ParetoHealth has built the strongest stop-loss platform in the market. Our continued growth now depends on fully integrating and elevating the ecosystem that surrounds it — medical cost containment, pharmacy (PRxC), and our preferred TPA network. We are seeking a senior executive to own the strategy, performance, and evolution of the Savings Engine ecosystem end-to-end. This is a platform-level leadership role with full accountability across partner strategy, performance, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ecosystem Strategy (12–36 Month Horizon)

Own and continuously evolve the multi-year roadmap across medical and pharmacy solutions.

Defensive Strategy

• Proactively manage risk exposure within existing partnerships (performance, integration, economic sustainability).
• Lead renegotiation, restructuring, or exit decisions where warranted.
• Ensure every ecosystem component continues to justify its economic and strategic role.

Offensive Strategy

• Identify and prioritize high-impact new areas (e.g., cell & gene therapy, infusion management, specialty risk, site-of-care optimization).
• Develop and execute sequencing for expansion.
• Advance multiple strategic initiatives in parallel to maintain market leadership.

You are accountable for ensuring the ecosystem evolves at the pace required by the market.

2. Direct Leadership & Organizational Accountability

Directly manage:

• Head of Point Solution Partnerships
• Head of PBM Strategy & Partnerships
• Head of TPA Relationship Management

You will:

• Set strategic direction and execution priorities
• Establish measurable KPIs

3. Full Executive Accountability for Partner Portfolio

You hold executive accountability for all ecosystem partners — existing and future — across:

• Point solutions
• PBMs
• TPAs

This includes:

• Executive-level relationship ownership
• Performance oversight and escalation
• Renewal and renegotiation strategy
• Strategic expansion or exit decisions

Operational relationship management will continue within the team, but ultimate accountability sits with this role.

4. Build Best-in-Class Partner Management

Professionalize partner management as a core Pareto capability.

This includes:

• Partner tiering and segmentation
• Formal launch and GTM integration processes
• Performance scorecards and QBR discipline
• Renewal governance
• Escalation frameworks
• Cross-ecosystem integration accountability

The expectation is to institutionalize partner management as a scalable, repeatable discipline.

5. TPA Strategy & ParetoOne Accountability

Own performance and alignment across the TPA portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

• Contractual and operational performance standards
• Implementation quality and reporting consistency
• Renewal coordination and discipline
• Integration with PRxC and medical solutions
• Differentiated experience within ParetoOne (package with the “best” experience, limited to a smaller number of Preferred TPAs)

Where performance gaps exist, you are accountable for resolution.

6. Commercial & Marketing Integration

Partner closely with Marketing and Commercial leadership to:

• Clarify and strengthen the Savings Engine narrative
• Improve ecosystem simplicity and positioning
• Drive increased adoption and utilization across members
• Align ecosystem design with growth and retention strategy

You are accountable for ensuring ecosystem strategy produces measurable commercial impact.

• At least 5 years experience designing and executing research projects in RWD, epidemiology/ pharmacoepidemiology, HEOR, and/or real world evidence generation (RWE)
• Experienced in applying real-world data to specific healthcare and life-science related research questions and use cases in a variety of therapeutic areas
• Proficient in programming with experience in SQL or Python and experience coaching others in the use of standard code/scripts for healthcare use cases

How you will help

As a Rebate Analyst at HealthVerity, you will contribute your skills to support clients using our contract management platform empowering them to efficiently negotiate, execute and manage the increasing complexity of traditional rebate agreements while introducing enhanced capabilities to facilitate next generation medical rebate and value-based contract designs. You will communicate between our clients and our engineering teams on queries and requests for enhancements.

• Plan and schedule the necessary activities for supporting client utilization of the Smart Contracts rebate technology

About The Role:

For candidates based in the United States, the expected OTE pay range for this position at the start of employment is $200,000 – $250,000/year. This role serves as the primary, expert consultant on all matters of coding, billing, and access for HeartFlow FFRct Analysis and other services. You will leverage your deep reimbursement experience to ensure our hospital and clinic partners succeed financially, while strategically aligning with our internal Sales Team.

This position will be a remote position with up to 30% travel throughout the US required. #LI-IB1

Responsibilities You Will Own:

Strategic Field Alignment & Consultation

• Act as the expert reimbursement partner embedded within the field team structure. Attend strategic sales calls to address complex coding and billing concerns, positioning Heartflow as a true consultative resource for customers.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to proactively identify facilities and practices needing reimbursement education and support regarding Heartflow products.
• Educate the Sales Team on key coding updates, billing concerns, and reimbursement trends, ensuring the entire commercial team is strategically aligned and informed.
• Collaborate with the field facing "One Team" to compliantly share insights into customer needs, potential barriers, and payer issues/opportunities for patient access.

Customer Access & Billing Optimization

• Serve as the primary consultant for customer billing and administrative staff. Conduct calls or travel onsite to educate customers on the appropriate use of Category III codes, billing scenarios, and payment components.
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the full reimbursement cycle, from pre-service authorization to post-service collection.
• Support customers in optimizing their prior authorization workflow and claims appeals processes to maximize reimbursement success and minimize administrative burden.
• Conduct frequent claim reviews with practices to ensure appropriate reimbursement.
• Address and resolve patient coverage, access, and reimbursement questions from accounts, coordinating with patient services as directed by policy and procedure.

Content Strategy & Compliance

• Partner with Marketing to develop strategic educational materials (e.g., guides, presentations, FAQs) on coding, billing, and compliance for both customer and internal field team use.
• Identify, anticipate, and address patient and practice reimbursement issues by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Heartflow policies and industry trends to perform the role in a compliant manner consistent with company guidance.

Skills Needed:

• Deep Understanding of the Revenue Cycle: Expert knowledge of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10), payer policies, prior authorization workflows, and claims appeals processes.
• Policy Interpretation: Proven ability to interpret policies and medical necessity language to accurately identify appropriate documentation (e.g., ICD-10 codes, medical records) required for successful claim submission.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:

• Greater than 5 years of demonstrated work experience in coding and billing managing both governmental and commercial claims reimbursement processes.
• Demonstrated medical service coding and reimbursement experience.
• Associates Degree in related field of study required.
• CPC preferred, COC preferred, cardiology experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the underwriting process using a best-in-class captive offering to create profitable stoploss offerings for prospective captive members.
• Conduct preliminary risk assessments of prospective Pareto captive members, who are currently both fully insured and self-funded health plans, to assist in determining appropriate stoploss coverage levels and premiums.
• Assist in analyzing healthcare data, including claims and utilization patterns, to forecast potential risks and cost implications.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to provide consultants with the necessary financial information required to join the captive.
• Adapt to working in an environment of incomplete information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

How you will help

The Director, Business Development is a senior individual contributor responsible for sourcing, advancing, and closing strategic partnerships pharmaceutical companies. This role carries a significant individual bookings target and is accountable for building and converting a high-quality pipeline aligned with Vivodyne’s commercial priorities.

The Director, BD  will operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic judgment; owning account strategy, shaping deal structures, and leading cross-functional execution across Science, Bio, Legal, and Finance. Success in this role requires balancing hands-on deal execution with thoughtful account planning and market insight.

Responsibilities

Ownership & Deal Execution

• Carry and deliver against an individual quarterly and annual bookings target.

• Source, qualify, and advance new partnership opportunities with mid-sized and large pharma companies and AI/data-centric partners.

• Lead opportunities through the full deal lifecycle: discovery → scoping → proposal → negotiation → close.
