About the Role
Our physicians practice in a collaborative care model, closely consulting with psychiatrists and primary care physicians to provide clients with easily-accessible, culturally-responsive, high-quality mental health care. You always have a team behind you, even while working remotely. And our technology platform makes it easy to refer patients to therapy and coaching services in tandem with your care.
As a part-time Mental Health Telemedicine Physician you’ll provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live 60-minute video intake appointments and 30-minute follow-up appointments. You'll conduct mental health evaluations and provide mental health medication management. Lyra's clients come from a multitude of different backgrounds and experiences, and have varying needs and abilities. We strive to continue to meet their unique needs by delivering culturally-responsive care—an approach that is mindful of the impact of cultural background on each person’s care experience.
Practice comprehensive, virtual mental health medication management via a 90-minute intake appointment and 30-minute follow-up appointments
Conduct mental health risk assessments and evaluations
Document treatment recommendations, message patients, and prescribe medication using Lyra’s custom-built mental health EHR
Consult with team psychiatrist and peers in regular 1:1 and group consultation
Board certified MD or DO, ideally in internal medicine or family medicine
Two+ years post residency, with experience in longitudinal, continuity of care models
Unrestricted license
Strong interest in, and passion for, mental health
Desire to deepen expertise in mental health care
Excellent time management skills
Comfortable using technology to deliver care virtually

Able to dedicate 20 hours total across 3-5 days per week. Flexible scheduling is allowed and encouraged, however the primary commitment is during regular business hours with some patient communication requiring communication outside of these set hours as well.

About the Role
You will be a critical member of Lyra’s growing legal team, within its US Privacy division, supporting internal stakeholders in fulfilling Lyra’s mission to bring mental and emotional health solutions to large employers across the country and around the world.
This is a full-time remote role and will report to Lyra’s Sr. Director, Associate General Counsel - Global Privacy, and work closely in the US with the Privacy Counsel, US, the Sr. Privacy Manager, and the Senior Privacy Paralegal. The role will also involve working with the Privacy Counsel, International and the Data Protection Specialist, who are both based in the UK.
You will be expected to work independently in managing questions around a broad scope of privacy issues, conducting legal research, counseling internal stakeholders to resolve privacy questions, and leading projects to support the growth of both Lyra’s privacy program and AI governance.
A significant portion of this role will be dedicated to AI-related work, including completing reviews of AI use cases (for example, relating to generative AI and agentic AI), and advising on AI-powered products, services, and tools.

Lyra is committed to addressing urgent and costly mental health needs with specialized support where it’s needed most. Our Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity offers diagnostic evaluations, caregiver training, and tailored support for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and other neurodiversity-related needs. We are looking for a full-time Neurodiversity Navigator who is passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This remote position reports to the Supervisor, Neurodiversity Navigation.
As a Neurodiversity Navigator, you’ll be doing the important and meaningful work of supporting individuals as they navigate through the complex landscape of care for neurodiversity. You will provide critical psychoeducation on topics like early intervention services, behavioral strategies to address neurodiversity-related needs, navigating a diagnosis, and how to advocate for school, government and workplace accommodation services. Additionally, you will help connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based diagnosticians, services, and providers, depending on their needs. The focus of this role includes (but is not limited to) providing support to caregivers of children/adolescents with suspected or diagnosed neurodiverse conditions, supporting adults seeking neuroaffirming and neurodiversity-informed care, and assisting clients with navigating assessment services and support resources. This position does not involve in-person services or therapy, but rather provides support to individuals and families related to neurodiversity via phone, video conference, and/or email.
Use an assessment rubric to determine whether neuropsychological testing is indicated for a given Lyra member, based on history, presenting concerns, and other factors. If testing is recommended, you will also help to assess whether a member is appropriate for virtual or in-person neuropsychological testing.
Administer psychoeducational training to caregivers of children/teens with neurodiverse conditions in order to help them learn skills to address behavior and neurodiversity-related needs, as well as to improve caregiving strategies.
