Hightouch is the modern AI platform for marketing and growth teams. Our AI agents reimagine marketing workflows, allowing marketers to create content, plan campaigns, and execute strategies with transformational velocity and performance.
Hightouch is a rare company built on the intersection of two fundamental technological shifts: advances in LLMs and agentic AI, and the creation and rapid adoption of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks. Building on these tailwinds, we’ve become a leader in AI marketing and partner with industry leaders like Domino’s, Chime, Spotify, Ramp, Whoop, Grammarly, and over 1000 others.
Our team focuses on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We approach challenges with first-principles thinking, move quickly and efficiently, and treat each other with compassion and kindness. We look for team members who are strong communicators, have a growth mindset, and are motivated and persistent in achieving our goals.
This is a high-leverage, high-agency role focused on scaling partner-sourced revenue through deep technical alignment with Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, and the broader MarTech & AdTech ecosystem.
You’ll operate more like a GTM strategist and operator than a traditional SE, working across dozens of deals at once through partner influence — not direct sales cycles. You’ll help partners and their customers design the right solutions, accelerate time-to-value, and drive joint adoption, all while maintaining strong technical credibility.
We get excited talking to data engineers, product managers, marketers, and business leaders — and know how to distill technical concepts for different audiences. Your work will make it easier for partners to succeed and, ultimately, grow Hightouch’s partner-sourced revenue.
On-Target Earnings Range: $160,000-$230,000 annually
Base Salary Range: $90,000- $161,000 annually
We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window

We’re looking for a talented, curious, and motivated engineering manager to lead our engineering team that manages our 300+ destination integrations. This role would involve a mix of leadership and hands-on engineering.
Destination integrations are at the heart of Hightouch’s products. Every single Hightouch customer, from early adopters of our Agentic Marking Platform to customers running tens of thousands of syncs a day at scale, rely on these integrations to send their data to destinations like CRMs, advertising platforms, analytics engines, and more.
We believe in enabling our engineers to do their best work for our customers by giving them extremely high levels of ownership and autonomy. You would lead the team by example, raise the bar for technical execution, and continuously ensure the team is focusing on the highest-value deliverables.
We ship quickly - it’s not uncommon for someone to implement a new integration while simultaneously shipping a few improvements in a week. Engineers also regularly work directly with customers and integration partners to solution new use cases as they come up.
Here’s an example of some problems you’d be working on:
The salary range for this position is $200,000 - 320,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
We’re looking for a leader who is motivated by delivering customer value, quickly, while mentoring and guiding the team to continuously raise the bar. This is a leadership role, but we care about evidence of impact and potential for growth more than years of experience.
You are a great fit if you:
In our interview process, we’re looking to assess mutual fit - we want you to ask us questions too! We want to draw upon your vast prior experience to give us detailed and specific insights into how you operate and lead. Our technical interviews focus on how you design systems because we believe this is the best way for us to see how you work and for you to see how we collaborate. We don’t ask you to write code to solve technical brainteasers that don’t appear in your day to day job.

