Role Description:

This is an incredibly important position that helps to monitor inventory activities of all clients at each fulfillment center while allowing all existing operations team members to remain focused on their day-to-day responsibilities. Role Description:

The Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations serves as the primary on-site operational leader for ShipBob’s newly established Print on Demand department. This is a new role responsible for standing up and scaling an in-house POD production capability spanning direct-to-garment (DTG) apparel printing, wall art and canvas fulfillment, hard goods customization (mugs, phone cases, and similar items), and on-demand books, packaging, and labels. The role owns the full production lifecycle — from order receipt and artwork validation through production execution, quality control, and on-time shipment — for both B2B retail/wholesale and DTC ecommerce channels.

As a merchant-specific role, the Area Manager will serve as the day-to-day operational liaison between internal stakeholders and the merchant, ensuring production performance, SLA adherence, and quality standards are met consistently. This role is accountable for associate performance without serving as a direct manager, driving cross-functional alignment across ShipBob departments, and building the foundational SOPs, processes, and operational infrastructure needed to support sustainable POD growth. This role reports to the Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations.

What you’ll do:

• Own the day-to-day execution of all in-house POD production operations, including DTG apparel printing, wall art and canvas production, hard goods customization, and on-demand book and label printing using ShipBob-operated equipment and staff.
• Provide a high-level end-of-day summary covering B2B and DTC order production status, open orders, orders at risk of missing SLA, active quality incidents, equipment or material issues, and clear action plans for all outstanding items. 
• Align weekly with the Merchant to understand production volume requirements across product categories; partner with operations leadership to develop execution plans that account for staffing, equipment capacity, material availability, and production constraints. 
• Validate artwork files and production-ready assets prior to print runs; coordinate with the Merchant to resolve file issues, color profile discrepancies, or specification gaps that could impact print quality or cause production delays.
• Own operational metric reporting for the POD department, including Units per Hour (UPH) / production throughput, order cycle time (order receipt to shipment), on-time shipment vs. SLA, production yield and defect rate, and ink/material waste and cost per unit.
• Identify performance gaps, troubleshoot root causes, and implement process improvements to drive consistent attainment of production throughput and quality targets.
• Build foundational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for the POD department from the ground up, covering all production workflows, quality checkpoints, equipment operation, file intake, order processing, and shipment execution.
• Drive production associate performance and accountability across all POD workflows; while direct management sits with other Area Managers, this role owns production outcomes and coaches associates toward throughput, quality, and SLA targets on the floor.
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates. Supervise daily workflows to ensure products are handled and stored correctly per defined safety and quality procedures. Maintain compliance with hygiene and contamination control standards and promote a culture of accountability.

About the Role:

As the Regional Construction Manager you will own and drive all aspects of project construction to establish Zipline’s ground infrastructure in the region. • 6+  years of experience in real estate development or construction.
• Proven ability to manage entitlements and permits for infrastructure projects in collaboration with customers’ Real Estate and Construction teams.

Route all operational correspondence through the Merchant ShipBob email distribution group to ensure full visibility across Merchant Success, B2B operations, and relevant departments.

• Utilize ShipBob internal tools to determine the optimal shipment mode for each purchase order in accordance with retailer routing guides; update the “Ship Option” field in the ShipBob WMS dashboard for each purchase order. 
• Coordinate directly with carriers assigned to each purchase order to ensure pickups occur within the designated shipping window. Schedule pickup appointments in accordance with carrier-provided pickup dates and site availability. Proactively resolve missed pickups or carrier no-shows to secure timely rescheduling. 
• Oversee inventory LOT hold and release management in the WMS in coordination with the Merchant; upon release approval, remove holds, return LOTs to available inventory, and evaluate and prioritize any resulting order backlog. 
• Evaluate operational feasibility for special requests or operational projects; coordinate with the ShipBob account team to scope requirements and communicate project timelines, constraints, and execution plans to the Merchant. 
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates. Campus Strategy & School Relationships

• Own and execute ITS Logistics' end-to-end campus recruiting strategy, including school selection, event planning, offer management, and intern-to-hire conversion programs.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and professional associations across target schools - including sponsorship, scholarship, and case competition opportunities to deepen ITS Logistics' presence with key academic programs.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with university career centers, professors, athletic departments (ADs), department heads, and student organizations.
• Strategically identify and invest in high-impact talent pools, programs, and partnerships to maximize long-term recruiting success.

