SUMMARY

The individual will be responsible for performing fund accounting and analysis functions for the firm’s Commingled Retail Investor Funds. The Retail Investor Funds include SEC registered investment companies operating as an interval fund and a tender offer fund. The interval fund’s investment strategy is in generating attractive risk-adjusted returns and current income through a variety of infrastructure investments. The tender offer fund’s investment strategy is in a variety of private equity secondary investments and co-investments. This individual will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the firm’s Commingled Retail Investor Funds. This individual will also work closely with GCM Grosvenor’s Finance leadership team.

As an onsite/hybrid employee, you are expected to be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform the daily valuation process, coordinating with the GCM valuation and accounting teams, the third-party valuation firm, and the fund administrators, to ensure valuations updates are reflected in the daily net asset value of the Funds.
• Responsible for the day-to-day accounting and operations of the Funds including:
  • Reconciling and recording of investment and investor activity.
  • Preparation and oversight of the fund expense budget, monitoring of the expense cap as well as any reimbursements related to expense support payments due to the Advisor.
  • Calculation and review of the daily management fee and incentive fees and quarterly payment due to the Advisor.
  • Management of the funds’ cash balances, investment and investor activity, and overall fund liquidity to ensure investment and investor transactions are appropriately settled in coordination with the GCM treasury team
• Prepare daily NAV calculations as well as quarterly and annual NAV and financial statement packages, including investor reporting. 
• Responsible for the semi-annual and annual fund financial reporting and periodic financial filings of the infrastructure interval fund (N-CSR, N-Port, etc.). Includes running a reporting calendar, managing fund service providers, and assisting with the annual fund audit.
• Preparation of monthly advisory entity financial statements prepared in accordance with US GAAP and under existing SOX regime requirements in accordance with GCM’s monthly accounting close calendar.
• Preparation and presentation of financial materials for the Board of Directors quarterly meeting.
• Manage, monitor, and provide guidance to the outsourced accounting provider(s).
• Collaborate with other teams throughout the firm, including tax, legal, treasury, client services, portfolio management, etc.
• Support investment and client relationship personnel on due diligence requests, marketing materials and ad-hoc requests.
• Assist in preparation of financial statement audits and regulatory compliance reporting for the various partnerships and companies.
• Assist in special projects as requested.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance with outstanding academic credentials;
• 8+ years of experience working for a financial services firm or top-tier accounting firm.
• CPA preferred.
• Accounting experience in managing mutual funds, private equity, hedge funds or similar types of alternative products.
• Experience working in the mutual fund industry and familiarity with the regulatory requirements of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and SEC regulations highly preferred.
• Experience with internal control compliance (SOX 404) a plus.
• Demonstrated team player, self-starter, and independent thinker with the ability to exercise excellent judgment.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of flexibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Building a deep, diverse, and actively managed panel of reference customers is therefore a strategic priority for the business, and this role owns it end to end. The programme begins at implementation — identifying and nurturing potential advocates from the moment a customer goes live — and evolves throughout the customer lifetime into formal references, case studies, executive peer relationships, and public advocacy. Done well, the reference programme becomes one of Ripple Treasury’s most powerful go-to-market assets.

What you’ll do

Revenue Retention & Pricing Stewardship

• Own gross revenue retention (GRR) as the primary commercial accountability of the role — building the operational rigour, early-warning systems, and executive relationship depth to protect and grow the recurring revenue base.
• Lead the annual and in-cycle renewal process for enterprise accounts, ensuring renewals are managed proactively, professionally, and with a clear commercial strategy that reflects the value delivered.
• Act as a key voice in pricing decisions — partnering with Finance, Product, and Sales leadership to ensure price positioning is grounded in demonstrated customer value, market context, and long-term retention dynamics.

• Define and own the AI and technology roadmap for the Customer organisation — selecting, deploying, and continuously improving the tools that underpin CS, Support, and Education workflows.
• Champion the use of AI-driven customer health scoring that synthesises product usage data, support ticket patterns, engagement signals, and sentiment to provide a predictive, real-time view of each account.
• Deploy AI-assisted tooling for CSMs and Support teams — including intelligent playbook recommendations, automated at-risk alerts, AI-drafted customer communications, and summarisation of account history — to increase capacity and consistency.
• Use AI to scale the Quality Business Review process: automating data preparation, surfacing the most relevant insights per account, and enabling CSMs to spend more time on strategic conversation and less on slide preparation.
• Leverage AI-powered self-serve and in-product guidance to accelerate adoption journeys — reducing dependency on human-led intervention for common tasks and feature discovery.
• Build a culture of experimentation within the team — regularly testing new AI tools, measuring their impact on key metrics, and scaling what works across the global CS organisation.
• Partner with the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer to ensure the AI tooling strategy for the Customer team is aligned with the broader platform and data architecture.

