About the role
We seek a highly organized, safety-conscious and experienced logistics and transportation professional to oversee the management and performance of our Autonomous Vehicle Operators (truck drivers) and local vehicle fleet. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of vehicles on a complex route network, support of our customer deliveries and training / testing of our autonomous class 3-7 box trucks. You will report to the Head of Operations and partner with other Operations Supervisors in your region as well as technical, mechanical, human resources, commercial, and safety & compliance professionals. In this role, you will uphold exceptional safety standards, optimize driver schedules, manage truck readiness and maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance within the fleet.
This role is onsite five days per week in our Fort Worth, TX office.
What you'll do
- Driver Selection and Onboarding: Recruit, screen, and hire qualified truck drivers, ensuring they meet all company and regulatory requirements. Conduct driver orientation, training, and ongoing performance management.
- Driver Management: Conduct ride-along trips with drivers to evaluate performance, train and analyze behaviors aligned to safety, quality, and customer service support.
- Safety and Compliance: Champion a safety-first culture within assigned territory. Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and ensure adherence to all FMCSA, DOT and company regulations including driver qualifications, drug testing and ongoing training.
- Fleet Readiness and Maintenance: Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and oversee timely preventative maintenance and repairs for assigned fleet, minimizing downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records. Assist with registering and licensing of all trucks in their territory. Manage team and platforms to keep ELD logs, regulatory and registration up-to-date, vehicle maintenance logs, and maintenance reminders up to date by performing regular audits. Maintains company and contractual assets (vehicles, facilities, inventories, tools, and equipment)
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain positive, constructive relationships with assigned customers, proactively delivering on key performance indicators, addressing service issues, and pursuing contract growth opportunities. Be at the forefront of all customer interactions and fleet deployments.
- Route Scheduling: Manage daily route planning and scheduling to ensure on-time deliveries while maximizing fleet efficiency and managing labor costs. Monitor the status of the AVOs and deliveries to coordinate and prioritize their schedule. Manage work schedules to optimize hours and reduce or monitor overtime usage.
- Problem Solving: Address driver concerns, resolve route issues, troubleshoot delays, and handle unexpected logistical challenges.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze driver performance metrics and fleet data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Evaluate current operational performance and KPIs in assigned territory and develop an operational plan for improvements.
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Fleet Management or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in transportation management, ideally with a focus on driver supervision and fleet operations.
- In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations and proven commitment to safety standards.
- Familiarity with route planning software and transportation management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Valid US CDL driver's license, clean driving record and safe driving habits
- Clean background check, drug screen and DMV Motor Vehicle Record check
- Ability and experience operating Class 3 to Class 6 vehicles
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including taking action after scheduled shift

About the role
The Senior Manager, AV Deployment Readiness owns end-to-end orchestration of every deployment from planning through go-live — ensuring that production, validations, deployment and all supporting infrastructure, staffing and customer commitments converge on time. You are the single-threaded owner of deployment delivery.
This role is onsite 5 days a week at our Mountain View, CA office!
What you'll do
- Deployment Tracking & Orchestration
- Own the master deployment readiness view across all customers, locations, and deployment phases — from vehicle allocation through operational go-live.
- Manage a multi-tier tracking system (Jira or equivalent) spanning deployment-level milestones and vehicle- level parallel workstreams: vehicle release from production, remote supervision station setup, route/map validation, and staff training completion among others.
- Build dashboards providing real-time visibility into vehicle-by-vehicle, customer-by-customer readiness, deployment-level status, and cross-cutting blockers. Define and enforce gate-based readiness criteria
ensuring no deployment advances without prerequisites clearing. - Track supply vs. demand metrics — vehicle release timing against customer dates, crew-to-vehicle ratios,
and rolling readiness scores — to surface risks long before they become blockers.
- Escalation & Risk Management
- Operate as the central escalation point for deployment blockers. Maintain escalation protocols with defined SLAs based on deployment proximity and severity.
- Maintain a risk-weighted priority matrix accounting for customer contractual commitments, revenue impact, fleet availability, and operational complexity.
- Run regular deployment readiness reviews with engineering, safety, and operations leadership — crisp status updates with clear asks and owners for every open item.
- Cross-Functional Liaison
- Serve as the connective tissue between Hardware/Software Engineering (vehicle production, software feature readiness), Safety (safety case gating, operational design domain validation), and Operations (field
staff, remote supervision/training, site infrastructure, customer interface). - Translate engineering and safety constraints into operational timelines and vice versa. Coordinate with customer-facing teams to set expectations and provide early warning when timelines are at risk.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Hardware/Software Engineering (vehicle production, software feature readiness), Safety (safety case gating, operational design domain validation), and Operations (field
- Tooling & Continuous Improvement
- Own the project structure for deployment tracking: issue hierarchies, automation rules, custom workflows, and reporting dashboards. Develop runbooks, checklists, and SOPs for each deployment phase.
- Conduct post-deployment retrospectives and feed improvements back into readiness processes, tooling, and coordination cadences
What we're looking for
- 7+ years in program management, deployment operations, or launch readiness in autonomous vehicles, robotics, aerospace, defense, automotive, or similarly complex hardware + software domains.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-workstream programs where hardware, software, field infrastructure, regulatory approvals, and customer commitments must converge simultaneously.
- Deep proficiency with Jira or equivalent for complex project tracking: hierarchies, custom fields, automation, dashboards. You architect workflows, not just use them.
- Track record managing programs with hard external deadlines where missing the date has real financial and relationship consequences.
- Experience building deployment readiness frameworks from scratch in fast-moving environment
Bonus Qualifications
- Direct experience in AV operations, fleet deployment, or connected vehicle programs. Familiarity with safety case frameworks (UL 4600, ISO 26262, SOTIF) is a strong differentiator.
- Background in organizations transitioning from human-operated to autonomous systems, particularly where operational mitigations are removed through phased gates.
- Experience with supply/demand forecasting for fleet operations: vehicle availability modeling, crew scheduling, capacity planning
Salary Ranges - $180,000- $250,000

