We are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our client's growing sales team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely for a US-based company, collaborating with a talented, passionate sales team that is shaping the future of data privacy and AI.
Generate new leads through cold calling (50+ calls per day), email outreach, and LinkedIn
Meet or exceed sales targets for setting qualified meetings
Utilize CRM (Hubspot) and sales tools to track sales performance, manage the pipeline, and maintain client information
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs
Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field
1+ year of B2B SaaS sales experience as a BDR or a similar outbound sales role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Level C1-C2)
Proficiency in cold calling (50+ calls per day), email, and LinkedIn outreach to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand companies
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM and sales software (Hubspot, SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless, etc.)
Ideally, knowledge of Data Privacy, Data Security, GDPR, and CCPA
Ability and willingness to work ET hours
High ethical standards, honesty, and transparency
Proactive, energetic, involved in company life, and provides feedback
Flexible, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-changing startup environment
Relentless curiosity and drive to learn about privacy and data governance
Competitive base salary: $1,500-$2,000 per month + performance-based bonuses
