What You’ll Do, as our Manager, Paid Search

Support MERGE's practice in creating, optimizing, and executing best-in-class client paid search campaigns. As a hands-on Paid Search Media Manager, you will provide the strategic direction for keyword research, campaign building, and testing roadmaps. Campaign Creation & Launch

• Campaign Ownership: You will act as a Paid Search subject matter expert, fostering accounts growth while ensuring that output meets agency standards.
• Structure & Creation: Build and launch (or guide executional-focused team members on what is needed) comprehensive campaigns across search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and more, ensuring best-practice account structure, compelling ad copy, tailored keyword lists, and client-specific targeting strategies.
• QA & Oversight: Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) process for all trafficked plans (keywords, ad copy, extensions) and launch components (dayparting, bids, budgets, targeting).
• Collaboration: Act as the primary Paid Search liaison for the broader media strategy teams, ensuring search is integrated seamlessly into the holistic media mix.

Strategy, Execution & AI

• Strategy & Discovery: Lead the client discovery process to establish PPC objectives and develop the strategy for tactic, budget, goals, etc. Provide thoughtful leadership to ensure these goals are met.
• Campaign Architecture: Develop and recommend keyword lists, targeting strategies, and testing plans (e.g., ad copy A/B testing, landing page reviews).
• AI Landscape: Apply a working knowledge of the current AI landscape (e.g., Performance Max, Broad Match/Smart Bidding, Generative AI) to keep client accounts modernized and efficient.
• Platform Mastery: Work closely with media partners (Google, Microsoft) to implement best practices across Search, PMax, Demand Gen, Video, and Call campaigns.

Analytics, Reporting & Financials

• Budgeting: Accurately forecast and pace monthly budgets to ensure spending aligns with client targets and is the most optimal use of funds aligning with goals.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor daily and analyze program KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CVR) to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimization Roadmap & AB Testing: Develop a comprehensive, long-term optimization roadmap for the account, utilizing a data driven, test-and-learn approach.
• Client Reporting: Provide in-depth reporting on program performance. You will lead client status calls, presenting insights and strategic recommendations.
• Tracking & Tech: Ensure analytics tracking implementation is accurate, robust, and easy to manage.
• Auditing: Conduct deep-dive PPC audits to identify structural weaknesses in legacy accounts and uncover new opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, and/or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional paid search campaign management experience.
• Industry Focus: Healthcare, Health Insurance or pharma lead generation experience is a strong plus.

As our Sr. Technical Project Manager you will… 

Lead the planning and delivery of internal digital, web, and systems initiatives that support the agency’s operations and long-term scalability. Sitting within the Enterprise Operations team, this role works at the intersection of business needs, technical execution, and operational rigor.

About the Role

As a Channel Sales Manager, National Partners (Midwest) you'll be pivotal in scaling Verkada's reach and impact by developing and managing a network of high-performing LVARs (large value-added resellers). You'll be responsible for driving net new business through the channel—building pipeline and executing strategic plans that result in measurable growth.

The Opportunity:

Role Summary:

The Manager, Process Server Experience & Communications owns the communication systems, education strategy, and engagement programs that shape how ABC Legal's process server network experiences the platform. This role is less about building training content and more about ensuring process servers feel informed, supported, and prepared — through the right message, at the right time, in the right format. 

This role sits within the Process Server Experience pillar and partners closely with the Manager, Process Server Engagement & Retention, as well as the broader Process Server Network teams. 

Reports to: VP, Process Server Network

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end communication strategy for process servers, including app updates, policy changes, onboarding touchpoints, and performance-related messaging
• Develop and implement structured communication plans that replace ad hoc outreach, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and coordinated across teams
• Translate complex operational and compliance information into clear, concise, and actionable messaging for a non-desk workforce
• Design and deliver onboarding and training content tailored for independent contractors, using accessible, flexible formats (e.g., short-form, mobile-friendly content)
• Audit and continuously improve educational content, focusing on what drives real behavior change rather than content volume
• Manage and maintain the knowledge base, ensuring all process server–facing resources are accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate
• Identify and act on operational feedback signals, including support ticket trends, content gaps, and areas of confusion, and translate insights into content or process improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Support, Product, and Operations to align messaging, sequence communications, and ensure consistency
• Collaborate with Engagement & Retention partners to support community initiatives through clear, consistent messaging that reinforces tone and brand
• Prepare internal teams for external communications by providing context, messaging guidance, and toolkits to ensure a seamless support experience

Qualifications: 

• Experience managing communications or content programs for a distributed, non-desk audience (gig workers, field technicians, drivers, or similar) 
• Familiarity with CRM or messaging platforms (such as HubSpot or similar tools), including the ability to build and launch basic campaigns
• Strong written communication skills with a clear, conversational, and empathetic tone — able to translate complex information into plain language
• Demonstrated ability to move work forward efficiently, prioritizing progress and iteration over perfection
• Background or exposure to performance support, human-centered design, instructional design, or related fields
  
• Experience coordinating cross-functional communication across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities

Position Summary

We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the growing Commerce team as a Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing Sr. Associates & Associates and supporting in the development, planning, buying, executing and measuring media plans for designated shopper/commerce media clients. You will support the Associate Director/Director in the strategic and tactical development of each retail plan. You’ll work closely with national Planning and Buying teams to allow for holistic Commerce media function.

