Buscamos un(a) Consultor(a) Administrativo Legal para brindar apoyo y resolver las consultas de nuestro servicio de Orientación Legal en México y Centroamérica.
Tu Misión y Desafío Principal
Serás el primer punto de contacto con los clientes que buscan la atención con uno de nuestros abogados/as. Tu misión es identificar sus necesidades, obtener información de apoyo para la resolución del caso.
Principales funciones.
-Identificar las necesidades de los clientes sobre temas legales y/o trámites.
- Indagar de forma proactiva sobre el tema que les preocupa al cliente
-Elaborar registros detallados y realizar el seguimiento continuo de los casos hasta su conclusión, asegurando un flujo de trabajo eficiente.
-Manejar la agenda y coordinar citas con abogados.
-Manejo de base de datos
-Control de agenda
-Redacción de notas
-Registro de casos
-Manejo de conmutador
-Atención a clientes
-Atención y control de medios de contacto de los clientes (Whats App, correo, Telefono)
-Atención al cliente: Su función principal es realizar una evaluación de las necesidades del cliente, utilizando una indagación profunda y preguntas clave para identificar con precisión sus dudas y preocupaciones.

El Consultor de Orientación Alimentaría es responsable de explorar las solicitudes del servicio de Orientación Alimentaria y brindar las orientaciones programadas del servicio. About the Role
Our physicians practice in a collaborative care model, closely consulting with psychiatrists and primary care physicians to provide clients with easily-accessible, culturally-responsive, high-quality mental health care. You always have a team behind you, even while working remotely. And our technology platform makes it easy to refer patients to therapy and coaching services in tandem with your care.
As a part-time Mental Health Telemedicine Physician you’ll provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live 60-minute video intake appointments and 30-minute follow-up appointments. You'll conduct mental health evaluations and provide mental health medication management. Lyra's clients come from a multitude of different backgrounds and experiences, and have varying needs and abilities. We strive to continue to meet their unique needs by delivering culturally-responsive care—an approach that is mindful of the impact of cultural background on each person’s care experience.
Practice comprehensive, virtual mental health medication management via a 90-minute intake appointment and 30-minute follow-up appointments
Conduct mental health risk assessments and evaluations
Document treatment recommendations, message patients, and prescribe medication using Lyra’s custom-built mental health EHR
Consult with team psychiatrist and peers in regular 1:1 and group consultation
Board certified MD or DO, ideally in internal medicine or family medicine
Two+ years post residency, with experience in longitudinal, continuity of care models
Unrestricted license
Strong interest in, and passion for, mental health
Desire to deepen expertise in mental health care
Excellent time management skills
Comfortable using technology to deliver care virtually
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
Able to dedicate 20 hours total across 3-5 days per week. Flexible scheduling is allowed and encouraged, however the primary commitment is during regular business hours with some patient communication requiring communication outside of these set hours as well.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Administrative to join our Client Services Team. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Management team both locally and be a point of contact for the global account management team as well. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel and Adobe, along withknowledge of Canva. You will be responsible for supporting a team of key account managers in their daily client requests, including creating support documents and maintaining databases. About the Role
This role involves both Account Management and Learning & Development responsibilities. Primary focus will be the management of a portfolio of Employee Assistance Programmes and Wellbeing Services for new and existing corporate clients. The majority of accounts will be medium to large-scale and spanning multiple countries across the MENA region. The portfolio requires effective remote management with key customer contacts/stakeholders. Main areas of responsibilities include delivery of holistic wellbeing services, client retention and customer experience, client risk management, growth of the portfolio, administration and financial management of allocated accounts and delivery of a range of wellbeing training modules. The role requires a consultative approach to account management. Account management and L&D will primarily be delivered via webinar but there will be need for onsite client meetings which may require travel across the region as and when required.

