The Production Support role is the daily facilitator for preparing all products needed for fulfillment.  The production team must work at high levels of production efficiency, safety, and hygiene. The Production Support is expected to follow, maintain, and hold the team accountable to standard work methods and safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Our production staff works a M-Th or Tue-Fri schedule, 7am-5pm with potential for overtime. 

 In this role you will: 

• Communicate regularly with Production Leads and the team 
• Collaborate to meet production goals daily, weekly, and monthly 
• Open and close workstations using standard procedures 
• Prepare ingredients & maintain a clean and organized workspace as per company standards 
• Adapt to various production tasks as required 
• Use daily checklists for smooth facility operations 
• Manage METRC tags and batch stickers 
• Operate machinery as per the production schedule 
• Approach various parts of the production process such as mix ingredients, weigh, and apply coating solutions 
• Follow packaging protocols such as managing METRC (seed-to-sale system) tags, create batch stickers, and operate packaging machinery 
• Meet packaging KPIs and assist with tasks during production breaks

About the Role:  

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Inventory & Operations Departments in managing the day-to-day operations of the distribution process for all of our cannabis products, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, optimizing inventory levels, managing logistics service providers, implementing technology solutions to improve distribution processes, managing distribution and delivery routes, managing delivery drivers with a focus on compliance and accuracy, tracking performance metrics for the distribution network, and fulfilling orders. This role is Monday through Friday, day shift.

In this role you will:  

• Collaborate with the Inventory Manager to support and oversee and optimize the distribution process for all cannabis products 
• Process and manage cannabis product orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment and invoicing 
• Coordinate timely delivery of orders while minimizing associated storage costs 
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels effectively 
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth distribution operations 
• Oversee logistics service providers, implement technology solutions, and manage distribution routes and delivery drivers 
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve the efficiency of the distribution network 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations governing the cannabis industry

About the Role:  

Packaging Support at Grön is the daily facilitator for preparing and packaging all products needed for fulfillment. The packaging team must work at high levels of production efficiency and safety. The Packaging Support is expected to follow, maintain and hold the team accountable to standard work methods and safe work habits to ensure product packaging and fulfillment is as efficient and safe as possible. This role is based in our Kansas City facility, where the operating hours are from Monday-Thursday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM, with the occasional Friday shift.

In this role you will:  

• Communicate clearly and frequently with the Packaging team and leadership to achieve daily goals 
• Follow company and government compliance to complete daily packaging and prep  
• Maintain a clear workspace  
• Maintain our seed-to-sale system, METRC, by managing associated tags and batch stickers 
• Complete daily checklists to keep facility running smoothly 
• Learn to properly operate various types of machines in the packaging process 
• Sleeve, sticker, package, wrap and heat seal all products post-production 
• Keep a keen eye for the details to find tasks when there is a break in packaging

About the Role:  

Brand Ambassadors spread brand awareness and increase retail sales through client visits, promotional activities, field marketing efforts, and customer engagement. We're looking for someone committed to proactively growing our brand and product reach by establishing new relationships and developing current relationships with dispensaries and customers. The position will be part-time (30 hours/week), mostly weekends and some evenings. This person will be responsible for events across the northern half of the state.

In this role you will:  

• Promote Grön products through community outreach at dispensaries or industry events  
• Transport, set up, break down and maintain trade materials and table displays  
• Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about Grön's products  
• Maintain an organized calendar of in-store events through Microsoft Outlook  
• Prompt responses to invites for in-store events and any emails that you receive from retailers or Grön sales and marketing teams  
• Clear and concise communication with Account Managers concerning in-store events, budtender educational sessions via email, text messages, phone calls, etc.   
• Engage with budtenders and customers to collect feedback on products  
• Work closely with sales and marketing staff to execute marketing campaigns and strategies
