What you’ll do

As the Screening and TM Associate, you will help build upon the foundations of the Brex Financial Crimes Investigations Team.  You will review and report potential money laundering (ML), terrorist financing (TF), bribery, and other violations of law. The right candidate will be able to, and have a passion for, investigating potentially suspicious activity, identifying and assessing risk, and synthesizing large amounts of data in order to make informed decisions regarding customer activity and the risk it poses to the company. Clear communication is essential both in written investigations and verbal communication to senior management regarding potentially suspicious activity. You must be diligent and able to maintain a high level of quality while producing sufficient quantity of work to meet regulatory deadlines. You must also be flexible and be able to adapt to a rapidly changing regulatory and business environment. 

Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our Salt Lake City office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

Responsibilities

• Conducts independent investigations into transaction monitoring alerts, manual based investigations or screening alerts.
• Consistently monitor unusual transactions and high-risk customers in support of regulatory reporting obligations, such as filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) and Sanctions screening alerts/escalations
• Take ownership of the success of our internal controls, spot and scope opportunities for improvement
• Sampling techniques and analytical methods in order to monitor new typologies and emerging risks
• Support vendor integrations and address questions from L1 alert reviewers

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience across a variety of financial risk operations (AML, Sanctions, Bribery/Corruption, Due Diligence, etc)
• Knowledgeable about relevant US financial regulations authorities (ex: FinCEN, FINRA, OFAC, etc.)
• Technical aptitude in understanding complex money movement across payment methods and rails
• Familiarity with interpreting and utilizing data analytics tools (SQL, Looker, Excel), including designing, debugging, and organizing data for a wide audience

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $76,800 - $96,000.  However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. The opportunity

As a Revenue Operations Sr. Specialist, you'll own and operate critical GTM processes across systems, reporting, and sales compensation. You'll manage multi-step workflows that span multiple stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight. What we’re looking for

• Core Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations role, with a significant portion of that time spent in a hands-on compensation function
  • Deep, day-to-day ownership of sales compensation — this means building and maintaining comp plans, managing quota cycles, calculating attainments, reconciling commissions, and resolving disputes at the rep level. Familiarity with comp theory is not enough; we need someone who has done the work
  • Direct ownership or heavy administration of a compensation platform such as Spiff, CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or equivalent — you should be able to configure plans, build logic, and troubleshoot without relying on a vendor or another team
  • Ability to partner closely with Finance, HR, and Sales Leadership to ensure comp plans are accurately modeled, documented, and paid on time
  • Strong Salesforce experience, including object relationships, workflows, validation rules, and dashboards — compensation data lives in SFDC and you'll need to navigate it fluently

Pay Transparency

Salary for this role: $132,000 - $140,000

The cash compensation above includes base salary, and is not reflective of potential commission for employees in eligible roles, or annual bonus targets under Route’s bonus plan for eligible roles. Podium is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale its digital advertising program (including Meta, Google) for vertical SMB audiences.This person will help us deliver on performance targets for established campaigns on Meta and Google, as well as prove out new channels, taking ownership of budget, creative strategy, CRO, audience testing, bidding, and full-funnel performance. This is a high-visibility, building role perfect for a performance marketing expert who is motivated to take ownership of a nascent paid, social-led program and build it into a highly performant, cost-effective growth lever for Podium. What you'll be doing

• Own performance end-to-end. Drive pipeline and revenue against vertical SMB targets across Meta and Google (branded). You own the budget, the strategy, and the number.

What you should have

• B2B experience strongly preferred. You understand the nuances of pipeline, MQL→SQL conversion, sales-led close motions, and multi-touch attribution
• Track record of building paid social programs from the ground up, not just optimizing mature ones

ABOUT THIS ROLE

LVT is seeking a strategic, systems-thinking Senior Product Manager to own LVT's flagship product: the Mobile Security Unit (MSU). The MSU is the industry-defining platform that put LVT on the map — a ruggedized, AI-powered mobile surveillance system deployed across thousands of customer sites nationwide. As Senior PM of the MSU, you are the product visionary and operator for this business-critical platform. You will drive both its ongoing evolution through a forward-looking enhancement roadmap and its long-term health through disciplined fleet lifecycle management.

You will sit at the intersection of Hardware Engineering, Software, Service Operations, and Data Analytics — translating field intelligence, customer needs, and technical capability into a product roadmap that keeps the MSU the undisputed leader in mobile security.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own the MSU product roadmap end-to-end, balancing new capability development, hardware enhancements, and fleet sustainment in a cohesive multi-year plan aligned to LVT's software and AI strategy.
• Identify and prioritize enhancement opportunities — new sensors, AI/ML integrations, connectivity upgrades, power innovations — that extend MSU's competitive differentiation and open new market segments.
• Define and communicate the MSU product vision to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to drive continued MSU market growth — identifying expansion opportunities, informing pricing and packaging strategy, and ensuring the product roadmap directly supports LVT's revenue and market share goals.

Product Enhancement & Innovation

• Lead discovery and definition for MSU hardware and systems enhancements, working closely with Hardware Engineering, Software, and AI teams to bring new capabilities to market.
• Develop business cases for capability investments, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and ROI modeling.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to equip the go-to-market team with compelling MSU positioning as enhancements ship.

Fleet Sustainment & Lifecycle Management

• Manage the full lifecycle of the deployed MSU fleet, ensuring thousands of units in the field remain high-performing and reliable — from active platform optimization through end-of-life transitions.
• Proactively manage component lifecycles (modems, sensors, power systems), leading make/buy validation for drop-in replacements to ensure zero supply chain or field downtime.
• Lead development of modular hardware refresh kits that enable older MSU units to support modern AI/ML capabilities through cost-effective field upgrades rather than full replacements.
• Use fleet telemetry and health dashboards to drive predictive maintenance cycles and engineering changes that measurably improve uptime and MTBF.

Stakeholder Partnership & Unit Economics

• Act as the primary product interface for Hardware Engineering, Service Operations, and Field Teams — ensuring the MSU is designed for both performance and serviceability, with field technician feedback informing every development cycle.
• Build and defend business cases for fleet investments, balancing enhancement capital against retrofit and TCO reduction initiatives.
• Drive unit economics improvements through durability gains, power consumption reductions, and lower field service costs; travel up to 15% for customer visits, field operations, and supplier engagements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of owning a complex hardware or hardware/software product — including both roadmap development and in-field lifecycle management.
• Hardware/Software Systems Fluency: Experience managing products involving a deep integration between embedded electronics (cameras, sensors, modems) and AI/ML services.
• Product Roadmapping & Discovery: Demonstrated ability to build and prioritize a multi-horizon product roadmap, balancing new capability investment with platform sustainment.

As the Sr. Manager of Data Engineering and Architecture, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for defining and executing the data engineering strategy, architecture, and technology stack.
