The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers an uncapped target performance-based bonus with overall expected compensation will be between $94,000 and $114,000. This role is a rare chance to lead the go-to-market efforts for one of the fastest growing startups in the healthcare industry. You'll be granted an unparalleled level of responsibility, as your efforts will define how we open and win in new markets. As a Regional Director, it will be your responsibility to manage a state-wide or multi-state region, supporting the Directors and Managers that represent Charlie Health in the region. You'll work hand-in-hand with our leadership team to identify patient referral sources, build relationships with clinical partners, and facilitate admissions for hundreds of at-risk youth. You'll obsess (in a healthy way) over ensuring that every possible patient, parent, and provider is aware of Charlie Health’s programs.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $125,000 and $165,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.

About the Role

In this position, you will foster strong relationships with EAP providers, unions, corporate employers, and workplace wellness programs to connect employees and their families to Charlie Health’s services. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, strengthening referral pathways, and ensuring that employees and their families can easily access Charlie Health’s Intensive Outpatient Programming.
You will serve as a trusted partner and educator to workforce stakeholders, identifying needs, reducing barriers to care, and ensuring seamless collaboration across partnerships. You will be responsible for educating key stakeholders about our offerings, addressing access barriers, and designing programs tailored to the unique mental health needs of employee populations.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $92,000 and $120,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. The annual base salary range is $150,000 – $165,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Position Summary: Great Lakes Region
The position is responsible for promoting ProShares Strategic ETFs across select WH firms, Independent BD’s and RIA’s The role will involve channel segmentation, FA qualifying and profiling as well as arranging appointments for meetings across all channels, managing a multi-state region. We anticipate that the incumbent will possess in-depth investment and market knowledge, product presentation skills, analytical abilities and advanced selling skills.

The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary for this role is $125,000 (USD), which does not include variable bonus. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
