The role:
You will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining and evolving Proton applications on Windows. This includes not only building the application internals (managing and syncing local and remote state, performing cryptographic operations, etc) but also helping us to build a resilient, scalable application (graceful degradation; log and metrics streams free of personally identifiable information). You will be involved in the entire application lifecycle, including Gitlab configuration, deployments, monitoring and alerting, and operational incident response. While this position is not a "full-stack" position, you will be expected to collaborate with backend engineers to drive any necessary changes and/or new features needed for the Windows experience.

Wargaming is looking for a proactive, excited and determined Senior Game Data Analyst to strengthen the World of Tanks product analytics team.
We collect all kinds of information about the player behavior and the events in the ‘WoT universe’: from economic, financial and detailed combat data to the precise coordinates of each shot and tank movement, interface telemetry and many others. All of them are routed to a singular database and are available for analysis 24/7.
You will be working with the WoT Product Team responsible for decision-making process, with the Data Warehouse team responsible for data storage, reports system and our infrastructure, as well as 60 analytics all over the world united under Wargaming Global Analyst Network.
Helping deliver important analytical insights to managers and other product teams necessary for decision-making
Use quantitative analysis to understand how the game is played and identify impact and growth opportunities
Participating in analytical maintenance for features, game events and modes throughout all development and release stages:
Pre-Production Analytics: modeling likely outcomes and risks from implementing new features, game modes and events into the game; predict the future events, product KPIs and metrics; providing analysis of their full development cycle (from concept to release)
Production Analytics: developing and preparing analytical reports, metrics and methodologies for evaluating features, game modes and events in operation; looking for anomalies and insights that help increase effectiveness of the product and its parts
Operation Analytics: creating and supporting analytical tools and interfaces (dashboards) for rapid updates on the status of the product and its subsystems delivered to the management and the responsible teams
Gather and formulate requirements, conduct analytical research from producers, PMs, UX/UI and game designers, developers, QA and artists
Presenting the research results and filling the product analytics knowledge base to share with other teams
5+ years experience on a similar position
Understanding the principles of formalizing business tasks in research plans, as well as experience writing analytical reports and presenting their results
Advanced SQL knowledge
Experience with at least one data visualization solution (Tableau / Qlik / Microsoft Power BI, etc)

The role:
As an engineer on our small Windows VPN team, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and evolving Proton’s applications on Windows. You will be involved in the entire application lifecycle, from feature design and implementation to CI/CD configuration, deployment, monitoring, and operational incident response. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers across the company to deliver privacy‑preserving products used by millions of people worldwide.
Our codebase is primarily written in .NET and WinUI (C#/XAML), and we are building and integrating cross‑platform logical core libraries written in Rust.
Software quality is central to this role. You will help define, maintain, and improve our testing stack, which includes unit tests, integration tests, and automated GUI tests (using FlaUI).
What we are looking for:
Strong experience in C# and .NET development.
Strong experience building and maintaining Windows desktop applications using frameworks such as WinUI, WPF, or similar.
Solid understanding of MVVM architecture, dependency injection, asynchronous programming (async/await), and event‑based messaging patterns.
Proven ability to write maintainable, well‑tested, and scalable codebases.
Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects
A strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices.
An appreciation for user experience and design quality.
Rust experience is not required but is a significant plus.
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing concepts) and an interest in VPN technologies and protocols.
Experience with code debugging, profiling, and performance optimization on Windows.
Familiarity with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and modern collaborative development practices.
Experience with gradual rollout, and observability tooling (telemetry, metrics, monitoring and alerting).

Write and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites to ensure product reliability and security
Collaborate closely with developers to define testability requirements and integrate automated tests into CI/CD workflows
Identify, document, and track software defects, working with engineering teams to drive timely resolution
Perform exploratory and risk-based testing with a strong focus on privacy, data integrity, and security compliance
Develop and maintain test infrastructure, including virtual machines, containers, and Linux environment configurations
Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve software quality and release confidence
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices across the engineering organization
Participate in code reviews for test code, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and adherence to engineering standards
Stay current with the latest Linux ecosystem developments, testing methodologies, and open-source tooling
What we are looking for:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in software test automation, with a strong focus on Linux-based environments
Solid proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language commonly used for test automation, such as Python, Bash, or Go
Proven experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks (e.g., pytest, Robot Framework, or similar)
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests with tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
Familiarity with containerization and virtualization technologies, including Docker, QEMU, or similar tools for test environment management
Solid knowledge of Linux internals, system administration, and command-line tooling
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and comfort working in an open-source collaborative development model
Understanding of software security principles and privacy-by-design concepts is a strong plus
Ability to read and understand application source code to improve test coverage and identify edge cases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to quality assurance

What you will do:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and pipelines for Proton's Android applications
Write and execute UI, functional, integration, and end-to-end test suites using modern Android testing tools and best practices
Work hand-in-hand with Android developers to define testability requirements and embed automated tests into CI/CD workflows
Hunt down bugs, document them clearly, and collaborate with the team to get them fixed fast

What we are looking for:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Android test automation, ideally on consumer-facing apps with a large user base
Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java, with solid experience writing clean, maintainable test code
Proven experience with Android testing frameworks such as Espresso, UI Automator, or Maestro
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating Android tests with tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar

In this role at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will hold a central strategic position, supporting our clients in achieving sustainable and scalable growth. Your primary mission is to generate consistent, predictable revenue through retention-led initiatives—leveraging data-driven insights to build accurate forecasts, inform strategic decisions, and maintain reliable performance. At CTC, your expertise is essential, encompassing both our proprietary forecasting frameworks and the core principles of retention marketing.
Your influence extends well beyond managing email channels—you serve as a strategic partner to clients across all facets of retention. You articulate the logic behind our recommendations clearly and convincingly, linking forecasting outputs to the email, SMS, direct mail, and additional lifecycle touchpoints we deploy. Your communication strengthens trust, aligns stakeholders, and elevates the overall client relationship.
You also champion CTC’s retention philosophy and the systems that operationalize it.
As a CRM & Retention Strategist, you bring rigor and intentionality to every initiative, ensuring each program meets the highest execution standards and remains tightly aligned with client goals.

Begin managing your first three client accounts independently
Days 61–90 – 4-6k base salary + monthly bonus
Continue growing and managing your client portfolio
15% revenue share on additional revenue above target
Opportunity to earn up to six figures within 12 months and continue scaling from there
Negotiate your term contract annually
Final compensation will depend on the number of clients managed and the quality of work delivered.

This position is all about owning ensuring revenue is delivered predictably for the business through retention marketing efforts —using data-backed insights to build forecasts, shape strategic direction, and ensure consistent performance delivery.
