A day in the life (Responsibilities) 

• Supply Chain Tier Management: Partner with CMs on Clear-to-Build (CTB) analysis and provide visibility into materials supply, projected coverage, and constraints across supply chain tiers.
• Allocation Strategy & Reconciliation: Develop data-driven allocation strategies for supply-constrained environments and standardize material allocations between Toast and CM vendors to prevent shortfalls and miscommunications.
• Non-Standard Process & Inventory Oversight: Manage protocols for consigned inventory and non-standard material handling, including coordination of shipments, POs, and reconciliation for high-value components sourced through third-party brokers.
• Excess & Obsolete (E&O) Risk Management: Proactively identify E&O inventory risks and present mitigation plans to leadership; support EOL transitions and next-generation component integration roadmaps.
• Financial Reporting & Analytics: Act as the primary liaison for material reporting needs from Finance and Accounting, maintaining dashboards that provide cross-organizational visibility including PO cost tracking.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive alignment with Demand Planning and Strategic Sourcing to optimize material allocation, reduce procurement costs, and support supply/demand decision-making.
• Work mode: Hybrid (2-3 days in Office)

What you'll need to thrive (Requirements)

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, or operations within the semiconductor, PCBA, or contract manufacturing industry
• Demonstrated experience managing consigned inventory, third-party broker relationships, and multi-party purchase order coordination
• Proficiency in CTB analysis, materials planning, and supply/demand modeling
• Strong background in financial reporting and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Accounting teams
• Experience developing allocation strategies in supply-constrained environments across multiple programs or lines of business

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Analyst with a strong passion for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. As a Software Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in the software development process by conducting thorough manual testing to identify defects and verify that the software meets established quality standards. What you’ll do

• Collaborate with software development teams at BBPOS and Stripe Terminal (US and Canada) to ensure high quality releases for Payment terminals and components such as SDKs, EMV Configs, Android Apps, Firmware and ROM.
• Develop comprehensive non-functional test plans and perform exploratory testing to validate software functionality. 
• Perform functional, regression and non-functional testing to identify defects and verify stability and accuracy of software products before releasing to users.

The Customer Success team is pioneering a new structural initiative to scale customer success enablement and adoption of Numerix solutions across APAC. To support this effort, we are adding a Customer Success Enablement Consultant who will help shape, structure, and execute adoption strategies across the APAC book of business. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Success, APAC.

You will be the face of Numerix for training, product adoption, and customer enablement, working directly with banks, securities firms, insurance companies, and investment managers. You will play a central role in cross-functional collaboration at Numerix with Product, Professional Services, Customer Support, and Sales teams to strengthen and scale client adoption.  This role is designed for early career professionals who want to specialize in customer success enablement. While the position has meaningful ownership and visibility, it is a solo-contributor role that is supported by senior Customer Success leadership.

In this role, you will build rare expertise at the intersection of quantitative finance, enterprise software, and customer enablement. You will gain exposure to front, middle-risk office workflows across leading financial institutions, develop skills in data-driven adoption and training design, and shape how Numerix solutions are embedded into customers’ day-to-day operations.  Over time, this role can evolve into senior enablement, customer success management, product strategy, or commercial roles within Numerix.

What You'll Do:

• Design and deliver training and enablement content tailored to different customer lifecycle stages, personas, and domain verticals.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and pain points, translating Numerix capabilities into integral parts of customers’ day-to-day operations.