When you open Spotify, the homepage is different for every user. When you browse Nike's site, products are ranked by what Nike thinks you'll buy. When you log into Chase, offers are tailored to your spending. This is web and mobile personalization: deciding in real time what each customer sees inside your product. It directly moves conversion, retention, and revenue at the point where customers are already engaged.
Almost nobody does it well outside of companies that build it from scratch. A single experiment (testing whether high-spend users convert better seeing a loyalty upsell on the account page) requires an analyst to build the segment, a PM to write targeting rules, a designer to create variants, an engineer to instrument the test, and someone to monitor results. Most teams run 5–10 per quarter and end up with a handful of static rules covering a fraction of their users.
The tools that exist (Optimizely, Adobe Target) handle infrastructure but don't solve the coordination problem. Every experiment, audience, and piece of content still requires manual configuration. They also force companies to duplicate customer data into a proprietary store, adding months of implementation and permanent vendor lock-in.
The shift from "AI assists a step" to "AI owns a workflow" is already happening in software engineering. Personalization is ready for the same shift.
Today: A growth team testing whether high-intent visitors convert better with a comparison page spends 2–4 weeks coordinating across tools and people. They run maybe 8 experiments that quarter.
With agents: The growth lead describes the goal. An agent identifies the audience from existing customer data, generates variants informed by past performance, configures the experiment with holdout groups, launches it, monitors significance, and reallocates traffic. The human reviews before launch. Calendar time: hours. The same team runs 50+ experiments per quarter because the coordination cost drops to nearly zero.
Agents handle the full chain as one workflow: audience, content, experiment, optimization. Instead of a bunch of manual steps, agents rethink this as a continuously improving closed loop.
More than 1,000 enterprises—like Domino’s, Chime, Spotify, Ramp, Whoop, Grammarly, use Hightouch to run their marketing. Earlier this year we launched the Agentic Marketing Platform with two pillars:
Advertising covers paid media. Lifecycle covers email, SMS, and push. Agentic Personalization is the third pillar: what customers experience inside the website and mobile app. Different buyer (product and growth teams), different workflow (real-time experimentation), different technical surface (browser SDKs and edge delivery). Same agent infrastructure and data foundation.
What no competitor can replicate:
Founding Product Manager for Agentic Personalization: Hightouch's third major pillar and biggest new investment. You define the product, the sequencing, and the go-to-market.
High-visibility role working directly with founders and executive team.

This role is for someone who wants to own the technical win. As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Hightouch, you will partner with your Account Executives to drive the full technical sales motion from deep discovery and architectural solutioning to tailored product demonstrations and rigorous technical validation. You will own relationships with technical champions, co-develop account strategy, and guide customers to our solutions by navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees and running competitive enterprise sales cycles. We leverage a disciplined value-selling motion, and are looking for deep experience in enterprise sales cycles where you have had to earn the technical win, not assume it.
Hightouch sits at the intersection of two powerful technological shifts: the rise of agentic AI and the maturation of the cloud data warehouse. We are solving real, complex problems at the intersection of marketing and data. As a senior SE, you will become a product expert, a trusted advisor to enterprise buyers, and a meaningful contributor to a team that is still early in building something significant.
Quickly build technical expertise, moving from foundational product, use case, and demo fluency in the first three months to independently closing deals and solving complex, multi-product problems within six months. You will begin contributing beyond your own deals and raising the collective bar for the team within a year.
Required
Bonus
We are building something that has the potential to redefine how companies use data to drive marketing outcomes. We’ve doubled in size each of the last three years, earned recognition as a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader in CDP, and have been acknowledged in the top 10 of the Forbes Best Startups list the last two years.
Beyond the market position and the customer list, what makes this team worth joining is the culture and values. Two core values exemplify how this team operates:
Forever Hungry — We are ambitious and we celebrate wins, but we are never fully satisfied. We are always looking for ways to push further, move faster, and do more for our customers and each other.
Raising the Bar — We have high expectations for performance and believe in having exceptional talent in every position. We look deeper than credentials, prioritize trajectory over pedigree, and invest in people who make everyone around them better.
As a senior SE at Hightouch, you will have the autonomy to shape your territory, the product complexity to do technically meaningful work, and a team around you that makes it worth showing up for.
Compensation
On-Target Earnings: $220,000–$270,000 annually
Base Salary: $154,000–$189,000 annually
We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a generous 10-year post-termination exercise window.
* Travel required for customer and team engagements.

We are looking for a Staff AI Productivity Engineer to accelerate how our engineering organization works with AI coding tools. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building infrastructure, tooling, and documentation that makes AI agents dramatically more effective across our codebase.
AI tools are evolving rapidly, and we believe the companies that invest in making agents truly productive - not just available - will have a significant advantage. You'll own this problem end-to-end: from setting up cloud development environments where agents can run autonomously, to building MCP integrations that give agents access to our internal systems, to creating the documentation and context that helps agents understand how we build software.
You’ll have the hands-on acumen to do a lot of the heavy lifting yourself and the leadership skills to drive cross-team efforts to raise the bar everywhere. This role is a companion role to our Developer Productivity role but has a distinct focus: while Dev Productivity owns the build/test/deploy pipeline, you'll own the AI-assisted development experience. An exceptional candidate could wear both hats.
Some of the problems we’ll be working on include:

You are an engineer with a passion for solving hard technical problems that generate real value for customers. You’re motivated by high ownership and are comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Our goal with the interview process is to balance speed with giving both parties opportunities to assess whether there is a strong mutual fit. We will ask you questions, but we want you to ask us questions! We don’t ask you to write code to solve technical brainteasers that don’t appear in your day to day job.

