ゲーム開発におけるUIデザイナーは、ユーザーが目にして操作する、すべての画面設計を担当します。
「グランツーリスモ」シリーズのブランドデザインおよびゲーム仕様を十分に理解した上で、画面遷移の設計・デザインを行うと共に、時には自ら仕様の検討・提案に関わることもある業務です。

Working in UI design related to the production of the "Gran Turismo" series.
・General UI design for a video game
・Design and create assets including icons, logos and 2D animations
・Utilise in-house tools to integrate design elements into the game
As part of the game's development, the UI Designer is responsible for creating all the user interfaces that players see and interact with.
You will be responsible for planning and designing screen transitions, ensuring they align with the game specifications and brand design principles of the Gran Turismo series, and be involved at times in evaluating and proposing new specifications.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams across different areas of expertise, including engineers and artists, to support the game's development.

Roblox is seeking a Brand Designer based on site in Tokyo, to support Growth Marketing across APAC. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high quality, thoughtfully crafted design at scale. The designer will work closely with marketers, agencies, and business partners to translate briefs into strategically aligned, creatively compelling work that represents Roblox across regional marketing surfaces.
The role requires managing the full design process from concept through production, including briefing internal and external agencies, guiding feedback, and ensuring final asset delivery. A key part of the work is producing a consistent volume of creative, with a target of six or more concepts per month, inclusive of multiple aspect ratios and localization for markets such as Japan and Korea.
In addition to creation, this role carries responsibility for reviewing and refining assets to ensure they are culturally relevant, appropriate, and effective across diverse APAC audiences. Strong attention to detail, collaboration, and an ability to operate at speed without compromising quality will be critical to success. This role requires you to speak and write Japanese natively, and preferably has an ability to write and speak Korean.

Niantic’s UX Design team delivers innovative mobile experiences that inspire "exploration, exercise, and connection" for players around the world. In this position, you will tackle unique design challenges set in the real world, always placing the player’s perspective at the center of your UX design.
For your assigned game title, you will drive the UX design process from concept to completion. You will handle a broad scope of work—including UX flows, wireframes, and UI design—to shape intuitive and user-friendly experiences. Additionally, a crucial part of this role involves validating ideas using mockups and prototypes to clearly visualize and refine design concepts.
In development, you will collaborate closely with a diverse group of experts—including Engineers, Product Managers, User Researchers, and Artists—to co-create unique Niantic experiences that blend the real and digital worlds. You will actively participate in brainstorming and new feature planning, contributing directly to the product's direction.
Additionally, you will communicate your design intent visually to internal and external stakeholders using wireframes and specifications. Your goal is to foster a shared understanding while building out the design.