Employer Brand & Presence

• Serve as the on-campus face of ITS Logistics across the West—maintaining a consistent, visible, and engaging presence throughout the academic year.
• Represent ITS Logistics at career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, and networking events; maintain an active year-round presence on Handshake, LinkedIn, and campus social channels to engage student communities and serve as the face of the ITS brand to prospective early-career talent.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop compelling recruitment marketing materials and amplify the campus brand through digital and social channels, spotlighting intern and new graduate success stories.

Internship Program & Corporate Support

• Develop and manage a robust internship program, including onboarding, structured rotations, mentorship pairing, and end-of-program evaluations to drive full-time conversion.
• Effectively “sell” the internship experience to candidates by clearly communicating career pathways, growth opportunities, and company culture.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with interns and early-career hires throughout their journey, ensuring a strong sense of connection and long-term retention.
• Partner with the talent acquisition team to support full-cycle recruiting for other Brokerage positions during peak hiring periods or when campus volume allows.

Metrics & Reporting

• Track and report on key campus recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, intern conversion rates, and cost-per-hire.
• Use data and market insights to continuously refine campus strategy, school selection, and engagement approaches.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, campus recruiting, HR, or a related field; experience managing a campus recruiting program preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Handshake, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with university stakeholders and manage multiple concurrent hiring pipelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to student audiences, representing ITS Logistics at events.
• Self-starter with a high sense of urgency; able to operate independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to plan and execute a full recruiting calendar across multiple schools and events simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to university campuses and recruiting events as needed, primarily during fall and spring recruiting seasons.

The Principal Merchant Success Manager plays a critical role in managing and scaling ShipBob’s most strategic merchant partnerships. Sitting at the intersection of account management, operations, and program leadership, this role blends on-site fulfillment expertise with executive-level relationship management to generate long-term success for both ShipBob and our merchants. This role reports to the Director, Merchant Success. This role will:

• Act as the program lead for assigned top merchants, building and running success frameworks that align operational performance with strategic growth goals.
• Partner directly with ShipBob’s fulfillment center teams to ensure processes, SLAs, and escalations are managed with speed and accountability.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives spanning Success, Operations, Product, and Finance to deliver scalable solutions for complex merchant needs.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. We are targeting a salary range of $115,496 - $145,000 for this role. The full base pay range for this position in our compensation architecture is $115,496 - $192,493. What you'll do:

• The Operations Supervisor will lead, manage and develop a team of 25 to 30 ShipMonk Associates

About the Position

The Trailer Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing trailer utilization in the ITS network at the highest level of efficiency. This role specifically supports teams within our Brokerage division and is dedicated to optimizing our asset operations, utilization, and allocations to support our customers’ demands. In this role, you’ll develop, manage, and coordinate production schedules to support efficient assembly operations. This role ensures alignment between demand, materials, labor, and capacity while communicating priorities across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Production Scheduling:
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the weekly assembly production schedule in alignment with JDE, Production Tracker, and Shipping priorities.

Position Overview:
The Molding Operational Excellence Manager will drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency across all injection molding operations at the Fort Worth facility. This role leads Lean, Six Sigma, and data driven improvement initiatives that directly support the site’s key priorities: increasing OEE, reducing scrap and unplanned downtime, strengthening process stability, improving changeover performance, and enhancing workforce capability. Job Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement 
- Develop and deploy a comprehensive Operational Excellence strategy for injection molding operations. 
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve cycle times, reduce scrap and downtime, and optimize material usage. 
- Create standardized processes, work instructions, and visual management tools.

