Content Marketing Manager Responsibilities: 

Content Creation

• Write, edit, and manage high-quality B2B content across various formats (including but not limited to blogs, articles, whitepapers, guides, success stories, website copy, email, ads, etc.) with proven ability to balance storytelling with measurable marketing impact
• Repurpose existing content into new formats to extend its reach and impact
• Ensure all content is aligned with our brand identity, is in our brand voice, is accurate and engaging, and optimized for lead generation

Content Strategy & Planning

• Maintain the content calendar aligned to campaigns, product launches, and marketing priorities
• Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and creative teams to align content themes, messaging, campaign goals, and content packaging
• Support Demand Generation and campaigns by creating high-impact assets to influence pipeline and conversions
• Stay current with industry and content trends to keep our strategy fresh and effective

Team Collaboration 

• Partner with product marketing, creative services, growth marketing, and leadership to source input and align on priorities

Content Analytics & Optimization

• Conduct A/B testing on formats, headlines, and topics; optimize content continuously based on performance data and engagement insights

Content Marketing Manager Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, writing, or communications (B2B SaaS or EdTech preferred)
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong sense of storytelling and brand voice

Base Hiring Range: $135,000-$155,000 + Commissions

Northspyre is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our fast-growing, venture-backed start-up team. We are a lean organization with minimal red-tape that prides itself on getting things done efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for an experienced engineer to take part in the product development and deployment lifecycle and help to build out critical integrations to our platform. As part of our small team of developers, you'll collaborate with everyone on building out the team, process, & tech stack as we work on growing both our team, business and technology. Please note that this is a 3-2 hybrid role based out of our Midtown Atlanta office.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining integration flows from our core application to third party services using an array of different APIs.
• Collaborate and review code with other developers in engineering to ensure each integration maintains a consistent level of technical standards as set by the team.
• Work directly with Customer Success to ensure that the integrations meet the needs of our customers.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and fix any issues that arise during customer integration.
• Designing and building elegant and user-friendly UIs end-to-end.
• Ensuring site reliability and troubleshooting production issues.
• Collaborating with Customer Support and Product teams to handle client requests and build new features and products.
• Leading, mentoring and guiding less experienced engineers.

We are looking for people who have:

• 5+ years of industry experience writing high-quality code in a collaborative environment
• 3+ years of Python development experience
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
• Strong knowledge and experience in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Java
• Strong background in UI development and UX design. Fundamental knowledge of browser technologies like HTML and CSS is necessary.
• Knowledge and experience in front-end technologies and frameworks like React, Webpack and NPM.
• Experience designing and building REST endpoints.
• Knowledge and experience in web frameworks like Flask/Django.
• Experience/familiarity with AWS and/or other cloud technologies.
• Experience/familiarity with Relational Databases like Postgres.
• Experience/familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• An understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to take ownership and deliver results
• Eagerness to learn new practices and technologies that will improve our overall architecture
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience and 5+ years of experience.

The Position

What You'll Do 

• Support the development and execution of the quarterly product roadmap, acting as the bridge between high-level vision and day-to-day execution to ensure Engineering partners have the clarity and prioritization needed to deliver against key business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog and sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Lead end-to-end A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve site conversion, user experience, and overall performance.
• Proactively research and leverage emerging AI tools to automate internal workflows, personalize web experiences, and synthesize complex user data into actionable insights.
• Maintain site reliability and data integrity by supporting QA efforts for new features and validating that all tracking, tagging, and analytics are accurately implemented.
• Provide CMS support for website content updates as needed to keep the site current and optimized.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for stakeholders and partners, communicating project timelines, progress, and performance results.

What You'll Need

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Web Experience, or a related role with a proven track record of driving conversion growth.
• Extensive experience collaborating with Engineering teams in an Agile environment, including managing backlogs, writing user stories, and facilitating sprint planning.
• Ability to take high-level quarterly goals and break them down into prioritized, technical work items.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, or similar).
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and a solid understanding of web architecture and site performance.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker as well as experience validating Google Tag Manager implementations to ensure data integrity.
• Interest in emerging AI trends and tools, with an eye for how they can improve internal efficiency or the user journey.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Builder.io) and project management software (JIRA and Asana).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements and performance results for non-technical stakeholders.
