The Services Architect - CIAM is a technical authority on both cloud and on-premises based IT systems and is responsible for ensuring the successful design and implementation of Okta’s industry leading cloud identity platform at our customers. You will focus on Okta’s CIAM offering targeted at customer identity use cases. You will develop relationships with customers to help them achieve their business goals while promoting creative solutions. You will establish yourself as a trusted partner with your customers with a focus on their success. You will translate business needs and insights into an actionable strategy and assist customers in driving their initiatives to results and high business value. This is a key member of the Professional Services (PS) team, working as part of a PS Delivery Team on each customer implementation.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the Revenue Accounting Manager you will serve as the technical subject matter expert and primary driver for the daily execution of our global revenue streams, spanning SaaS, hardware, and services. This role reports to the Director, Revenue Accounting, and is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on the technical accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. You will own the end-to-end revenue close process and maintain robust governance to ensure all reporting remains compliant with U.S. GAAP (ASC 606). The role:
The Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Program Management Office (PMO) and Testing Group at SoFi is part of the Controllership and is responsible for ensuring the company has the necessary internal control and assessment elements in place to meet the SOX requirements. The Data Analytics team develops and implements testing automations, evaluates new technologies and supports reporting and dashboarding for the SOX Audit.
Responsibilities for the SOX Data Analytics & AI Manager, include, but are not limited to, identifying, developing and implementing data analytics and automation solutions for the SOX PMO & Testing teams, partnering with external stakeholders to implement automation solutions related to SOX controls, providing oversight of the SOX Data Analytics program, and assisting the SOX PM with reporting as needed.
