Position Purpose:

The Patient Coordinator is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow and coordination within our practice. This role involves direct patient interaction, administrative support, and collaboration with clinical staff to deliver excellent patient care and service.

Essential Functions

Patient Interaction and Support:

• Greet and welcome patients upon arrival.
• Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide information on clinic policies, procedures, and services.
• Answer patient phone calls and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal appointment utilization.
• Monitor schedules for patient cancellations and follow-up with patients that need to reschedule.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain and update patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Coordinate referrals, diagnostic tests, and follow-up appointments.
• Verify patient insurance information and manage prior authorization processes.
• Handle billing and payment processes, including collection of co-pays and outstanding balances.
• Prepare and manage patient forms and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by the practice administrator.

Communication and Coordination:

• Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members.
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure patient needs are met.
• Facilitate communication regarding patient care plans and instructions.

Customer Service:

• Always maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
• Address patient complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.

We're looking for a Customer Experience Operations Manager who serves as the primary technical administrator and subject matter expert for the Customer Office tech stack and related platforms. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

• 8+ years of experience in Customer, Revenue, or Operations roles, with significant hands-on experience in ownership of platforms such as Gainsight, Kantata, Salesforce, or similar tools, ideally in SaaS or technology environments 
• Proven experience in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Customer Experience or Customer Success platforms, including workflows, automation, and reporting.

The objective of this work is to provide on-site support and be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the work/contract. • Complete the checklist based on the frequency identified for the checklist and document the completion of re-occurring checks via automated or manual processes identified by the government
• Assist in testing the existing Contingency Plans to install and maintain systems and business operations in the event of a terrorist attack, natural disaster, or other significant disruption to continue operations at an alternate location.
• Update Operating Procedures Document to reflect changes in technology or evolving system restoration requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Information Assurance Technical level II (IAT II) certification: CCNA Security; CySA+; GICSP; GSEC; Security+ CE; CND; or SSCP.

You will manage, maintain, and optimize our Oracle Cloud EPM (EPBCS) ecosystem while serving as the strategic bridge between our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization and our centralized Data Engineering teams. In our high-velocity, 5,000-location enterprise, financial accuracy is inextricably linked to operational data. You will not only handle traditional EPM administration but also partner directly with data and operational teams to define technical requirements for integrating non-financial KPIs—such as location churn, new facility onboardings, occupancy rates, and transaction counts—directly from our data warehouse into our financial forecasting models. How you will make a difference: Iterable’s RevOps team is looking for a Salesforce Developer to provide operational support to help grow our business worldwide. The core focus of the role is scaling and maintaining our GTM systems. You will help with admin tools and support end users using Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, CPQ, Gearset, LeanData, and Chili Piper. You’ll get to:

• Manage integrated applications and third-party suppliers, including: Salesforce, Leandata, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, and other Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Partnership, BI and Customer Success technologies

The US salary range for this position at the start of employment is an annual base salary of $114,500 - $179,000. About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to support our expanding legal and commercial operations. This role will partner closely with General Counsel, cross-functional business teams, and external stakeholders to manage the full contract life cycle, strengthen compliance, and improve the company’s contract documentation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Lifecycle Management

• Draft, review, edit, and finalize a variety of commercial and vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and amendments.
• Ensure contracts are accurate, compliant with internal standards, and adhere to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate contract negotiations with internal stakeholders and external parties.

Document & Data Management

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification
