Join the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) department as our MLRO/GwB. You will lead our mission to prevent, detect, and combat money laundering, terrorism financing, and fraud. As the primary contact for BaFin and the FIU, you ensure Raisin Bank meets Geldwäschegesetz (GwG) and Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) requirements. In this role, you collaborate with a team of experts to develop internal guidelines, oversee control mechanisms, and manage training programs to ensure group-wide AFC compliance and integrity.

Your Responsibilities

• Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary interface with the BaFin and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).
• Policy Development: Design, implement, and maintain internal AFC policies, ensuring they reflect the latest updates to the GwG and AuA.
• Risk Management: Conduct and regularly update the group’s annual risk analysis to identify institutional risks related to money laundering and fraud.
• Monitoring & Investigation: Oversee the transaction monitoring systems and conduct manual investigations into high-risk accounts or complex structures.
• Advisory: Provide expert guidance to the Board and business units on high-risk client onboarding (PEP, High-Risk Jurisdictions) and the compliance implications of new products.
• Training: Develop and deliver mandatory AML/CTF training programs for all employees to foster a robust culture of compliance.
• Auditing: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual § 25h KWG audits.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant professional experience as an MLRO or Deputy MLRO within a bank.
• Expert knowledge of statutory requirements, particularly the German Money Laundering Act (GwG), BaFin AuA, AML Regulation, EBA Guidelines, and the German Banking Act (KWG).
• Deep expertise in the areas of KYC, customer identification, and complex risk rating methodologies.
• Proven experience in defending risk analyses before boards of management and supervisory authorities.
• Hands-on mentality and independent, proactive action paired with high entrepreneurial drive
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with high decision making authority regarding technological innovations.
• Highest degree of integrity, a sense of responsibility, and the personal reliability required for a key function.

About the role

We're looking for an Accountant (m/f/d) to join our Finance team.

In your day-to-day work, you'll focus on managing all accounting tasks, financial statements, and the timely preparation of figures for controlling while ensuring compliance with HGB and Ukrainian standards. Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience as an accountant, preferably in a fast-growing environment 
• Strong knowledge of typical accounting procedures, general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process 
• Good knowledge of Ukrainian Accounting Principles, IFRS will be a bonus 
• Proficiency in SAP S4/HANA Public Cloud and Microsoft Office, especially Excel 
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Hands-on, structured, and organized work approach 
• Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects and processes 
• Completed business education
• Fluency in Ukranian and English is required, German is a plus

About the role

• Manage 360º creative marketing campaigns end-to-end, from conceptualization to delivery, to sell our largest experiences across the globe
• Understand and align with the marketing strategy, proposing new opportunities and channels from a creative standpoint

Your Responsibilities

Vendor Lifecycle & Operational Relationship Management

• Own the end-to-end third-party operational lifecycle, from initial onboarding and technical integration to continuous monitoring and eventual offboarding.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key external partners, acting as the primary point of escalation for operational bottlenecks and service disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Procurement and Legal teams to ensure operational readiness and compliance requirements are met during the vendor selection and renewal phases.

Digital Operational Resilience & DORA Compliance

• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of ICT third-party risk management controls in strict alignment with DORA requirements.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Register of Information detailing all ICT third-party service dependencies.
• Partner with InfoSec, Compliance, and Risk teams to conduct regular vendor risk assessments, evaluate concentration risks, and ensure third parties participate in required operational resilience testing (e.g., TLPT).
• Develop and maintain joint business continuity plans, robust vendor escalation matrices, and incident management protocols, ensuring alignment with DORA’s incident reporting mandates.

Performance & SLA Monitoring

• Define, implement, and track rigorous KPIs and SLAs for all third-party providers.
• Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and performance audits with key vendors to ensure continuous improvement and strict adherence to service availability targets.
• Design and maintain operational dashboards (e.g., via Looker, Tableau) to monitor vendor performance, dependency health, and risk metrics in real-time.

Process Optimization & Integration

• Design seamless operational workflows that integrate third-party services into our internal value chain without friction.
• Transition reactive, detective vendor controls into automated, preventive systems to build stronger system-based safeguarding mechanisms.
• Map and document product setups and process dependencies, ensuring the exact impact of third-party outages on customer orders is clearly understood and mitigated.

Your Profile

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Operations, Vendor Management, or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), specifically within a regulated financial, FinTech, or SaaS environment.
• Regulatory knowledge (DORA): particularly its pillars relating to ICT third-party risk management, incident reporting, and resilience testing.
• Risk & Controls: Deep understanding of vendor due diligence, SLA formulation, and transitioning operational controls from detective to preventive models.
• Analytical Skills: Highly data-driven with the ability to build performance metrics and utilize data visualization tools [e.g., Looker, Snowflake, Excel/Google Sheets] to monitor vendor health.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, compliance officers, C-level executives, and external partners.

