As a Product Designer at Ketryx, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our platform. As its sophistication and flexibility continue to grow, you’ll transform complexity into intuitive, delightful experiences that set a new benchmark for our industry.
We’re looking for someone with solid UX/UI design skills, a strong product mindset, and a holistic end-to-end perspective across the full customer experience. You will be working closely with an excellent team of designers, product people, client operation reps, front end devs and AI engineers across our offices. The role is based in Boston with 25% travel to our Vienna, Austria office.
We expect you to champion consistency across the entire end-to-end customer experience. For this reason, in addition to being a key contributor on the product design team, the role also has a dotted line to GTM.

We're hiring a Lead Product Designer to make our design team a primary source of user truth at Ketryx.
Our users are not casual software consumers. They are systems engineers, quality leads, regulatory specialists, and software developers working on products where mistakes have real consequences. Designing for them means understanding their work at a depth most B2B companies never reach — and translating that understanding into workflows that feel obvious to the people who live in them every day.
You'll build and lead a research-led design function that deeply understands these personas, shapes what we build (not just how it looks), and partners with product on every roadmap decision. You'll inherit a small team in Vienna, a strong product partnership, and a company that takes design seriously as a peer function across R&D.
This is a hands-on leadership role at early-stage pace. You should be excited to run the playbook yourself before scaling it.
This role can be Boston, MA or Vienna, AT based, with travel between offices every 4–6 weeks. Expect heavier travel during your first three months as you get to know the team and the work. The role reports to the Head of Product and partners closely with our CTO and product leadership.

The defining characteristic of this role is a combination of deep data center electrical infrastructure expertise and the product management experience to translate that expertise into actionable product strategy and requirements. This is not a generalist product role. We are looking for someone who has designed or operated large-scale data center power delivery systems and can engage with hyperscale and colocation customers as a credible technical peer.

As the High Voltage & Fault Handling lead, you will be the technical owner responsible for the design, development, and integration of VEIR’s dielectric systems and fault handling architectures across all three of our product platforms. The Role
VEIR is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to serve as the technical authority on all aspects of electrical systems integration and compliance. VEIR is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $225,000 - $250,000 per year + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.

What You’ll Need
We are seeking engineers with at least 6 years of professional experience using Java, .NET, or other server side languages in production. You should be comfortable utilizing agile development and thoroughly testing your own code. Our codebase is large and complex, so we expect you to write clear, concise code and intuitive documentation to help other engineers understand your contributions. Experience developing features built for the cloud, as well as the ability to delve into the front end stack (Javascript, ReactJS) is a big plus!

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a target base annual salary range of $170,000- $210,000, plus bonus opportunity, company stock options, and a full benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan. Please be aware that a candidates experience level and geographic location will be used to determine a competitive base salary. The higher end of this range is applicable to experienced candidates in the New York metro and Bay Area.
