Two Six Technologies is seeking a Senior Network Engineer who will be responsible for designing technical solutions for complex problems. The candidate will provide technical oversight of a project solution, including requirement interpretation and allocation of requirements to technical components. He or she will define processes to support the implementation of a prototype network requirements and ensure that technical solutions leverage industry best practices, designing for security and excellence while minimizing the total cost of ownership. You will need to be able to define internal and external customer infrastructure architecture needs and then design solutions to meet those needs to include: capacity planning, systems configuration and tuning, monitoring backups, and installations of hardware and software.

The work will be hybrid, based out of our Arlington, Va office.What You Will Do

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Our team is actively seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Flight Test Engineer to quickly integrate into the team and serve as a representative to Anduril’s Reston office. In this role, you will support the Anduril Frontier Systems division with your technical expertise and fostering strategic collaboration across various teams. This includes working closely with program leadership, supporting companies, and government partners. This position will primarily focus on support to flight system supporting the Intelligence Systems business line but may include support to other business lines as required.

The Test Engineering team works across the entire spectrum of products ranging from Lattice Ghost UAS, Sentry Tower, cUAS and our other platforms. Our team conducts full system level development testing, new aircraft development, sub-component qualification testing and much more. In short, if it involves test, we support it. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• As a Flight Test Engineer, under minimal supervision, you will determine and develop various approaches to achieve T&E goals and help guide and perform the completion of test activities.
• Test duties include system level T&E of hardware and software with emphasis placed on resource planning, conducting ground and flight testing, process improvement/development and participating in technical test reviews.
• Support execution of testing at private and government owned test ranges
• Work closely with Engineering to discuss test results, to include collected data and observations.
• Collect and perform initial test data analysis for the system under test.
• Work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor's degree or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution
• Current Top Secret Security Clearance
• 8+ years of test engineering experience or comparable skill (i.e. military exercise planning & evaluation, or a mixture of engineering disciplines with some experience in testing)
• Ability to travel as required for planning and testing (~25-50%).
• Must be able to execute the full test engineering process for a System-of-Systems (requirements, test planning, readiness reviews, safety reviews, test execution, test reporting, etc.) with little to no oversight utilizing company test and evaluation policy.
• Experience producing customer facing test deliverables (test plans, test reports, data analysis, etc.) and demonstrated maturity to articulate deliverable to a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience as a test conductor, test director, or similar role while executing testing.
• Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and solve problems across a variety of engineering areas.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver results in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment with little to no oversight.

We’re looking for a highly skilled and versatile Technical Operations Engineer. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for hardware and software applications of our system while simultaneously assisting with curriculum development and the training of end users on new capabilities. You will work directly with customers in the field to ensure the seamless integration and operation of advanced technologies on the edge of national security.

• Provide end-to-end support including hardware setup and software configuration.
• Pre-configure systems and ensure seamless integration with program infrastructure.

About the Role

The Field Service Engineer (Raptor Safety Specialist) serves as the primary technical liaison and trusted partner for school districts using Raptor Technologies solutions. Our mission is to turn difficult waste streams into valuable products while helping build durable carbon removal solutions. This role is a great fit for someone who wants to work on real hardware, real waste streams, and real climate impact — not just theory. Responsibilities

• Build relationships. Present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software and solutions. Gain access to technical enterprise-level decision makers and lead technical meetings that drive revenue.
• Be an expert. Be a technical leader of Esri technology as well as a subject matter expert of integrating ArcGIS with other systems. Demonstrate your advanced understanding of sales strategies and initiatives to develop complex solutions for Esri’s most strategic partners. Understand an organization’s business structure, associated workflows, third party business systems, and integration points. Share knowledge and coach new team members on best practices.
• Solve problems. Proactively craft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS brings business value to our partners by addressing the critical challenges they face. Define and deliver complex strategies that align Esri technology with our largest partners’ business needs.
• Tell our story. Design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences within Esri’s largest customers. Provide configuration guidance and best practices. Present at large conferences and executive engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications
• 3+ years of experience with Esri developer technology
• Broad knowledge of ArcGIS from an IT context (such as hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, cloud computing)
• Demonstrated experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design
• Understanding of sales and business development processes, with an emphasis on partnering
• Ability to troubleshoot client issues related to Esri application deployment and system architecture
• Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and environments (Microsoft Azure or AWS)
• Experience integrating software solutions with other business systems including data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms
• Programming and scripting experience with languages such as Python and JavaScript
• Remarkable presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%
• Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience incorporating real-time information streams with existing GIS data and IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of digitalization strategies that include mobile, IoT, advanced analytics and data science (AI/ML), and imagery

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and prototype the integration of Generative AI technologies (ex. LLMs)

The Technical Support Engineer provides  2nd & 3rd level support to Dedrone by Axon customers and partners worldwide. With your ability to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, and with your excellent communication skills, you will continually innovate to ensure Dedrone by Axon is offering the best level of service to the customer’s satisfaction. This is a customer focused, technical, hardware and software-related support position with responsibilities for meeting or exceeding performance and quality goals.

What You’ll Do 
Location: Sterling, VA or Mesa, AZ offices - 4 days in-office required
Reports to: Manager, Technical Support – Dedrone by Axon

• Develop a complete understanding of the Airspace Security Solutions by Dedrone by Axon
• Provide 2^nd and 3^rd level support for the Dedrone by Axon Product Family to field engineers and customers
• Research and identify solutions to resolve software and hardware issues
• Diagnosing and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Take ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
• Track internal and external requests and technical issues to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Update, maintain and monitor our customer systems as a full service
• Ensure all requests and issues are properly logged
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Document technical knowledge in form of notes and manuals
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Work with engineering and development teams to perform root cause analysis
• Take part in On-call Support and weekend coverage