Every large advertiser runs the same loop: strategist reviews performance data, decides what to test next, briefs a designer, waits for assets, hands them to a media buyer who builds campaigns across Meta and Google and TikTok, launches, monitors, repeats. The process is slow because creative production, campaign management, and performance analysis happen in three separate systems, and insights travel between them through decks, Slack threads, and weekly syncs.
Companies like Nike, Uber, and PepsiCo spend millions per month on digital ads and employ entire teams just to keep this loop turning. Most teams run 10 to 15 creative tests per month because every test requires manual work across multiple tools and teams. The result: most ad spend runs against stale creative, performance degrades from fatigue, and the gap between "what's working" and "what gets made next" is measured in weeks.
Advertising is uniquely high-leverage for AI agents because nearly every step in the workflow is now automatable, and the steps compound:
Today: A performance marketing team testing new concepts on Meta and TikTok spends 2 to 3 weeks per cycle.
With agents: The marketing lead describes the objective. An agent analyzes recent performance, identifies the highest-value concepts to test, generates on-brand variants across formats, builds campaigns, launches after human approval, monitors results, detects fatigue, and queues replacements. Same team, 5x to 7x the testing volume, because the human bottleneck becomes strategy and judgment, not execution.
Hightouch built the Agentic Marketing Platform: one system where AI agents own entire marketing workflows across lifecycle (email, SMS, push through Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, Adobe), advertising (creative production and activation across paid channels), and product experiences (real-time web and mobile experimentation). All three surfaces share the same agent infrastructure, brand and customer context, and warehouse-native data foundation. An insight the ads agent learns about creative performance can inform what the lifecycle agent sends. That shared context across every marketing surface is the product.
Ads is already live, and demand is surging. Enterprise customers are generating ad creative today with agents that analyze performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat, produce briefs grounded in competitive research and brand guidelines, and generate ready-to-ship ad concepts. Early adoption has been strong: customers who start using it quickly expand usage across campaigns and teams, and inbound interest from enterprise prospects is accelerating. The foundation works. The opportunity is building it into a platform that captures the full advertising workflow.
What Hightouch has that no competitor can replicate:
You will lead the Agentic Ads Platform. The foundation exists (customers generating ads today), and the opportunity is turning it into the platform that closes the full advertising loop. Four major areas of work:
Day to day, you will:
High-visibility role working directly with founders and executive team.

We're hiring a seasoned Revenue Operations leader who moves fast, thinks from first principles, and measures themselves on unlocking performance in our GTM organization.
Hightouch has grown from 10 to 50+ account executives in under two years. That kind of growth creates complexity — in territories, in pipeline, in forecasting, in comp — and we need someone who can cut through it quickly, surface what actually matters, and iterate their way to better answers. This is not a role for someone who optimizes existing playbooks. It's for someone who questions whether the playbook is right in the first place and drives real impact on our revenue teams as a result.
This role reports to our CFO and CRO. You'll be hands-on-keyboard from day one while also building the foundation for how RevOps scales at Hightouch.
The salary range for this position is $240,000 to $325,000 per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.

We are looking for a software engineer to join our Streaming Systems team, working on the high-throughput systems that collect, forward, and perform real time computation on billions of behavioral events from our customers’ users. You'll be building the infrastructure that ingests clickstream, product interaction, and transactional data into our platform. This data is the platform for our “Cursor for Marketers” AI agent product.
Our streaming products’ revenue has 10x’d over the past year, and we need to ensure that we continue to scale. Our infrastructure needs to handle millions of messages per second at single second latency end to end. Recently, we added a computation engine that allows personalizing user experiences in real-time based on live behavior; we’re seeing 7-figure market response in the first few months and need to scale up to meet demand.

