Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Ruby on Rails experience
- Minimum 7+ Coding experience

AWS Experience - Must Meet ONE of the Following:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience using AWS as a developer, OR
- 6+ years managing AWS infrastructure/cloud environments, OR
- 4+ years of AWS experience with a valid AWS certification (see accepted certifications below)
Accepted AWS Certifications (Ideal):- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, or

Compensation Range: $150,000 - $180,000 per year. The final base salary will be determined based on several factors, including geographical location, level of experience, relevant skills, and knowledge.

About the Position: Prevail Legal is a leading legal technology company transforming how law firms manage depositions and litigation support through AI-assisted court reporting, real-time transcription, and streamlined deposition management. As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of law firm clients — ensuring they receive an exceptional, white-glove experience from onboarding through every session.
This role sits at the intersection of client relations, session operations, and cross-functional coordination. You will act as the voice of the client internally and as a trusted advisor externally, with a direct impact on retention, expansion, and the overall Prevail client experience.

Remote – U.S. Based
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Own a portfolio of law firm client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle
- Lead client onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption of Prevail’s platform, workflows, and service standards
- Conduct regular business reviews and proactive check-ins to surface needs, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding each client’s litigation support needs and aligning Prevail’s capabilities accordingly
Session & Service Operations
- Coordinate deposition session logistics in collaboration with the Operations team, ensuring all resources are confirmed and coverage is airtight
- Monitor session delivery in real time; escalate and resolve issues related to court reporters, videographers, interpreters, and support
- Step in as needed to assign resources, confirm coverage, or resolve job-related conflicts to protect client experience
- Oversee post-session processes, including transcript delivery, quality review, and follow-up communications
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Sales, and the Transcript/Certification teams to ensure seamless coordination across the client journey
- Surface client feedback and recurring issues to internal stakeholders, advocating for product and process improvements
- Collaborate with the Dev team to communicate client-facing feature requests and platform updates
- Maintain accurate client data and session records within Prevail’s case management and CRM systems
Service Quality & Standards
- Uphold and enforce Prevail’s quality standards for all service partners including court reporters, videographers, and interpreters
- Identify performance trends and escalate service partner concerns through the appropriate channels
- Ensure compliance with client-specific preferences, transcript formatting standards, and SLA commitments
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services — preferably in legal, court reporting, or litigation support
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-first presence
- Proven track record of problem-solving under pressure and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively
- Comfort working across cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, and Development
Preferred:
- Experience with legal technology platforms, deposition management systems, and court reporting operations
- Familiarity with litigation support workflows including resources allocation and assignment, transcript certification, videography, and remote deposition technology
- Exposure to tools such as Reporter Base, CRM platforms, or case management software
- Bilingual candidates are a plus

Responsibilities:
- Strategically prospect and develop new business opportunities within the legal industry, building a strong pipeline of law firm clients
- Lead engaging discovery calls and compelling software demos that surface client pain points, clearly articulate ROI, and drive fast-moving sales cycles to close
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience and foster long-term client value
- Serve as a voice of the market by channeling customer feedback, emerging trends, and competitive insights to the Product team to influence roadmap planning and development priorities
- Build client relationships — Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact between Prevail and its clients. Identify customer needs and ensure our products and services meet them.
- Report on pipeline and accounts — Prepare and present results, account status, and lead updates to the CEO.
- Deliver accurate proposals — Provide clients with information, quotes, and bid specifications as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or client services roles.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficient in HubSpot or a similar CRM and standard office tools
Bonus: Familiarity with the legal industry or legal tech is a strong plus.

About the Position: We are seeking a meticulous and deadline-driven individual for the role of Contract Legal Transcriptionist/Editor. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines, and adherence to specific transcription style guidelines. You will work closely with team members in a professional and respectful manner. This position is entirely remote and will report to the Transcription Quality Control Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Review AI-generated transcriptions of legal depositions against original audio or video for accuracy and completeness.
- Edit and proofread AI-generated transcriptions to correct grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy of technical and specialized legal terminology and names.
- Ensure proper identification of speakers.
- Maintain consistency and adherence to established style guidelines.
- Perform live data tagging in support of Prevail's AI-powered transcription workflows.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Adapt to changes in AI technology and transcription practices as well as Prevail’s editing environment.
Required Qualifications:
- College or university degree or court reporting/transcription certification preferred.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with the ability to focus for long periods of time.
- Ability to prioritize various requests and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to follow and adhere to specific transcription style guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to think logically and contextually as well as research thoroughly.

- Familiarity of legal terminology and jargon.
- Computer literate and comfortable learning new technologies.
- Fluent in English, with a solid understanding of grammar, spelling, punctuation and idioms.

About the Position: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with experience in Ruby on Rails. - Monitoring and managing the session
- Assisting any sessions with technical/administrative needs
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Current Notary License for state of Arizona
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with video conferencing/database platforms
- Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces/Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Qualified candidates must have a full and complete understanding of the legal process and requirements for the state of Arizona as well as basic national knowledge.
- A webcam, headset, and computer are needed as well!

About the Position: This hybrid position, based in Detroit, Michigan, requires regular in-person attendance in and reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Videotaping in-person depositions/legal proceedings
- Experience with in-person deposition streaming video via laptop to video platform (Livenote, Zoom, Webex, etc.)
- Record accurate, reliable video of legal proceedings/multiple backups
- Resolves issues and escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience
- Current Public Notary
- Knowledge of video equipment, video streaming equipment, basic computer troubleshooting skills, audio/mixer setup, video compression
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Compensation Range:
- The pay range for this contract position is $55-$65/hr; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
