Are you a handy person who enjoys fixing and maintaining household items? Do you like to drive and are comfortable spending your days driving across various locations supporting maintenance needs? We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Runner. No day will be the same! You’ll jump from driving supplies to team members across our portfolio of homes, performing general maintenance upkeep and fixes to ultimately helping us keep our vacation homes ready for guests. Must be curious and enjoy troubleshooting!

This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 4/15/26 and work through end of season on or around 10/15/26 As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.

Compensation 

• $22 - $23 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist the Operations team in the local market, preparing homes for guest check in and check out.
• Frequently travel between units delivering supplies to housekeepers, maintenance teams and others, aiding guests, and running errands.
• Expect the unexpected, no day is the same and it will be spent traveling, performing basic maintenance and tasks in our homes. 
• Remove trash from homes.
• Order, maintain and replenish maintenance supplies and inventory.
• Complete a variety of maintenance tasks within a home such as appliance/ cable/ wifi troubleshooting, cleaning hot tubs, and replacing light bulbs.
• Meet and maintain company Standard Unit Appearance, correcting inconsistencies in the homes you enter.
• Assist housekeeping as needed by completing cleans. 
• Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with local team members and regional leadership teams as needed. 
• Provide cross-coverage for your team members when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!

Skills + Qualifications

• Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
• Prior experience working in maintenance or housekeeping role a bonus. 
• Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
• This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.
• Dependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners.

Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements

• Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities — often in varying weather conditions.
• We’re in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We require flexibility to support this.
• Reliable transportation required.

The Opportunity

As a One Medical Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (internally known as Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. What You'll Do

You Should Have

Job Summary of the Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will work with the Area Managers to achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory by promoting, selling and servicing Axogen’s portfolio of nerve repair products. The Company’s Associate base pay ranges from $16.50- $18.50/ hour in Portland, OR. You Will

You Have

• 3+ years of sales experience in a full cycle closing role with field sales experience
• Experience exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products, and closing complex deals
• Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
• Business development experience (e.g. hunting and cold calling)
• Since this is a field position, you must have reliable transportation and live in the market you are serving
• A collaborative and team player mentality
• Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent
• Even better:
  • 2+ years of payment processing OR related technology (i.e. payroll, loyalty, time management)
  • 1+ years of relevant audience experience (experience working in/selling to restaurants, retailers or services based businesses)

The Line Lead role is a front-line supervisor role, responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets. This role is not visa eligible. Starting pay from $23 - $30/hr dependent on relevant experience.

Position Overview:

Position Overview:

The Line Lead role is a front-line supervisor role, responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets. This role is not visa eligible. Starting pay from $23 - $30/hr dependent on relevant experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely for repairs, while meeting or exceeding set production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify team’s strengths and weaknesses; determine areas of opportunity and the appropriate steps to improve.
• Engage assigned team, provide appropriate coaching, development and performance management; offer feedback and demonstrate desired skills.  
• Create a work and team environment that inspires positive communication, team cohesion, and adherence to Carvana’s Values.
• Proactively communicate information to team members, providing clear understanding of expectations, performance measures, and goals.
• Prevent and resolve conflict among team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot inventory location
• Accurately receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot consistent with processing and safety standards
• Multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and accurately complete inspection reports

• Maintain lot and workspace areas