About the role
We’re looking for a highly organized, safety-focused Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day performance of our Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs) and local fleet of autonomous trucks (Class 3-7). In this role, you'll help ensure safe, efficient, and compliant vehicle operations on a complex route network. You’ll be responsible for managing drivers, supporting vehicle readiness, coordinating routes, and partnering with cross-functional teams across safety, compliance, maintenance, HR, and customer operations. This role reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with other regional supervisors/managers.

What you'll do
- Driver Hiring & Onboarding: Recruit, train, and onboard qualified drivers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Driver Supervision: Conduct ride-alongs, performance evaluations, and coaching to promote safety and service excellence.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce FMCSA, DOT, and internal policies; maintain driver qualifications, training, and testing programs.

About the role
Gatik is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to lead transportation and logistics operations across our Phoenix region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing daily fleet activity, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to support customer deployments, test new autonomous vehicle routes, and scale operations. About the role
As a Fleet Dispatcher in our Dallas/Fort Worth Operations, you are the real-time command center for our autonomous fleet and the Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs) who manage them. This is a high-stakes, rapid-response role where your exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills directly ensure the seamless execution of our daily routes.
You will act as the central point of contact, navigating both routine logistics and unexpected, time-sensitive incidents. You must maintain clear, calm, and professional communications with AVOs, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure every delivery is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
Location: On-site at our Fort Worth, TX office / depot (Alliance Airport)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Details will be discussed during the interview process)
What you'll do
You will serve as the crucial link between the autonomous fleet, human operators, and the customer base.
Real-Time Fleet Coordination & Communication
- Lead Dispatch: Proactively dispatch and communicate daily shifts, assigned vehicles, and specific route instructions to Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs).
- Route Execution: Monitor the real-time status of all dispatched vehicles and deliveries, prioritize tasks, and provide critical updates to AVOs and clients to maintain the delivery schedule.
- Rapid Response: Serve as the primary contact for all emergency and non-emergency inbound communications (via Slack, phone, and video calls), quickly assessing situations and providing solution-oriented guidance.
- Client Updates: Communicate delivery statuses, including any delays or changes, professionally and proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalation Updates: Communicate urgent updates and resolutions to AVO Supervisors and Operations Management promptly and clearly.
Monitoring, Tracking, and Compliance
- TMS Tracking: Continuously utilize TMS platform and fleet management software to track vehicle locations, freight progress, and estimated times of arrival for all relevant internal stakeholders.
- Process Compliance: Ensure all AVOs and drivers are strictly adhering to Gatik's operational procedures, safety protocols, and relevant regulatory compliance standards (DOT/FMCSA).
- Incident Logging: Accurately log all operational data, including schedules, delivery times, delays, communication logs, and escalating critical incidents to AVO Supervisors or Operations Management immediately.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain Records: Track and organize all work requests, customer requests, completed tasks, and maintain accurate vehicle operator work records using internal systems.
- Generate Reports: Assist in running daily reports and compiling communication summaries on key metrics, operational events, and occurrences during your 12-hour shift.
What we're looking for
- Experience: 3+ years of proven, high-volume experience as a dispatcher in the transportation, fleet, shipping, or logistics industry. Knowledge and understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations as they relate to Hours of Service and general compliance.
- Tech Savvy: Highly proficient with modern communication and logistics tools, including order management systems, dispatching software, TMS (Transportation Management System) and instant messaging platforms (e.g., Slack and Zoom).
- Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational skills, the ability to effectively multitask, and sound judgment for critical thinking and rapid decision-making under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and calmly to drivers, AVOs, and client personnel.
- Data Proficiency: Experience with fast, accurate data entry and a background in running reports or performing basic operational analytics.
- Required Availability: Must be able to work a full 12-hour shift, primarily on site at our Fort Worth, TX office (near Alliance Airport). Possible "overnight schedule" - flexibility and responsiveness are essential.
