To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to have open availability and are expected to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. About the Role
As a Hospitality Coordinator, you’ll serve as the on-the-ground expert responsible for keeping our homes functional, clean, and stocked (FCS) for every guest. You’ll perform inspections, restock supplies, prep for arrivals, complete light maintenance, and respond to in-market issues during and between stays.
This role is a combination of what many companies call a property caretaker and a runner and may at times include work more generally associated with that of a hotel front desk. You’ll be field-based, covering a subset of homes in your zone, and will report to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops. About the Role
As a Hospitality Coordinator, you’ll serve as the on-the-ground expert responsible for keeping our homes functional, clean, and stocked (FCS) for every guest. You’ll perform inspections, restock supplies, prep for arrivals, complete light maintenance, and respond to in-market issues during and between stays.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $92,000 and $120,000 per year. As a Mental Health Group Specialist, you will begin making a difference on day one, working alongside a highly skilled therapy team to deliver psychoeducation, enabling meaningful, real-world change for clients. This role focuses on Group Mastery; you will lead transformative sessions for clients facing complex behavioral and emotional challenges while enjoying the stability of a salaried position and a fixed schedule.
Please Note: This role focuses on psychoeducational and skill building facilitation. If you are registered as a CSWA, such hours may be eligible towards your independent licensure, at the discretion of the Board of Licensed Social Workers.

As the National Senior Builder Sales Manager, you will:
· Be responsible for selling and promoting all brands of LG appliances to new and existing national and regional single-family builders, multi-family builders, and developers in the West Coast Region.
· Execute and deliver all sales and margin operating plan goals.
· Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing strategies to grow the territory with an awareness of potential channel conflicts.
· Build strong customer relationships through solution selling and resolve issues that arise.
· Analyze market and sales strategy.
· Analyze competitive landscape and determine opportunities.
· Develop and conduct sales training.
· Perform administrative functions to meet deadlines.
· Ability to cold call prospective accounts and turn the opportunity from a prospect to a purchasing account.
Qualifications:
· GED is required; Bachelors preferred.
· Minimum 8+ years' experience.
· Experience in the Builder industry, and/or, the home appliance industry.
· Salary range will depend on location of successful candidate.
