It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll learn how to run equipment, troubleshoot issues, and help keep our production lines moving smoothly. Our processing area is where we prepare, mix, extrude, cut, and oversee the production of the fig-bars across our production lines. We have four lines onsite. Here’s a simple overview of what each part does:
Ideal candidates: Experience with inventory management, SAP or similar systems, data tracking, and processing. Forklift experience. Those comfortable with physical work, machine operation, and quick task management. Attention to detail, focus, experience with older or less mobile workers, self-starters.
Physical demands: Heavy lifting, repetitive tasks, operating machinery. (must have ability to lift 50 lbs.)

SALARY RANGE: The position offers a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, the compensation package includes profit-based bonuses, as well as additional bonuses for excessive overtime.