Customer References & Advocacy

• Build and own a structured Customer Reference Programme that begins at implementation — identifying and nurturing potential reference customers from go-live, before they are ever needed by Sales, so that relationships are warm, stories are authentic, and references are given willingly rather than reluctantly.
• Partner with the implementation and onboarding teams to embed reference-readiness into the customer journey from day one — setting expectations with new customers early, capturing initial success stories at go-live, and progressively building the relationship depth required for credible, high-quality references as the account matures.
• Maintain a live, actively managed reference panel — segmented by industry, geography, use case, and customer size — that gives Sales the right reference for the right prospect at the right moment in every deal cycle. A generic reference is rarely as powerful as a matched one.
• Protect reference customers with the same rigour as pipeline — monitoring their health, acting quickly when sentiment shifts, managing reference fatigue by rotating requests thoughtfully, and ensuring that every reference commitment is properly briefed, prepared, and followed up with appropriate recognition.
• Work closely with Sales leadership to understand the deals where references are material to close — and escalate rapidly when a reference risk is identified. A single poor or unprepared reference in a competitive enterprise deal can be decisive; this function must be treated as a commercial priority, not an administrative one.
• Expand advocacy beyond individual reference calls — building a programme that includes executive peer networks, customer advisory boards, co-authored thought leadership, conference speaking opportunities, and case studies that give willing customers meaningful ways to advocate publicly for Ripple Treasury in the CFO community.
• Track reference programme health as a formal metric — including the size and quality of the active reference panel, reference request fulfilment rates, and the contribution of references and advocacy to Sales win rates — and report this to leadership alongside the core retention and adoption scorecard.

Voice of Customer & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Serve as the definitive internal champion for the customer, synthesising feedback, usage trends, and renewal signals into actionable insight for Product, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership.
• Establish robust VoC programmes — including NPS, QBRs, advisory councils, and win/loss analysis — that create a closed feedback loop from the frontline to the product roadmap and commercial strategy.
• Partner closely with the Head of Sales to align on the commercial handoff from post-sale to Sales, ensuring expansion opportunities identified through adoption data are translated into qualified pipeline.
• Represent the customer perspective in all leadership discussions.

Team Leadership & Organisational Development

Essential Experience

• 10+ years of progressive experience in customer-facing leadership roles within B2B enterprise SaaS, with at least 3–5 years at the top table with clear ownership of post-sale revenue and retention.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and defending strong GRR metrics at scale — ideally in a $50M–$200M ARR SaaS business — with experience navigating complex enterprise renewal negotiations.
• Proven experience building and scaling product adoption programmes that create a measurable link between feature engagement and commercial outcomes.

  • Prepare daily cash reports of worldwide cash balances on a weekly basis for distribution to appropriate parties
  • Monitor daily cash positioning of respective accounts and communicate cash liquidity or any potential liquidity needs based on current cash flow forecasting models and actual transaction activity

Role:

The successful candidate will lead the global accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting operations of the Company with overall responsibility for all aspects of the monthly close process. Qualifications

Education and Work Experience:

• Undergraduate degree required
• 7+ years of relevant experience in treasury operations, cash management, or financial operations within financial services
• Experience with the Private Equity and/or Private Credit asset class
• Demonstrated experience with wire processing, approvals, and banking platforms, including both domestic and international payments
• Experience operating in a control-focused environment with strong risk awareness

About the Portfolio Finance team

The Portfolio Finance team sits within the Adams Street Private Equity Operations team. The team focuses on deal funding, liquidity, and financing across Adams Street’s Private Equity and Private Credit investment strategies. Portfolio Finance manages day to day cash optimization, credit facilities, NAV facilities, and long-term forecasting with a focus on risk management and the performance of our funds.

The Portfolio Finance Associate will work directly with investment professionals, accounting, operations, legal, investor relations, and external parties to ensure private equity and credit deals are properly handled from funding to exit. The associate will work directly with other members of the Portfolio Finance team to handle all daily operational functions.

Responsibilities:

Specifically, the individual will be involved with and responsible for:

• Promoting best practice across Portfolio Finance processes, learning intricacies of investment strategies (primary, secondary, co-investments, growth equity, venture and private credit)
• Monitoring daily liquidity for funding, shortfall risk, and cash movements across our fund portfolios
• Assisting in the analysis and production of cash forecasts, leverage monitoring, capital calls, and distributions
• Supporting subscription line and credit facility activity and the processing of drawdowns, paydowns, interest calculations and payments
• Supporting the covenant and compliance monitoring, and coordinating with lenders
• Actively participating in the deal closing process with a focus on setup and execution of closing wire transfers
• Compiling regular and ad-hoc reporting for investment teams, clients, and management
• Creating efficiency between front and back-office processes, eliminating redundancies, and streamlining processes
• Coordinating with operations, treasury, and accounting to resolve cash breaks, timing differences, and reporting discrepancies
• Becoming an internal expert on end-to-end operational process and a valuable resource to the firm
• Providing support for FX hedging, conversion, and settlement processes across PE and PC portfolios 

Candidate Requirements:

We seek an individual who is self-disciplined, demonstrates creative thinking and has the following characteristics:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in Financial Services with a preference for experience in fund finance or treasury
• Experience with private equity or private credit asset classes
• Advanced Excel skills for fund and liquidity analysis (cash flow modeling, scenario and sensitivity analysis, pivots, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) with comfort manipulating large datasets; Power Query and/or VBA a plus
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve efficiency and quality, with sound judgment regarding appropriate and confidential data use
• Detail-oriented self-starter
• Ability to work alone and in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, honesty and integrity, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Position Summary: 

The Treasury Manager will oversee Gotion’s treasury operations, ensuring financial stability, optimizing liquidity, and managing risk. This role will play a critical part in project financing, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support large-scale capital investments and operational growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Cash Management & Forecasting: Oversee daily cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.

• Extensive experience in project financing 

• Over 5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or project finance, preferably within manufacturing or energy sectors. 

• Strong understanding of cash management, debt financing, and liquidity strategies. 

• Experience in project finance, including structuring, modeling, and securing funding for capital-intensive projects. 

• Familiarity with banking relationships, financial instruments, and risk mitigation strategies. 

• Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP/TMS software. 

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100k-150k + 20% bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
