Our leasing office is open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. One weekday off is provided each week to maintain a 40-hour schedule.

As an Territory Manager, SUD, you will join a founding go-to-market team responsible for scaling Charlie Health’s Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program nationally. SUD represents our next major growth vertical, and this team is charged with building the playbook.
You will play a direct role in shaping how we engage referral partners in key SUD settings such as detox centers, residential treatment centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other SUD-focused organizations. You will educate these partners about Charlie Health’s comprehensive SUD treatment and mental health programs, ensuring they understand how our services can support individuals on the path to recovery.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in high-accountability environments and wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up. The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers an uncapped target performance-based bonus with overall expected compensation will be between $94,000 and $114,000. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.

This role is a rare chance to lead the go-to-market efforts for one of the fastest growing startups in the healthcare industry. You'll be granted an unparalleled level of responsibility, as your efforts will define how we open and win in new markets. As a Regional Director, it will be your responsibility to manage a state-wide or multi-state region, supporting the Directors and Managers that represent Charlie Health in the region. You'll work hand-in-hand with our leadership team to identify patient referral sources, build relationships with clinical partners, and facilitate admissions for hundreds of at-risk youth. You'll obsess (in a healthy way) over ensuring that every possible patient, parent, and provider is aware of Charlie Health’s programs.

Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $125,000 and $165,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.

What You’ll Do
As a Certified Personal Trainer, you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one and couples' fitness coaching in clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations.
🔹 Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments
🔹 Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form, adjusting as needed
🔹 Track progress using the Svetness Fitness App, including session notes and reassessments
🔹 Maintain consistency with client appointments and scheduling
🔹 Travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes commute)
What We’re Looking For
✔ Certified Personal Trainer – Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE
✔ CPR/AED Certified – Up-to-date certification required
✔ Experience – 1-3 years of personal training experience preferred
✔ Strong Communication Skills – Verbal, written, and technical
✔ Basic Nutrition Knowledge – Ability to guide clients on healthy habits
✔ Fitness Expertise – Comfortable with various training methods and equipment
✔ Physical Capability – Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
✔ Personal Training Equipment – Ability to bring basic training tools as needed
✔ Reliable Transportation – Must be able to travel to client locations
