This is an incredibly important position that helps to monitor inventory activities of all clients at each fulfillment center while allowing all existing operations team members to remain focused on their day-to-day responsibilities. Role Description:
The Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations serves as the primary on-site operational leader for ShipBob’s newly established Print on Demand department. This is a new role responsible for standing up and scaling an in-house POD production capability spanning direct-to-garment (DTG) apparel printing, wall art and canvas fulfillment, hard goods customization (mugs, phone cases, and similar items), and on-demand books, packaging, and labels. The role owns the full production lifecycle — from order receipt and artwork validation through production execution, quality control, and on-time shipment — for both B2B retail/wholesale and DTC ecommerce channels.
As a merchant-specific role, the Area Manager will serve as the day-to-day operational liaison between internal stakeholders and the merchant, ensuring production performance, SLA adherence, and quality standards are met consistently. This role is accountable for associate performance without serving as a direct manager, driving cross-functional alignment across ShipBob departments, and building the foundational SOPs, processes, and operational infrastructure needed to support sustainable POD growth. This role reports to the Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations.

The Zipline Operations team is looking for a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator to support our fulfillment operations in the greater Dallas - Fort Worth areas and the ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and experienced individual that excels in fast-paced, physical environments, and is excited to roll up their sleeves. In this role, own the day-to-day fulfillment operations of 3-5 Walmart Supercenters, ensuring the site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for ensuring your locations meet performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve our operating processes.
This is an onsite role and candidates must reside in the greater Dallas Fort-Worth area and be willing to travel around the metroplex as needed.
The cash range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000; please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. We are always open to negotiation. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. About the Role:
As the Regional Construction Manager you will own and drive all aspects of project construction to establish Zipline’s ground infrastructure in the region. This includes managing the entire process from contractor evaluation, contracting and bid evaluation, design review in partnership with our engineering teams, through to full scope site construction management and project competition and oversight in partnership with our Service Operations and Superintendent teams. You’ll work closely with the broader Deployment and Construction team, Real Estate and Government Affairs teams, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and secure the necessary approvals to expand our network.
You will lead negotiations, manage external vendors, and ensure project timelines are met, all while maintaining alignment with Zipline’s strategic goals. ShipMonk is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to serve as a senior member of our technology leadership team and own the full IT function across our global fulfillment network. This is a strategic, executive-level role with broad accountability — spanning enterprise infrastructure strategy, multi-site IT operations, cybersecurity posture, digital workplace enablement, and the IT investment roadmap. The VP, IT will partner directly with the CTO, CSCO, and other executive stakeholders to ensure that technology infrastructure is a competitive differentiator, not a constraint, as ShipMonk continues to scale.
This is not a steady-state leadership role. ShipMonk is growing rapidly and the VP, IT is expected to raise the maturity ceiling of the entire IT organization — transforming how we operate, invest, and deliver infrastructure at scale. The right candidate has already done this. They have built functions, not just managed them.
The IT function is the operational backbone of ShipMonk's fulfillment centers and corporate offices. It is accountable for network infrastructure, end-user computing, IT service delivery, cybersecurity governance, asset lifecycle management, and vendor relationships across all sites. Reporting to the CTO, the VP of IT will lead a multi-disciplinary organization including IT Infrastructure Engineers, IT Support Specialists, IT Automation Engineers, and Network Engineers. The VP will be expected to define the organizational model, set the talent strategy, and personally elevate the function from a reactive support org to a proactive, engineering-forward infrastructure team.
The ideal candidate is a builder and operator — someone who has led IT transformations in complex, multi-site environments and knows how to run both strategy and execution simultaneously.

Principle Accountabilities
We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to lead and grow our university recruiting program for our South Brokerage Center. This role will serve as the primary driver of ITS Logistics’ campus recruiting strategy, building meaningful relationships with top universities and identifying high-potential early-career talent to fuel our continued growth.

The Molding Operational Excellence Manager will drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency across all injection molding operations at the Fort Worth facility. Job Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and deploy a comprehensive Operational Excellence strategy for injection molding operations.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve cycle times, reduce scrap and downtime, and optimize material usage.
- Create standardized processes, work instructions, and visual management tools.
- Perform process capability studies (Cp/Cpk), DOE, and root cause analyses to resolve chronic issues.
- Implement and advance 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and TPM programs.
Process Optimization & Technical Leadership
- Analyze molding machine performance and auxiliary equipment to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with engineering teams to optimize process parameters for quality, repeatability, and throughput.
- Develop and maintain key process documentation, including PQ/PPAP/validation protocols.
- Improve mold changeover efficiency and ensure robust startup procedures.
Performance Management
- Create dashboards and performance metrics to track OEE, scrap, cycle time, downtime, and productivity.
- Lead daily/weekly performance reviews focusing on data driven problem solving.

Team Development & Leadership

ABOUT THE POSITION
The VP of Drayage & Intermodal plays a critical leadership role within the Brokerage Division, driving the growth, performance, and long-term success of ITS’s Drayage strategy. As a Fleet Dispatcher in our Dallas/Fort Worth Operations, you are the real-time command center for our autonomous fleet and the Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs) who manage them. This is a high-stakes, rapid-response role where your exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills directly ensure the seamless execution of our daily routes.
You will act as the central point of contact, navigating both routine logistics and unexpected, time-sensitive incidents. You must maintain clear, calm, and professional communications with AVOs, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure every delivery is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
Location: On-site at our Fort Worth, TX office / depot (Alliance Airport)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Details will be discussed during the interview process)
You will serve as the crucial link between the autonomous fleet, human operators, and the customer base.

Our Customer Service Representatives are the lifeblood of ShipMonk, combining account management and customer service skills with a dab of ingenuity. They play a critical role in creating a stress-free process and generating Happiness for our Merchants.
They serve as the primary point of contact for our Merchants to facilitate timely issue resolution. This role is responsible for providing training, support, and problem resolution to ShipMonk accounts. They work closely with the accounts, our warehouse management, and staff, and developers to ensure requests are done on time and in a professional manner.
Whether it involves checking on a received product’s bin location—while simultaneously planning a shipment with our warehouse manager—or expertly juggling multiple chats, they’re always ready and able to multi-task, no problem. In other words, our Customer Service Representatives know how to get sh*t done and we wouldn’t be able to get by without them.
