As a Senior Avionics Engineer at ispace U.S., you will be central to the development and integration of avionics systems that power our satellites and lunar landers — from navigation and communication to power management and mission-critical autonomy. Your technical expertise and engineering judgment will directly shape flight hardware that must perform flawlessly hundreds of thousands of miles from Earth.
Beyond individual contribution, you will serve as a technical leader and mentor, helping define the avionics architecture that drives ispace's vision of a sustainable lunar economy forward — one mission at a time.

As a Senior Systems Engineer at ispace US, you'll own the full technical backbone of lunar lander and satellite development — from requirements through verification, launch, and beyond. That means driving ConOps definition down to the subsystem level, maintaining technical budgets and interface control, and leading risk and reliability management across the entire spacecraft lifecycle. You'll chair technical reviews, lead dFMEAs, and own FDIR architecture — serving as the thread that holds every discipline together from PDR to flight. This is end-to-end systems ownership on missions that go to the Moon.

If you are the kind of person who naturally takes ownership, creates structure where others see ambiguity, and quietly drives complex work forward with rigor, this role will feel like a fit. ispace is seeking a Senior Program Manager who can lead challenging cross-functional development efforts, maintain command of integrated schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and help technical teams execute against an ambitious lunar mission roadmap. This is not a role for someone who needs constant direction or is uncomfortable making informed decisions in a fast-moving environment; it is for a thoughtful, diligent leader who can balance independence with strong team partnership. For the right person, this is a chance to apply both strategic judgment and meticulous execution to work genuinely on the frontier of space development.
