We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Interconnection Engineer with a robust technical background and proven experience in PV system design and interconnection. This role is vital for providing specialized support to project managers and ensuring that our projects are not only technically sound but also optimized for cost and efficiency.
You will report to the Manager, Grid Integration Engineering (GRIT), and will work closely with internal teams, including Engineering, Business Development, Policy, and Asset Management, to develop and commission commercial and industrial renewable designs. You will be hybrid out of our New York City, Chicago, Boston, or Washington, DC office with some business travel to other locations.
What you'll do:
- Manage a portfolio of utility interconnection applications from initial submission through project closeout.
- Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technical standards (i.e. IEEE 1547, NFPA 70, UL 1741, etc.) and requirements (utility) for Distributed Generation projects within an assigned geographic region.
- Perform detailed review, analysis, QA/QC, and interpretation of technical documentation, utility interconnection applications, utility pre-screen reports, System Impact Studies, and Interconnection Service Agreements.
- Provide expert technical advice during study reviews and deliver recommendations to internal teams on study outcomes.
- Prepare interconnection cost estimation and hosting capacity map analyses to assist development in identifying low-cost interconnection locations.
- Work alongside Project Managers on value engineering and cost optimization for projects.
- Act as technical consulting support during negotiations and disputes regarding project timelines and costs for assigned projects.
- Participate in the technical closure of projects, including field support along with reviewing witness tests and energization procedures. May also attend site visits and witness tests as required. The number of projects actively supported at a given time should be 70-80.
- Lead and contribute to special projects aimed at refining internal processes and setting industry standards, with a focus on innovation in interconnection means and methods. This may include (but not limited to) non-wires alternatives, selective curtailment, and other grid-enhancing technologies.
- Building and managing key relationships with internal stakeholders, and driving strategic developments and insights
- Leading comprehensive technical assessments to identify interconnection challenges in a given region and creating solutions to overcome technical hurdles (to improve project success).
- Support technical working groups both internally and externally.
- Participate in project design reviews; review of single line diagrams, three-line diagrams, and site layout designs for compliance with utility requirements, which may include incorporating any utility design requirements and/or effective grounding equipment.
- Respond to RFIs on active construction projects as required.
- Provide guidance and recommendations for navigating change with utilities.
- Mentor Interconnection Engineers, sharing expertise and leading by example in all aspects of interconnection processes.
- Support business development through pre-application activities such as site selection based on thorough analysis.
- Additional duties as assigned and/or directed.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a utility, solar developer, Regional Transmission Organization, or consultancy, focusing on technical aspects of interconnection or interconnection-related activities and issues.
- Strong knowledge of industry standard design codes such as National Electric Code, International Building Code, International Fire Code and other standards relevant to the industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Working knowledge in AutoCAD software.
- Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Moderate proficiency with Microsoft collaboration tools (Salesforce, Teams, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently.
- Valid Drivers License and EIT Certification.

What we’re looking for:
Nexamp is looking to hire a Project Sourcing Manager to join the Supply Chain team. As a Project Sourcing Manager, you will work within the regional business project platform teams. You will drive the product material cost savings roadmaps during the project acquisition phase through the PTO project life cycle of the phases. You will also support the technology roadmap and project manufacturability through the supplier/business partner interface through the end-of-life project cycle. In this role, you will work closely with other key functional representatives from Business Development, Construction, Commodity Management, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to ensure Nexamp's supply base is effectively serving internal and external customer needs. You will report to the Director, Project Sourcing.
We are looking for candidates to work hybrid out of our Boston or Chicago offices.
What you’ll do:
- Accountable for executing multiple project timelines within the assigned regions related to suppliers on cost/delivery/service performance from preconstruction to PTO
- Provide direction from the quotation analysis that the sourcing specialists prepare from different suppliers, utilizing the (TCO) total cost of ownership tools, and should cost of the parts, components, etc.
- Aid/provide input to the Category Manager in supplier selection during the development of a new technology roadmap or input to innovation groups that are required for a new or existing product.
- Aid/provide input to Category Manager in allocation/forecasting of equipment demands related to each strategic category.
- Manage multiple equipment lists within the assigned regional project portfolio for completeness, material readiness, and adherence to milestones throughout
- Support price negotiations related to material project costs within their portfolio
- Own project equipment budget tracking, of costs related to equipment within their assigned portfolio
- Excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to establish good working relationships with suppliers and internal customers (EPC, COE War Room, Project Reviews, Supplier reviews, internal stakeholder reviews).

- 5+ years of experience in supplier quality/management, sourcing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

What we’re looking for:
Nexamp is looking to hire a Senior Construction Superintendent (SCS). This role is a critical leadership position empowered to make independent decisions that directly impact the safety, performance, and operational success of a portfolio of solar construction projects. The SCS serves as a critical decision-maker in matters of jobsite compliance, team deployment, subcontractor performance, and adherence to construction standards and policies.
In this role, you will support solar projects in the Springfield, IL region. You will report to the Regional Construction Manager.
What you’ll do:
- Directly supervise 3–12 contingent Construction Superintendents (CS) across active solar project sites, in coordination with agency partners. Assign site leadership roles, monitor CS performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Exercise discretion in identifying and responding to safety, quality, and compliance issues. Empowered to stop work, redirect resources, or mandate changes without prior approval.
- Evaluate the performance of subcontractors in the field and provide recommendations that directly inform contract renewal, termination, or future engagement decisions. These evaluations materially affect vendor relationships and project outcomes.
- Interpret and enforce company policies and OSHA, SWPPP, and site-specific standards in dynamic field conditions.
- Lead the onboarding and ongoing training of site-level superintendents and field personnel.
- Work with the Regional Construction Manager on staffing strategy, including hiring, reassignment, and termination decisions for contingent CS roles.
- Monitor project progress and risks; recommend changes to staffing, scheduling, or scope to meet objectives.
- Hold final responsibility for review and close out compliance documentation, QA/QC reports, and inspection logs within Procore or other systems of record.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on solar construction methods, compliance, and site logistics.
- Advise senior leadership on operational performance, training standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent company interests with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site stakeholders.
- Participate in and significantly influence staffing decisions, including hiring, deployment, and performance feedback.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of construction management experience, preferably in the solar industry, with a successful track record in project management.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, and various other construction management tools
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards; OSHA 10 is a minimum requirement
- Maintains professional licenses in trade (i.e., CSL, NABCEP PV, etc.)
- Procore experience is a plus
- Understanding of medium voltage systems and equipment is a plus
- Willingness to travel
- Valid and current Driver’s License