Team

Become part of the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) department at Raisin Bank AG. Our mission is to protect the bank and its customers from money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud. Our team is responsible for the methodological, regulatory, and conceptual foundations of AML prevention, including policies, risk analysis, methods, controls, and internal instructions. In this position, you will take responsibility for one of the central pillars of our framework: the methodology, calibration, and validation of IT-based transaction monitoring in accordance with § 25h KWG (German Banking Act) and § 15 GwG (German Money Laundering Act).

Your Responsibilities

• Methodological Development: Responsible for the methodological further development of the indicator model for EDV-supported transaction monitoring, with traceable derivation from the bank's money laundering risk analysis and full coverage of money laundering, terrorist financing, criminal acts according to § 25h KWG, as well as channel- and product-specific risk factors.
• Threshold Framework: Establishing and maintaining a reproducible, quantitative threshold framework (population statistics, percentile/Z-score/typology-based methods) with clearly anchored KPIs, as well as managing the annual recalibration cycle.
• Validation Regime: Designing and implementing the validation regime for the entire rule set: backtesting, look-backs, sample tests according to BaFin AuA standards, and validation KPIs (True Positive Rate, False Positive Rate, alert rate, processing latency).
• Standardization: Defining and maintaining the minimum content requirements for alerts and cases (source of funds, plausibility checks against customer profiles, four-eyes principle evidence, justification of decisions, and deadline monitoring).
• Change Governance: Responsibility for the rule change logbook and the associated change governance process as audit-proof evidence for the bank's monitoring framework.
• Regulatory Intelligence: Translating evolving regulatory requirements and typologies (BaFin, EBA, FIU, FATF, AMLA) into rule set requirements and ongoing derivation of "Re-calibrate/Retire/Replace" decisions per rule family.
• External Management: Technical steering of external consultants and transaction monitoring providers regarding methodology and validation; ensuring versioned change governance, parameter access, and SLAs.
• Audit & Supervision: Preparing, supporting, and defending the methodology and validation results during internal and external audits as well as regulatory inspections.
• Interface Management: Managing the interface with AFC Operations regarding rule configuration and case processing; contributing to internal guidelines, including procedural instructions, validation policies, and escalation paths.

Your Profile

• Experience: At least 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in transaction monitoring methodology, AML model validation, or comparable quantitative AFC roles, at a bank, an audit/consulting firm (FS Risk & Regulation), or a transaction monitoring provider.
• Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of relevant regulations: § 25h KWG, § 15 GwG, BaFin AuA, AML-VO, EBA Guidelines on ML/TF Risk Factors, FATF recommendations/typologies, and MaRisk AT 4.3.4 as a model validation analogy.

The Risk Controlling department is responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust, group-wide risk management framework aligned with Basel principles and guidelines. This involves implementing policies and controls to identify, measure, monitor, and manage the bank's risks, including credit, market, operational, and liquidity risk. The team's primary functions are ongoing risk profile monitoring, preparing accurate risk reports for stakeholders and regulators, and assessing capital and liquidity adequacy according to regulatory frameworks like CRR.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, your core responsibilities includes the following:

• Lead Normative ICAAP Management: Oversee the normative perspective of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), ensuring continuous regulatory capital compliance for the bank and the group across a multi-year planning horizon, including adverse and stress scenarios.
• Develop and Maintain the Recovery Plan: Own the bank's Recovery Plan, including the monitoring and monthly reporting of recovery indicators to the Management Board for early detection of financial or operational crises.
• Manage New Product & Process Oversight (NPP / AT 8.2): Drive Risk Controlling's involvement in New Product Processes (NPP) and significant process/IT changes (MaRisk AT 8.2), providing independent risk assessments and sign-offs for new business models, products, or organizational restructuring.
• Prepare Risk Reporting & Governance: Contribute to and prepare risk reports for senior management, governance bodies, and regulatory authorities (BaFin/Bundesbank), providing deep-dive analyses into risk concentrations and capital adequacy.
• Coordinate the Annual Risk Inventory: Support the annual risk inventory process to identify all material risks including credit, market, operational, and ESG factors and establish a comprehensive, uniform risk profile.
• Execute and Oversee the Biennial LSI Stress Test: Manage the end-to-end execution of the LSI Stress Test, coordinating data collection across departments, performing sensitive results analysis, and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality results to supervisory authorities (BaFin/Bundesbank).

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and professional experiences:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in risk management or risk consulting within the banking or financial services sector.
• Hands-on experience with core regulatory processes, specifically ICAAP, Recovery Planning, and New Product/Process Oversight (NPP/AT 8.2).
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements, including MaRisk and Basel III.

About the Role:

• You will manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan leveraging appropriate marketing channels  (with specific focus on email, push notifications and in app messages).
