As a Compliance Professional, reporting to the Manager, Privacy, you will play a key role in strengthening Riot’s global privacy and compliance programs, with a focus on data protection and EMEA regulatory requirements. You will help operationalize privacy-by-design across Riot’s products and services while ensuring Riot’s compliance frameworks remain robust, scalable, and aligned with evolving regulatory expectations.Your role will blend experience in compliance and privacy with strong project/program management skills to create a positive impact on Riot’s global operations.
This role will be based onsite in our Dublin city centre office on a hybrid basis.

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $220,000 - $263,500. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
