- Provide technical support during early construction and execution phases as needed, including review of selected EPC design deliverables for alignment with development assumptions.
- Support internal documentation, reporting, and presentations related to site design and feasibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-4 years of applicable electrical or civil plan development experience
- 4-8 years of AutoCAD experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience supporting site layout, design, or engineering for utility‑scale infrastructure, renewable energy, or related projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design and prototype electrical systems, specify instrumentation, and support R&D initiatives across a variety of experimental platforms

How you will make an impact:
You’ll work as a member of Team Q. Team Q manages Iterable technologies and libraries powering the myriad of queueing problems across Iterable. At peak parts of the day these queues reach nearly 1 million publishes a second! Team Q is building towards continuously enriching self-service platforms that allow every Iterable team to plug into this high scale torrent of messages - seamlessly.

ICON is seeking a Mechanical Engineer I to drive the design, analysis, and implementation of critical mechanical subsystems for our next generation Titan 3D printing construction system. As a Mechanical Engineer at ICON you will own major design efforts, perform detailed engineering analysis, and be responsible for the full lifecycle of components from concept through final production. RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to the design and engineering lifecycle of complex mechanical assemblies, systems, and specialized tooling for large-format robotic 3D printing construction equipment.

Perform engineering analyses (structural, thermal, and kinematic) using foundational hand calculations and computational modeling (FEA/CFD) to evaluate stress, deflection, fatigue, thermal performance, and dynamic system behavior, creating initial reports for review by experienced team professionals.

Generate comprehensive engineering documentation, including 3D CAD models, detailed 2D drawings per ASME Y14.5 standards, and accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Participate in cross-functional design reviews (DRs), incorporating feedback from industrial design, manufacturing, reliability, software, and field operations teams.

Select commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) components, materials, and fabrication methods based on guidelines to optimize designs for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and cost-effectiveness.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade AI systems and services
- Develop and integrate LLM-powered features using RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent frameworks to solve real-world problems in the construction domain.
- Build tools to radically decrease the cost and time needed to design beautiful homes.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage risk in relation to job-site safety, owner contractual terms, city and/or county specifications, and other contractors that could be working on-site.
- Create, update, and distribute the project schedule to ensure project milestones are met.
- Work with suppliers and field supervision to coordinate material needs. Ensure that materials meet specifications and that packing slips match quantity delivered.
- Work with estimators to organize a pre-construction meeting with key supervisors in operations to assist in the productive progress of a project.
- Facilitate change orders and closeout documentation with clients.
- Communicate and coordinate with local municipal inspectors, consulting firms, engineering firms, owner representatives, and local utilities.
- Schedule subcontractors when needed and manage effective communication to avoid delays in operations.
- Coordinate resources with other project managers, general superintendent, project engineer, etc.
- Document all project impacts in relation to the project schedule, budget, and plans. Communicate these impacts to Business Unit Leader and owner or owner’s representative.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of five years of experience performing primary responsibilities listed above.
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word is a plus.
- Background of technical skills and understanding of heavy civil construction projects.
- Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff, vendors, and clients.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build the core Machine Learning foundations that power Nova’s agentic experiences. This role focuses on applied Machine Learning in production environments: retrieval systems, evaluation frameworks, and model integration layers that make AI features reliable, scalable, and repeatable. You will design and implement the underlying components that support rich, intelligent interactions in the Iterable platform.
You will work closely with backend, frontend, and product teams to shape how Machine Learning is introduced and maintained across the company. Responsibilities:
- Design and build Machine Learning platform components that support agentic systems, including retrieval pipelines, indexing strategies, and model integration layers.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the team building Nova’s agentic experiences within the Iterable platform. This team is responsible for the full end-to-end development of conversational and agent-driven workflows, including the interaction surfaces, orchestration layers, and core platform integrations that make these experiences seamless and intuitive for users.

Our Data In Flight (DIF) team owns the core pipelines that ingest and route user and event data into Iterable, powering identity, segmentation, and real-time personalization. We are building a multi-tenant data platform that application teams can build on top of, with clear contracts, SLOs, and guardrails. Our product and our Elasticsearch clusters are multi-tenant, and we run Elasticsearch on Kubernetes using Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes (ECK).
We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer with a track record of operating Elasticsearch-backed data platforms in multi-tenant SaaS. You’ll be a hands-on IC who both designs distributed systems and acts as a platform “product owner” for app teams: understanding their needs, shaping the platform roadmap, and defining stable interfaces between product and data infrastructure.
How you will make an impact:
- Own and evolve core Data In Flight services (ingestion, user and event APIs, identity, system events) with a focus on reliability, performance, and cost.
- Lead the Elasticsearch strategy for our multi-tenant live user and event data: index and mapping design, shard strategy, and safeguards across shared clusters.
- Design and enforce platform contracts (APIs, data models, SLAs, and usage limits) that let product teams move quickly while keeping the data platform safe and scalable.