The Customer Success Engineering role is demanding and requires strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask. You’ll work directly with all users to ensure they can get the most value from the platform. This may include answering questions in Intercom, Slack, on the phone, or through email. The nature of the work is technical and requires an understanding of how to read API documentation, how the standard suite of SaaS tools work (e.g. CRMs, ESPs, ERPs, etc...), and the basic building blocks of customers use data.
The Customer Success Engineering role is also designed to provide broad exposure across the organization, including tight collaboration with Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations. The role is perfect for strong team players that want to have impact across the company and with our customers.
The ideal candidate is hungry to learn, excited to cross-functionally collaborate, driven to deliver optimal customer experiences, and is excited to learn from and teach others. Hightouch is still a startup, which translates to pitching in across the organization and wearing many hats as we grow. You will be excited for an opportunity that allows you to be an important member of an exceptional company, be willing to ask questions when you’re unsure, and take initiative when you’re passionate about a topic/solution/process.

We are looking for a developer productivity engineer to take responsibility for our monorepo and the “path to production” for over 50 engineers pushing over 75 commits a day with continuous deployment to production. This presents an exciting challenge where you can apply your expertise in helping teams ship fast and safe to meaningfully improve the productivity of our engineering team. This role also provides a unique opportunity to work on a multi-cloud and multi-region infrastructure that supports a global customer base. Our monorepo is primarily Javascript/Typescript with some Go and Python. While the primary responsibility of this job is developer productivity, to fit in with the team and be productive in our codebase generally, strong computer science and development fundamentals will be required. As part of your onboarding, you’ll spend significant time writing and delivering features to gain empathy for the current dev flow.
We believe in enabling our engineers to do their best work for our customers by giving them extremely high levels of ownership and autonomy. This comes in different forms: you will own and deliver projects from start to finish, you will work directly with customers to solve their hardest scaling problems, and you will have a lot of influence over what we work on as a team and company.
Some of the problems we’ll be working on include:
We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in tackling the problems above. This is a senior role, but we focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $320,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
You are an engineer with a passion for solving hard technical problems that generate real value for customers. You’re motivated by high ownership and are comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
You’ve driven significant improvement in the productivity of a 50+ person development team by making high-leverage changes to their build/test/deploy processes. While you likely have some infra chops, this is not an infra role: you have strong development fundamentals and are comfortable driving framework-level improvements across multiple teams. This could take several forms:
In addition to any of the above, we’re looking for someone who can dive into feature code, including complicated backend code, as needed.
Our goal with the interview process is to balance speed with giving both parties opportunities to assess whether there is a strong mutual fit. We will ask you questions, but we want you to ask us questions! Our technical interviews focus on how you design systems because we believe this is the best way for us to see how you work and for you to see how we collaborate. We don’t ask you to write code to solve technical brainteasers that don’t appear in your day to day job.
We have limited inbound applications to one application per candidate. You will be auto-rejected if you apply to multiple roles. Please only apply to the position you are most qualified for.

This role is for someone who wants to own the technical win. As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Hightouch, you will partner with your Account Executives to drive the full technical sales motion from deep discovery and architectural solutioning to tailored product demonstrations and rigorous technical validation.

On-Target Earnings: $190,000–$250,000 annually
Base Salary: $133,000–$175,000 annually

We are looking for an engineering leader to lead machine learning efforts across Hightouch. While hundreds of companies use Hightouch today to sync data into their SaaS systems to automate and improve operations, there’s a lot of surface area we haven’t touched in helping companies figuring out which customers to message, what content to put in messages, and when to send messages. A lot of this work today is done manually through intuition and guesswork, and we believe that adding machine learning could have a step function impact for our customers. And given our access to data warehouses and databases, Hightouch is perfectly placed to make use of a company’s customer data in building a powerful intelligence layer.

We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
Our interview process focuses on evaluating fit for the most important dimensions of the role: product sense, ability to architect backend and distributed systems, and alignment with Hightouch’s values. Notably, we don’t do any programming interviews as we believe they are low signal to noise and aren’t a good evaluation mechanism.
We have limited inbound applications to one application per candidate. You will be auto-rejected if you apply to multiple roles. Please only apply to the position you are most qualified for.