Position Summary

ITS has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Lead at our warehouse in Fort Worth, TX.  This position leads a warehouse team in receiving, counting, auditing, quality control, moving, finding, picking, stocking, packing, packaging, and shipping in ITS Warehouses. Warehouse Leads ensure their team keeps production areas fully stocked and have the products they need to fulfill orders quickly.  This position sometimes works with automated machines or sensors to fulfill orders. This position focuses on finding materials on shelves, wrapping them and putting them on a delivery truck, in addition to pulling materials off a truck and putting them in the proper storage area. ABOUT THE POSITION

The VP of Drayage & Intermodal plays a critical leadership role within the Brokerage Division, driving the growth, performance, and long-term success of ITS’s Drayage strategy. This role is responsible for expanding the Drayage Brokerage footprint, cultivating new customer relationships, and strengthening existing partnerships across the broader ITS network.

As a senior leader, the VP will set the vision and strategic roadmap for the Drayage Division while maintaining deep, practical expertise in day-to-day drayage brokerage operations. About the Position

The Director of Drayage & Intermodal plays a critical leadership role within the Brokerage Division, driving the growth and long-term success of ITS’s Drayage strategy. This position is responsible for expanding our Drayage Brokerage footprint, cultivating new customer relationships, and strengthening existing partnerships. As a strategic leader, the Director will shape the vision and roadmap of the Drayage Division, partnering closely with IT to implement efficiencies, introduce new processes, and ensure adoption of the latest technology across the team. About the role

• Build, modify, and maintain prototype autonomous vehicles, test platforms or benches.
• Integrate mechanical and electrical components such as sensors, actuators, compute units, and power systems.
• Fabricate brackets, mounts, and custom parts using rapid prototyping tools (3D printers, laser cutters, welders, etc.).
• Build and route wire harnesses, perform soldering/crimping, and troubleshoot electrical connections.
• Execute test plans and collect system performance data during in-lab and on-road testing.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to iterate on hardware and integration approaches.

• Comfort working with mechanical tools, electrical prototyping equipment, and basic fabrication tools.
• Understanding of vehicle systems (chassis, suspension, drivetrain) and/or embedded electronics (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensor integration)

About the role

As a Fleet Dispatcher in our Dallas/Fort Worth Operations, you are the real-time command center for our autonomous fleet and the Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs) who manage them. This is a high-stakes, rapid-response role where your exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills directly ensure the seamless execution of our daily routes.

You will act as the central point of contact, navigating both routine logistics and unexpected, time-sensitive incidents. What you'll do

Our Customer Service Representatives are the lifeblood of ShipMonk, combining account management and customer service skills with a dab of ingenuity. They play a critical role in creating a stress-free process and generating Happiness for our Merchants.

They serve as the primary point of contact for our Merchants to facilitate timely issue resolution. This role is responsible for providing training, support, and problem resolution to ShipMonk accounts. They work closely with the accounts, our warehouse management, and staff, and developers to ensure requests are done on time and in a professional manner.

Whether it involves checking on a received product’s bin location—while simultaneously planning a shipment with our warehouse manager—or expertly juggling multiple chats, they’re always ready and able to multi-task, no problem. In other words, our Customer Service Representatives know how to get sh*t done and we wouldn’t be able to get by without them.

What you'll do:

• The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for merchants to facilitate timely issue resolution
• Manage queue of incoming merchant contacts (phone, chat, and email) and tickets on a daily basis, including following up to inquiries based on dates that were committed to
• The Customer Service Representative will partner with our warehouse management and developers to ensure requests are completed on time and in a professional manner
• Build sustainable, long-term relationships with merchants
• Educate merchants on service offerings and help them proactively plan to minimize issues