ICON is seeking a Senior Software/Data Engineer I to join our Data Intelligence & Systems Architecture (DISA) team. This engineer will play a foundational role in shaping, developing, and scaling ICON’s enterprise data platform within Palantir Foundry, owning the ingestion, modeling, and activation of data that powers reporting, decision-making, and intelligent automation across the company.
You will not just build pipelines. Instead, you will be architecting the Digital Twin of an industrial robotics and construction company. You will work closely with teams across Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering Support Services, Software, Field Operations and Technology R&D to centralize high-value data sources, model them into scalable assets, and enable business-critical use cases. Use cases will range from real-time reporting and analytics to AI/ML-driven operational workflows and decision-making.
This is a highly cross-functional and technical role, ideal for someone with strong data engineering skills, deep business curiosity, and a bias toward action. This role is based at ICON’s headquarters in Austin, TX and reports to the Senior Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines in Palantir Foundry (and supplemental tools) to integrate data from enterprise systems (NetSuite, Workday, etc.) and external sources. Ensure pipelines are efficient and fault-tolerant, handling large data volumes from manufacturing and field operations (e.g. IoT sensor feeds).
- Data Modeling & Ontology: Develop and refine data models that organize enterprise data into meaningful structures. Leverage Foundry’s ontology features to define business objects (e.g. Customers, Work Orders, Inventory Items) and ensure data is linked in a way that reflects real-world relationships. Continuously improve these models for new business requirements – for instance, adding new attributes or new object types as we launch new programs.
- Data Quality & Governance: Implement data validation and quality checks in pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Monitor pipeline runs and set up alerts for anomalies or failures. Work with the team to enforce data governance policies (who owns which data, access controls, compliance needs) within Foundry and downstream systems.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Data Analysts and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and optimize data outputs for analysis. For example, if Finance needs a specific revenue recognition report, ensure the pipeline provides the needed granularity. Provide ad-hoc data expertise to troubleshooting data issues or generating one-time analyses.
- Performance Optimization: Profile and tune data pipelines for performance. Optimize query logic, pipeline configuration, and resource usage so that data refreshes and analytics can occur in a timely manner (especially as data volumes grow with company expansion). Manage scheduling and orchestration of jobs to meet SLAs for data availability (e.g. daily financial report refresh by 8 AM).
- Integration with Systems: Work closely with Systems Architects to coordinate how data flows tie into system integrations. For example, if a new API integration is bringing in a type of data, design the pipeline to ingest that data and join it with relevant datasets for analytics. Provide input on what data transformations could happen in-flight vs. in Foundry to maximize efficiency.
- Tooling & Innovation: Contribute to developing internal tools or scripts to improve our data engineering workflow. This could include scripts for automating data deployments, custom plugins in Foundry, or using open-source frameworks (where applicable) to complement Foundry’s capabilities. Also evaluate new features in Foundry and emerging data technologies to keep our stack modern.
- Mentorship & Best Practices: As a senior member, guide junior data engineers in writing clean, maintainable pipeline code. Establish best practices for code versioning, documentation of data transformations, and general data engineering standards within the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development, handling large-scale datasets and complex pipelines. Strong foundation in data integration concepts and database design.
- Advanced Python skills for data processing (Pandas, etc.) and scripting, as well as solid SQL skills for querying and transforming data. Experience with PySpark or similar distributed data frameworks is a plus (Foundry uses Spark under the hood for big data).
- Experience building pipelines with enterprise data from systems like ERP, CRM, HRIS, or IoT sources. Familiar with different data formats (JSON, CSV, XML) and methods of extracting data (REST APIs, webhooks, database connectors).
- Hands-on experience with a modern data platform or pipeline orchestration tool. Experience with Palantir Foundry is a strong plus, but experience with alternatives (e.g. AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Airflow, dbt, etc.) is acceptable if coupled with ability to learn Foundry quickly.
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles (relational schemas, star/snowflake schemas for analytics, normalization vs. denormalization tradeoffs). Ability to design schemas and data transformations that meet analytics requirements efficiently.
- Problem-solving and debugging skills: Able to investigate data discrepancies across systems, troubleshoot pipeline failures, and optimize slow queries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and execute comprehensive test plans and specimen designs that meet structural testing objectives and regulatory requirements for ICON's 3D printed systems under the direction of the program or project manager.
- Support the coordination and design of test logistics including lifting procedures, shipping methods, and test fixture and setup requirements to ensure successful testing