About the Role
Lyra is looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing critical, fundamental accounting operations as well as strategically growing and improving our business. A strong foundation in accounting and business is necessary for the role as the company will look to you for guidance and support of operations. You will need excellent communication, sound judgment, and a bias toward action.
An ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully operating in dynamic environments and should be comfortable working cross-functionally to resolve issues. This position often requires the ability to meet demanding deadlines. The candidate should also be flexible and adaptable as priorities change and be willing to adapt working hours to accommodate time zone differences.
Report directly to and serve as a trusted partner to Lyra’s Senior Accounting Manager, Senior Accounting Director, and Controller
Lead accounting and operations staff through month-end close, reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting activities
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and present results to executive leadership; perform monthly and quarterly flux analyses for the balance sheet and income statement
Oversee payroll and bonus accounting, including accruals, reconciliations, and period-end close activities; ensure accurate recording of compensation expenses and related liabilities in compliance with GAAP and company policies
Manage accounting for stock-based compensation (SBC), partnering with the stock administration team to ensure accurate expense recognition, valuation support, and financial statement disclosures
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across entities; ensure accurate eliminations and timely settlement
Initiate and drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, financial control, and efficiency
Perform accounting research to determine appropriate treatment under relevant guidance and ensure proper accounting and reporting for ad hoc transactions
Identify opportunities to improve financial and accounting processes, including data assets, tools, software, and workflows
Help develop and mature company-wide procedures, policies, internal controls, and documentation to ensure consistency and clarity in business operations
Prepare for, support, and manage annual financial audits
Contribute to ad hoc financial and accounting projects as needed
Experience working with GAAP accounting standards, preferably at a publicly traded company or Big 4 firm
10+ years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, and/or corporate finance
BA/BS in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
Comfortable working end-to-end across the P&L
Experience with accounting and financial planning software and ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
Demonstrated ability to communicate and present to senior leadership and external partners
Ability to analyze complex problems, determine appropriate processes, and derive accounting conclusions; effectively present results to the team
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing and developing teams

About the Role
You will be a critical member of Lyra’s growing legal team, within its US Privacy division, supporting internal stakeholders in fulfilling Lyra’s mission to bring mental and emotional health solutions to large employers across the country and around the world.
This is a full-time remote role and will report to Lyra’s Sr. Director, Associate General Counsel - Global Privacy, and work closely in the US with the Privacy Counsel, US, the Sr. Privacy Manager, and the Senior Privacy Paralegal. The role will also involve working with the Privacy Counsel, International and the Data Protection Specialist, who are both based in the UK.
You will be expected to work independently in managing questions around a broad scope of privacy issues, conducting legal research, counseling internal stakeholders to resolve privacy questions, and leading projects to support the growth of both Lyra’s privacy program and AI governance.

About the Role
Lyra has an exciting opportunity that blends an average of 20 hours of in-person client care per week with the remaining time dedicated to facilitating employee training and clinical consultations related to mental health care.
Daily: As an onsite therapist, you’ll provide short-term, in-person, evidence-based treatment to clients. You’ll also assist with manager and clinical consultation requests and conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Our Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity offers diagnostic evaluations, caregiver training, and tailored support for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and other neurodiversity-related needs. We are looking for a full-time Neurodiversity Navigator who is passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This remote position reports to the Supervisor, Neurodiversity Navigation.
As a Neurodiversity Navigator, you’ll be doing the important and meaningful work of supporting individuals as they navigate through the complex landscape of care for neurodiversity. You will provide critical psychoeducation on topics like early intervention services, behavioral strategies to address neurodiversity-related needs, navigating a diagnosis, and how to advocate for school, government and workplace accommodation services. Additionally, you will help connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based diagnosticians, services, and providers, depending on their needs. The focus of this role includes (but is not limited to) providing support to caregivers of children/adolescents with suspected or diagnosed neurodiverse conditions, supporting adults seeking neuroaffirming and neurodiversity-informed care, and assisting clients with navigating assessment services and support resources. This position does not involve in-person services or therapy, but rather provides support to individuals and families related to neurodiversity via phone, video conference, and/or email.
Use an assessment rubric to determine whether neuropsychological testing is indicated for a given Lyra member, based on history, presenting concerns, and other factors. Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need, neurodiverse clients, providing collaborative case management.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
Experience: 10+ years in corporate finance, with prior experience as a Business Unit Finance Lead within a high-growth SaaS or Healthcare company.
Collaborative DNA: Proven ability to navigate a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders across disparate finance and operations teams.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level financial modeling and deep experience with modern FP&A stacks (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, or NetSuite).
Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams and a track record of developing future finance leaders.
Communication: Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and "translate" complex financial data into a compelling narrative for non-finance leaders.
