What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related roles operating large scale distributed systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction across teams.
• Strong experience supporting high traffic, user facing production environments.
• Deep understanding of one or more: distributed systems, networking, Linux systems, cloud native architectures.
• Experience designing highly available systems with strong operational and reliability practices.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Go, Python, or similar.

The Role and The Team 

Join our Product team as Commercial Strategy Manager, reporting directly to the VP of Product. In this individual contributor role, you will own the end-to-end pricing, packaging, and commercial launch strategy for the Lucanet multi-solution platform, ensuring pricing structures are grounded in market research, validated through customer interviews and structured pilots, and aligned with the company's transition to AI-native capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Design and own the pricing architecture for the multi-solution platform, including value-metric frameworks, AI-capability tiering, per-solution and bundled packaging models, and usage-based commercial structures
• Conduct annual pricing reviews for established products and services, recommending adjustments based on competitive intelligence and partner pricing trends
• Conduct ongoing market research including competitor pricing analysis, willingness-to-pay interviews, customer segmentation studies, and benchmarking to inform pricing decisions
• Validate pricing and packaging hypotheses through structured pilot programmes, controlled regional rollouts, and win/loss analysis

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software pricing or monetisation strategy at a B2B enterprise SaaS company
• Demonstrated experience pricing AI-powered products or multi-solution platform offerings
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in pricing research methodologies and structured pilot design
• Proven track record of translating insights into commercially validated pricing decisions

• Represent Tax in engineering, product, and finance initiatives — ensuring that new business rollouts and systems capture all relevant tax requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Understanding of indirect tax (especially VAT), e-invoicing, and digital tax compliance frameworks in the EMEA region.  Understanding of other areas in tax such as Direct Tax, DAC7 etc is a plus

• Proven track record of supporting or optimizing tax technology solutions in a multinational environment.

We are hiring a Global Accounting Specialist for our Finance team in Berlin or Munich, Germany or Madrid, Spain or Lisbon, Portugal!

As part of our Controllership team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting across our international entities.

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions for multiple international entities, including journal entries in general ledger, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations.

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial closing processes, and global business models.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including hard-coding.
• Experience with financial systems such as Datev and Lucanet can be a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Power Pivot Table (BI) and basic knowledge of SQL can be a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across geographies.
• Proven experience in a global accounting role, with a focus on general ledger.

The role:

• Taxation: Work with Payroll to ensure accurate tax withholding and reporting for equity events across multiple jurisdictions.

4. Strategic Support & Compliance

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external equity platform vendors.
• Partner with Finance and Legal team on quarterly equity reconciliations, accruals, data validation and reporting
• Regulatory Compliance: Prepare data for the EU Pay Transparency Directive and ensure all equity programs adhere to local securities laws.
• SOX Controls: Maintain rigorous documentation for internal and external audits to ensure financial reporting accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes including automation and AI related efforts.

5. Employee Education

• Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding equity awards, vesting schedules and payout mechanics.

• Experience: 3+ years of relevant equity compensation experience, in a fast-paced global technology or e-commerce company.

Your Responsibilities

Vendor Lifecycle & Operational Relationship Management

• Own the end-to-end third-party operational lifecycle, from initial onboarding and technical integration to continuous monitoring and eventual offboarding.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key external partners, acting as the primary point of escalation for operational bottlenecks and service disruptions.

Performance & SLA Monitoring

• Define, implement, and track rigorous KPIs and SLAs for all third-party providers.
• Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and performance audits with key vendors to ensure continuous improvement and strict adherence to service availability targets.
• Design and maintain operational dashboards (e.g., via Looker, Tableau) to monitor vendor performance, dependency health, and risk metrics in real-time.

Process Optimization & Integration

• Design seamless operational workflows that integrate third-party services into our internal value chain without friction.
• Transition reactive, detective vendor controls into automated, preventive systems to build stronger system-based safeguarding mechanisms.
• Map and document product setups and process dependencies, ensuring the exact impact of third-party outages on customer orders is clearly understood and mitigated.

Your Profile

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Operations, Vendor Management, or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), specifically within a regulated financial, FinTech, or SaaS environment.
• Regulatory knowledge (DORA): particularly its pillars relating to ICT third-party risk management, incident reporting, and resilience testing.

About the Role

As Product Manager for the Deposit Payments and Bank Integrations team at Raisin, you will own the end-to-end movement, reconciliation, and reporting of customer funds, as well as the interfaces between Raisin and partner banks.

Job Summary

The Accounting Director is responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of 2 entities located in Germany and Switzerland, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements (German/Switzerland gaap and IFRS ), and global policies. This role manages one senior accountant, supervises financial, tax, accounting reporting processes, and supports/implements strategic decisions, global processes/policies. Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, trending analysis.

Your Responsibilities

• Methodological Development: Responsible for the methodological further development of the indicator model for EDV-supported transaction monitoring, with traceable derivation from the bank's money laundering risk analysis and full coverage of money laundering, terrorist financing, criminal acts according to § 25h KWG, as well as channel- and product-specific risk factors.
• Threshold Framework: Establishing and maintaining a reproducible, quantitative threshold framework (population statistics, percentile/Z-score/typology-based methods) with clearly anchored KPIs, as well as managing the annual recalibration cycle.
• Validation Regime: Designing and implementing the validation regime for the entire rule set: backtesting, look-backs, sample tests according to BaFin AuA standards, and validation KPIs (True Positive Rate, False Positive Rate, alert rate, processing latency).