Senior Regulatory Affairs Project Manager I, MILCON

ICON is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sr. Regulatory Affairs Project Manager, MILCON to advance regulatory acceptance and business development across federal government and national security sectors, including the Department of Defense (DoD) and US national security agencies. Reporting to the Regulatory Program Manager, you'll execute public sector regulatory efforts, build critical relationships with government agencies, and expand the regulatory framework necessary to position ICON's 3D-printed construction technology as the government's construction technology of choice. You'll serve as the primary regulatory contact for government customers, federal agencies, ICON’s customers and support technology product development, directly contributing to establishing a self-supporting public sector business unit. This role is based in Austin, TX.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute public sector regulatory efforts by aligning regulatory pathways with government building codes and standards. Accelerate adoption of concrete 3D-printed construction across federal and state agencies, DoD military construction (MILCON), and intelligence community customers.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with federal technical groups —including USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC, and other federal regulatory bodies—through presentations, and technical engagement.
- Support business development requests preparing technical proposals, delivering customer technical presentations, and technical demonstrations as needed..
- Serve as the primary regulatory contact for government projects and ICON customers working with federal agencies.. Provide technical guidance, address regulatory questions, and resolve complex approval challenges.
- Lead regulatory acceptance and approval processes to incorporate ICON's technology into government building standards, including the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC). Coordinate testing programs, manage agency interactions, and develop technical documentation that meets federal requirements.
- Coordinate regulatory testing and technology validation efforts required for federal market access. Ensure testing programs meet UFC requirements, support approval objectives, and align with project timelines.
- Conduct comprehensive federal code research and analysis to identify regulatory requirements, approval pathways, and potential barriers across UFC, federal building codes, and agency-specific standards. Synthesize findings to inform business development strategy.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams—including testing, materials science, product engineering, and operations—to integrate federal regulatory requirements into product development; ensure validation efforts support approval pathways and resolve technical challenges that impact government acceptance.
- Work with internal teams to resolve post-occupancy technical issues related to ICON's wall systems and building technology on government projects.
- Support development of quality control guidelines and requirements to ensure consistent regulatory compliance with federal requirements.
- Assist Program Manager in developing and influencing federal building codes, UFCs, and government policies that align with ICON's technology capabilities and promote 3D-printed construction adoption across the public sector participate in federal technical committees and working groups related to innovative construction methods.
- Establish and maintain scalable regulatory processes, documentation systems, and security protocols that support federal contracting requirements and enable ICON to successfully compete for and execute government construction projects.
- Provide regular updates to the Regulatory Program Manager and company leadership on progress, regulatory challenges, approval timelines, emerging risks, and critical blockers that may impact business objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience in structural engineering, construction, or regulatory affairs with demonstrated expertise in building code compliance.
- Strong understanding of building codes and standards, including UFC, IBC, IRC, ACI, ASCE, AISC, NDS, and TMS, with proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements across federal and military jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated experience navigating federal regulatory approval processes with government agencies, which includes one or a combination of submission preparation, technical review coordination, and approval facilitation.
- Strong technical knowledge of structural systems and their integration with building enclosures, MEP systems, and construction methods for residential, commercial, and government buildings, with emphasis on concrete and masonry construction.
- Experience working with federal agencies, DoD organizations, or military construction projects with a general understanding of government contracting and acquisition processes.
- Understanding of structural testing methodologies and ability to develop test plans, analyze results, and prepare technical validation reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to present complex technical information to government stakeholders, military officials, and internal teams; technical writing skills with ability to prepare code compliance documentation and regulatory submissions.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities with demonstrated success establishing trust and credibility with government agencies and federal stakeholders in professional and regulatory environments.
- Self-motivated and highly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to evolving project scopes and requirements in government contracting environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to government facilities, military installations, and federal agencies, as well as occasional OCONUS travel if required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle for site visits and meetings.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to apply for Secret clearance within 6 months of hire.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility to obtain professional licensure within 12 months of hire.
- Graduate degree in structural engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline.
- Experience working on MILCON projects or other government construction with established relationships with USACE, military service branches, or other government agencies.
- Experience with UFC code development, federal standards processes, or participation in government technical committees and working groups.
- Familiarity with 3D printing technologies, additive manufacturing processes, robotics in construction, or other innovative construction methods.
- Experience working in design-build, fast-track, or integrated project delivery environments with compressed approval timelines typical of government projects.
- Understanding of structural testing methodologies, materials science, or construction quality control processes relevant to federal acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering from first principles, including mechanics of materials, structural analysis, and design fundamentals with the ability to perform structural engineering calculations and analysis as part of product validation and regulatory acceptance.
- Experience with construction quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) programs for government projects
