As a Principal Software Programmer of the Media Services team, you'll provide technical leadership for the platform powering real-time voice communication across Fortnite and the Epic Games ecosystem at massive scale. You'll help set the technical direction for Epic's WebRTC-based products and implement features from design through final delivery.

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for validating the functional reliability and performance of our connected camera fleet across the entire hardware-to-cloud ecosystem.
As a part of the Camera Quality & Test Engineering Team, you will execute a hybrid validation strategy that combines rigorous system-level exploratory testing with the development of automated test scripts. You will spend your time interacting directly with physical camera hardware in the lab, reproducing complex field edge-cases, capturing system logs, and writing code to automate regression suites within our Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) infrastructure.

About the Position: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with experience in Ruby on Rails. As a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to building and maintaining web applications, collaborating with the team to implement new features, and optimizing performance. You will work with both object-oriented and functional programming paradigms in a fully remote environment. Success in this role requires a solid understanding of Git/source control and familiarity with Gen-AI tools and their practical applications in development workflows. This position reports to the Chief Technology Officer.
Compensation Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year. The final base salary will be determined based on several factors, including geographical location, level of experience, relevant skills, and knowledge.
