About the Role

As a Partner Account Manager, you’ll be managing our existing partners as well as recruiting and onboarding new regional partnerships to drive indirect sales in your designated territory. The Opportunity

Main activities

• Review and debug code, systems and infrastructure
• Perform validation and verification testing
• Understand and exhibit the company's core values (Values.pdf)
• Communicate progress, blockers and risks
• Develop tools and automation by producing clean, efficient code

• Maintain systems via a mix of manual and automated techniques
• Participate in on-call support of the Pushpay products, if on the on-call roster
• Review system generated events and alerts and industry sources for operational issues and security concerns

• Produce value to the business by regularly shipping robust, high quality features into the production environment
• Identify problems and risks in your own work, and that of others. Suggest improvements to design and approach
• Be aware of, and contribute to refining, the engineering "lore and custom" (aka. culture, policies, and procedures)
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Actively improve operability of systems and operational awareness of teams
• Take the initiative to identify and/or fix issues before being assigned them
• Recruit new Engineers (sales pitch, technical screens)
• Contribute to SRE Operability and Architecture Reviews with other engineering teams
• Be highly aware of the profound security and compliance ramifications of the nature of our business (specifically our PCI compliance requirements)
• Develop high-quality system design and architecture
• Break down larger pieces of work into small, well-scoped pieces for other team members
• Take end-to-end responsibility on features of increasing complexity
• Spend time making sure junior or new engineers unfamiliar with the tech or processes we have understand what they are doing and why they are doing it
• Work with Software Engineers, Quality Assistance, Product and other parts of the business to review requirements and proposed solutions and provide input into these processes (which may include ideation, algorithms, processes and feature design) which may constitute intellectual property that belongs to Pushpay
• Develop software and tooling (code, algorithms, designs, processes and practices) that will be incorporated into Pushpay products (both internal and external) and associated infrastructure which may constitute intellectual property that belongs to Pushpay

Typical experience

These roles will be in Tasmania, Queensland, and Victoria.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for Operating Executives to take on high-impact leadership roles within new businesses acquired as part of Evergreen’s expansion into the ANZ Market. After successfully building the largest platform of Outsourced IT, Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in North America, we have made our first acquisitions in ANZ, where we are excited to build a world-class services platform. Operating Executives will be responsible for driving organic EBITDA growth and recurring revenue at an operating company through active management and strategic leadership. We believe leadership talent is a key lever to a company's performance and are seeking Operating Executives to inspire the highest levels of performance, followership, and employee engagement within their company.

We primarily hire first-time CEOs into our operating companies and are seeking individuals who are ready to step up to the challenge and opportunity. The ideal candidate will be able to make difficult trade-off decisions between growth and profitability, hold teams accountable to budgets and targets, and create a winning environment of support and success.

Responsibilities:

P&L Ownership:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve financial targets, such as year-over-year monthly recurring revenue growth and year-over-year annual EBITDA growth.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for revenue growth and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong command of P&L and key levers that drive impact
• Plan and execute long-term vision that drives sustainable growth

Sales and Business Development:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
• Resourceful and scrappy; willing to roll up sleeves to dig into large strategic challenges as well as day-to-day, unexpected crises