CBS owns the dedicated interfaces used by B2B Partners who operate as their own Service Banks. These Partners offer white-labelled Raisin products through their own frontend applications, integrating them as an extension of their own services for their customers.

Profile Overview

This is a critical role in our global Finance team that manages accounting, controlling and legal functions in our growing group of currently 18 international entities. You will report to our Director of Accounting and Tax and be responsible for all aspects of operational accounting for several entities. In your daily work you will often interact with our CFO, our Group Controlling Lead and the managing directors of many of our portfolio brands.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of accounting for our entities’ billing, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, tax and various special analyses.
• Maintain general ledger reconciliations with adequate documentation for all balance sheet accounts.
• Responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and commentary of your portfolio and support with consolidation and monthly group reporting 
• Run annual financial statements and audits, preparing and filing of VAT, sales tax and GST returns
• Support our Leadership Team in tax matters and international billing, monitor and prepare intercompany transactions
• Work with external accountants, tax advisors, auditors and other service providers
• Play a vital part in the company's financial management which includes all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties
• Supervision and optimization of the company’s accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives

What You bring to the table

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or similar qualification and at least 5 years experience as an accountant
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with NetSuite
• Prior work experience at a SaaS or Software company
• Experience with Billing or Revenue Recognition tool (Stripe, Chargebee) 
• Experience with all-round accounting (AR, AP, Payroll, GL, tax, audit) 
• Good knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
• Experience in supporting annual audits
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented and analytical way of working 
• Great time management skills and strong ability to stay organized and deliver closer to financial deadlines
• Professional fluency in German and English

Team

The Group Data Protection Team at Raisin is responsible for safeguarding personal data and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations across the group and its entities. Their work covers two main focus areas: Data Protection Legal and Privacy Operations (Privacy Ops). In the legal area, the team defines the privacy framework, sets internal standards and KPIs, ensures compliance with legal requirements (such as RoPA, DIPA, DPAs, and TOMs), manages ad-hoc requests, and supports both internal and external audits. In the operational area, they handle incidents like data breaches and customer escalations, organsze privacy trainings for employees, and manage vendors involved in data processing and international data transfers. Together, these focus areas ensure Raisin maintains strong privacy governance and a high standard of data protection across all operations.

Your Responsibilities

As a Privacy Manager / Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with data protection regulations across all business units. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day data protection matters, managing operational processes, incidents, and requests related to data protection. Working closely with the Head of Data Protection and DPO you’ll help maintain and improve our privacy management systems.

Your tasks will including:

• Managing data subject access requests (Art. 15 GDPR) and other individual rights (rectification, erasure, restriction, etc.).
• Coordinating and documenting data protection incidents and breaches.
• Supporting internal stakeholders in assessing third-party data sharing and access rights.
• Maintain and update the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA).
• Support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs).
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Security, Legal, Product, and Operations) to ensure privacy-by-design principles are implemented.
• Assist in audits and regulatory requests.
• Contribute to the development of policies, processes, and training to strengthen the company’s privacy culture.

Your Profile

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or Information Security — or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in data protection operations, incident management, or privacy compliance.
• Understanding of GDPR and related regulatory frameworks.
• negotiation fluent German skills (C1-C2) required for communication with customers and competent authorities .
• Structured and organised working style.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Experience in the banking, fintech, or financial services sector is a  plus.

The Investment and Pension Products (IPP) tribe at Raisin builds Raisin’s capital markets–based products, enabling customers to grow their wealth with confidence. We take complex, highly regulated financial systems and turn them into easy, transparent, and scalable product experiences. This is core to Raisin’s mission, given the central role these product lines play in Raisin becoming the home for our customers’ wealth.

As part of the IPP tribe, we are building a new cross-functional engineering team focused on the further internationalisation of Raisin’s investment products. The team owns the design, development, and operation of its services end-to-end, following a “you build it, you run it” mindset. This includes responsibility for system reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement in close collaboration with Product, Risk, and other stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Delight customers and internal stakeholders by building and maintaining high-quality customer-facing platforms and internal tools.
• Own the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing refinement of applications and services end to end.
• Guide features through the full lifecycle—from discovery and implementation to testing, iteration, and successful launch.
• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code with a strong quality mindset (unit, integration, component, and contract testing where applicable).
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Risk, and other stakeholders to translate complex domain requirements into practical, efficient, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Actively participate in architecture discussions and contribute to defining technical standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Your Profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• Professional experience as a Software Engineer
• Comfortable participating in technical and architectural discussions
• Strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into suitable technical solutions
• Experience working in agile environments with CI/CD practices
• Commitment to writing clean, well-tested, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Open-minded, creative team player who actively contributes to team culture
• Strong English communication skills (German is a plus, not mandatory)
• Strong professional experience with Java
• Experience designing and developing microservices-based architectures
• Hands-on experience working with AWS Cloud
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures
• Deep commitment to clean architecture principles and high code quality standards
