Our data mission is to enable effective risk detection, monitoring and regulatory compliance through robust data models, scalable analytics and high quality reporting.
The team works closely with Compliance, Risk and Product to design and implement data-driven controls, detection mechanisms, and investigative tools across multiple jurisdictions.
Projects range from building curated data models to cover global key risk indicators for financial crime compliance and automating into standardised board packs, to scaling our regulatory reporting engine to incorporate datasets specific to transaction monitoring, screening and client KYC.

We are strengthening our Account & Customer Data expertise within Banking Operations and are looking for a motivated and experienced Banking Operations Analyst (French speaker) to join us.
Within Banking Operations, we act as the centre of competence for the management and processing of special account types, including probate & estates, accounts with legal representatives or custodians, and basic accounts under the Payment Accounts Act. Proven experience contributing to projects or leading process improvements.
Fluent French and English (written and spoken) are required. German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