What you'll do:
- Manage a portfolio of utility interconnection applications from initial submission through project closeout.

Your Opportunity
The Scion Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Procurement and Purchasing Compliance to assist with the development of purchasing compliance standards across Scion’s portfolio of resident communities. This individual will participate in the development, implementation, and enforcement of Procurement compliance programs to ensure alignment with Scion’s policies, contractual obligations, and applicable legal and ethical standards. As Procurement activities increasingly impact cost control, risk exposure, service quality and consistency, this role will be vital to maintaining the integrity and performance of the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement function.
This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with Scion’s Procurement, Operations, Capital, and Legal teams, as well as directly with suppliers to operationalize compliance frameworks, standardize purchasing behavior, and track results through advanced analytics tools in the Coupa P2P platform. Scion communities procure products and services spanning construction, renovations, property operations, and other recurring services. The role is critical to promoting supplier and product consistency, adoption of policy, operational efficiency, safeguarding company assets, and minimizing organizational risk. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental and deep knowledge of procurement strategies, risk assessment, compliance standards, documentation and policy management.
Your Responsibilities
PURCHASE COMPLIANCE
- Refine and maintain corporate procurement and purchasing compliance policies and frameworks.
- Develop and implement internal controls that govern PO issuance, contract approval workflows, and vendor engagement.
- Build and manage compliance dashboards using Coupa Advanced Analytics.
- Monitor managed vs. unmanaged spend to ensure policy adherence and highlight areas for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement compliance across business units.
- Collaborate with community managers to monitor compliance performance and provide coaching or corrective action when necessary.
VENDOR COMPLIANCE

Responsibilities
The Data Center Construction Manager will be responsible for project management and oversight of construction related activities as they relate to new builds or capital projects which includes the ownership of the project scope, quality, schedule, and budget. Some of the typical daily tasks of the Construction Project Manager:
- Directly interface with construction general contractors during the bidding, award, execution, and project closeout/punch list phases
- Monitor the progress of each project through updated schedules, communicates changes and manages client expectations - identify and negotiate time extensions where justified and allowed
- Construction project management for specific initiatives aimed at increasing the resiliency of our data centers
- Resolve scope problems with subcontractors and union labor
- Construction document management including submittal review, RFI’s, change orders, and invoicing

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science OR 5+ years of related construction management experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of experience in construction management of large, complex mission critical projects involving large-scale mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) plants – Some Data Center Construction experience is preferred
- Strong general contractor and vendor management experience (request for proposals, bidding, change orders, quality control, RFI/submittal tracking) associated with construction and project execution
- Possess strong documentation skills, clear written and verbal communication skills, and ability to use data to justify conclusions
- Able to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings for all disciplines
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA
- Must be able to work onsite at local projects in the Chicago area regularly and be available for occasional travel on an as needed basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Understand electrical and mechanical principles relating to data centers
- Experience with Procore or similar project management software
- Knowledge of the local subcontractor and union labor market (the quality of their work) and relations with local low voltage, electrical and mechanical contractors is strongly preferred

Position Overview
The Strategic Partnerships & Funding Manager is a newly created strategic role within the Market Management department at Gotion Illinois New Energy. This individual will lead efforts to identify, pursue, and secure investment capital, government grants, federal and state incentive programs, and public funding opportunities that support Gotion’s clean energy manufacturing and energy storage initiatives.
This role requires a commercially minded professional who can navigate complex federal and state funding landscapes, build relationships with government agencies and economic development organizations, and translate Gotion’s business strategy into compelling funding applications and investment proposals. The position works in close collaboration with the Head of Market Management, legal, finance, and project development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Sourcing & Capital Strategy
- Identify and pursue equity, debt, and project finance opportunities for Gotion’s BESS power stations, solar, EV charging, and backup power projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, clean energy funds, development finance institutions, and strategic partners.
- Support the structuring of investment vehicles including SPVs and joint ventures for energy storage and clean energy projects.
- Prepare investment presentations, financial summaries, and due diligence materials for potential investors and financing partners.
- Track and evaluate financing market trends, tax equity structures, and emerging investment vehicles relevant to clean energy assets.
Government Grants & Public Funding

Required

The Opportunity:

A Day in the Life
As a Project Manager I, you’ll support project delivery from start to finish under the guidance of Senior Project Managers. You will assist with project budgeting, scheduling, and tracking key milestones to ensure everything stays on time and on target. You’ll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners to keep communication clear and tasks aligned.
You'll help maintain project documentation, manage permits, and support compliance efforts while gaining exposure to evaluating and managing project risks, scope, and changes. Position Overview
The ESS Project Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of utility-scale and commercial energy storage system projects.
