This is a role for a hardened ML practitioner and a highly skilled organizational leader. You will be the architectural and operational bridge between deep AI research and fast-paced product delivery. About the Team & Role
The Roku Pay, Core Payments team has played a pivotal role in driving Roku’s rapid growth in online subscriptions, powered by a seamless in-streaming, on-TV purchase experience. Supporting a wide range of Roku teams, Core Payments enables transactions across multiple consumer touchpoints — including TV, web, mobile, and advertising. These teams employ diverse strategies to sell digital content, from Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD) and Transactional Video on Demand (TVOD) to Roku-branded devices and shoppable ads directly on the device.
Core Payments is now seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the creation of our Payment Machine Learning Platform — a high-impact initiative designed to optimize payment retries, routing, and authorization success rates for our subscription business.
This platform will harness AI/ML to make real-time, data-driven payment decisions at scale, directly influencing revenue growth, reducing churn, and enhancing customer satisfaction. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of machine learning, payments infrastructure, and subscription growth, collaborating with engineering, data science, finance, and payment operations to deliver a platform that is both technically sophisticated and mission-critical.

Role - Senior Database Operations Engineer
Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Database Administration, the Senior Database Operations Engineer will provide timely and quality database design, development, maintenance, and problem resolution services for internal and external customers. They will manage highly resilient corporate and cloud database infrastructure utilized by GHX DaaS/SaaS solutions. The Sr Database Ops Engineer will work with various operational and development teams to plan, design and implement and support core database functionality that meets company initiatives with respect to performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to operational policies and principles.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Administration and management of GHX databases, including:Backup and recovery ,Monitoring of data database capacity and performance ,Security and data access management ,Installations, upgrades, and patching ,Fail over server management
•Safeguard the company's data, tools and information systems by adhering to Operational and Security policies and procedures throughout the lifecycle of service delivery.
•24/7 monitoring, on-call support and troubleshooting database issues, provide operational feedback to development and release teams.
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior database engineers
• Collaborate with DB platform engineers on DB version and upgrades as well as best practices
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in CS or related discipline or equivalent experience
•5-8 years’ experience in Database Administration
•In depth knowledge of at least one RDBMS platform or No-SQL platform (ie MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, Oracle or SQL server) with familiarity and the ability to support additional platforms at a basic level
•Experience with hybrid and public cloud concepts
•Part of a support organization involved in implementation projects
•Proven ability to manage databases in a high transaction/high availability environment
•Experience with horizontal scaling and high availability technologies/concepts (ie Oracle RAC & Dataguard, SQL Server ‘Always On’)
•Hands-on experience with Solaris, UNIX, Linux, or Windows operating systems in a physical and/or virtual environment
•Experience with cloud hosted databases AWS preferred

Role
We are looking for an experienced Staff Threat Researcher to join our Zscaler Threat Hunting team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Zscaler Threat Hunting. Analyze emerging threats, adversarial behaviors, and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to understand attacker methodologies and improve detection capabilities. You will conduct proactive and retroactive threat hunting using Zscaler telemetry while working flexible schedules, including weekend night shifts, to meet global operational demands.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
Hands-on experience in threat hunting, incident response, security operations, malware analysis, or network defense
Practical experience using SIEM tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or ElasticSearch
Deep familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and modern Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs)
Proven ability to analyze adversary behavior and malware campaigns to translate findings into detection logic
Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent security industry experience

We are looking for an Escalation Engineer to join our team in a hybrid capacity based in Bangalore/Mohali, reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Support. About the role
You will support the effective delivery of People Services and Learning & Development (L&D) operations. This includes managing the People Services inbox and ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets, ensuring timely query resolution and escalation. You will maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading, updating, and organizing content, managing learner audiences, and supporting the learner experience.
You will coordinate Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions, overseeing scheduling, logistics, and communications. About the role
You will support the effective delivery of People Services and Learning & Development (L&D) operations. This includes managing the People Services inbox and ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets, ensuring timely query resolution and escalation. You will maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading, updating, and organizing content, managing learner audiences, and supporting the learner experience.
You will coordinate Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions, overseeing scheduling, logistics, and communications. Working with the L&D Team Lead, Content & Brand Specialist and Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will support project delivery, content creation activities, and the setup of new learning programs.
You will provide reporting and data insights to support capacity planning, forecasting, and budget tracking, as well as manage purchase orders and other finance-related processes for L&D initiatives.
This role is fully remote and reports to the People Services L&D Team Lead.

Sr. Systems Administrator
The Systems Administrator would report to the Manager of Systems Engineering performing functions related to the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure supporting the business including data center operations, hardware, operating systems, user administration, virtualization, and backups and recovery of the environment. This person would work closely with team members around the globe to provide 24x7 support including occasional on-call responsibilities. Sr. Systems Administrator must be able to work well with others, taking direction from team leads to complete his/her own projects, while acquiring information from the team as needed. This person would work to maintain the current environment and meet the needs of users on a day to day basis. The Sr. Systems Administrator will be able to solve problems injecting his/her own experience, assisting less experience team members to complete tasks and developing documentation for standard operating procedures.