The Commerce team is a specialty group that focuses on the planning, buying, execution and measurement of Commerce media. Commerce media is any specific media elements that are retailer focused/tagged. This can be in-store signage such as a coupon machine or shelfblade, a billboard driving shoppers to a Walmart store, digital ads (search, display, OLV/STV, etc) on Amazon or Kroger.com site via managed or self service, tapping influencers that support certain retailers or working with shoppable technology companies to ensure ease of conversion. The team supports client’s commerce/shopper/customer marketing teams—our end goal measuring product sales both online and in-store.

Responsibilities

· Retail Media Knowledge

o Knowledge of multiple retail media networks & their platforms, may include Amazon, Walmart, Roundel, Kroger, etc.

o Familiar with both DSP interface functionality and levers (campaign hierarchy, audience builder, PMP/PG set up, reporting suite) as well as managed service dashboards

o Understands individual RMN capabilities across tactic, targeting, reporting methodology, etc.

· Account Management & Strategy

o Active participant in development, presentation, management and measurement of omnichannel commerce media programs and defines program objectives and strategies consistent with brand marketing objectives

§ Self service: works with DSP activation team to ensure relevant strategies are implemented and campaigns are optimize based on performance, monitors within platform

§ Works with retailers and DSP partners to ensure proper data onboarding and any necessary paperwork is completed prior to campaign launch

o Oversees and assists Senior Associate with the locating, defining and building relevant audience segments in DSP platforms

o Oversees coordination of creative assets between client, creative agencies and partners

o Monitors pacing to ensure delivery is appropriate and aligned to campaign flighting for both managed and self-service campaigns

o Measures media performance at all stages to ensure original objectives and strategies are being met to client satisfaction

o Development, execution and testing across campaign variables that create client specific insight and drive future testing opportunities

o Oversees analysis and reporting of data on daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly & ad-hoc basis

§ Data may be provided from partners or DSP activation team, with self service data being reviewed more frequently

§ Turns insights into long-term action by highlighting clear flow of cause, effect and next steps

o Maintains client and industry benchmarks for point of comparison when evaluating campaign performance

o Responsible for ensuring IOs are issued accurately within Prisma and clearing billing with finance team

· Relationships

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong working knowledge of commerce industry and platforms including major retailers and supporting technology (e.g. Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Pacvue, Skai, Criteo, TTD, etc.)

· Project management; effectively managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under a fast-paced environment. Time management and project management skills are critical

· Proven knowledge of media planning & planning with use of research tools and resources

· Proven ability to understand high level client goals and how they translate into commerce strategies

· Proven experience in writing and presenting relevant information to client audience

Desired Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

About the Role:  

Packaging Support at Grön is the daily facilitator for preparing and packaging all products needed for fulfillment. The packaging team must work at high levels of production efficiency and safety. The Packaging Support is expected to follow, maintain and hold the team accountable to standard work methods and safe work habits to ensure product packaging and fulfillment is as efficient and safe as possible. This role is based in our Kansas City facility, where the operating hours are from Monday-Thursday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM, with the occasional Friday shift.

• Supports onsite execution of activations with influencers and media, including client, vendor, and partner relationships 
• Utilizes media and influencer monitoring and research tools; identifies appropriate measures to evaluate the success of a major project, campaign or event
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of, and follows, best practices and trends for PR and influencer industries 
• Responds professionally to client and colleague communications
• Prepares for client or internal meetings by creating and/or informing agendas, preparing meeting space, and capturing next steps/notes
• Provides insight on trends and changes in the media and influencer landscapes for clients

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required
• Minimum of 3 or more years of related experience and/or training
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work autonomously, lead projects, and work on a team collaboratively
• Impeccable attention to detail and stellar organizational skills
• Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills to manage the unknown and plan ahead
• Media relations experience, including pitching national, regional, local, and trade news media and securing interviews and coverage for clients

• Serve as category and Client’s brand/business expert to BarkleyOKRP teams
• Fosters team member agency relationships to maximize integration and collaboration in service of the client's goals
• Proactively manages client expectations by partnering with Project Management to identify areas of risk and opportunity
• Supports the overall Client Experience that delivers external strategic documents like Annual Planning and 360 Scorecard or internal performance tied to financial forecasting, Whole Brand Assessment and Team Annual Huddles

CREATIVE: Create conditions for project-based whole brand thinking.  Protect the work

Understands the Whole Brand Spectrum and looks for opportunities where it can be applied to best support the client’s needsWork closely with Director and VP/Client Experience to create a long-term plan for Whole Brand transformation and growth through projects that build the brand.

• Contribute to the making of brave ideas by ideating with the team, bringing client insight, setting up correct expectations, aligning teams, connecting resource needs, and (pre)selling in the work
• Accountable that all elements and deliverables from BarkleyOKRP are concepted based on the aligned strategic brief of the Whole Brand that delivers against client set objectives, timing, & budget

COLLABORATION: Flawless communications, proactive team leader on key projects, financial/resource awareness

Qualifications:

• Experience with media clients + digital work preferred
• 6+ years of relevant brand or agency experience
• Excellent client communication and the ability to establish a connection with senior-level client leadership 
• Self-starter with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong collaborator with the ability to lead cross-channel initiatives with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders
• Ability to run projects independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of effectively articulating both strategic recommendations and detailed tactical plans
• Ability to develop trusted relationships and partner with diverse teams and mid-senior client leads
• Demonstrated success in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and clients at once, while correctly prioritizing
