PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This full-time position is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and the flow of materials, from receipt of components through production support to final product shipment. The role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient material handling, and on-time delivery to support production and customer commitments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain control and accuracy over all inventories (raw material, WIP, finished goods), including material transactions, warehouse operations, and receiving activities.
· Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure all components and materials are delivered to support the production process.
· Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, storage, and delivery to point of use to ensure efficient and accurate material flow.
· Establish and implement methods and best practices related to inventory control, material flow, and warehouse processes.
· Support production scheduling activities by monitoring material availability, tracking production progress, and identifying potential constraints.
· Coordinate with the Supply Chain manager and Quality Manager to implement, and manage systems to evaluate, monitor and report supplier scorecard performance.
· Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager and Quality Manager to resolve vendor return material authorizations in a manner which supports the production schedule.
· Responsible for accuracy of inventory counts by implementing and managing, in conjunction with Finance, an inventory control system, capable of identifying discrepancies in inventory counts and taking corrective action to guard against future inconsistencies.
· Participate as a member of the operations team in making cross-functional operational decisions.
· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing, maintaining and aligning company policies that adhere to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business or a related discipline.
· 4+ years’ experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
· Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and managing lean warehouse and material replenishment systems
· Experience working with ERP/MRP systems for inventory and materials planning (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor Syteline experience is a huge plus)
· Certifications optional but beneficial: APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes.
· Ability to work in and with an ERP/MRP system
· Strong analytical skills for inventory management, material tracking, and operational performance
· Familiarity with manufacturing processes and timelines.
· Demonstrated problem solving, quantitative analysis, and analytical abilities
· Proactive communicator who can clearly articulate business results and department needs
· Strong leader with a proactive, positive attitude, and a strong sense of self-motivations, accountability, and responsibility
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

A Day in the Life
As a Scientist I, your day starts by driving to our remote project sites to lead and/or supporting field crews in implementing critical restoration tasks like planting, seeding, erosion control, herbicide application, and invasive species removal. You’ll ensure these tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project goals.
You’ll be responsible for safely operating and maintaining various types of equipment, including trucks with trailers, UTVs, skid steers, chainsaws, backpack sprayers, and GPS units. Before work begins, you’ll facilitate daily safety meetings, model proper PPE usage, and consistently maintain a Samsara driving score above 70. Travel to and between project sites is significant.
Throughout the day, you’ll interpret project plans and ensure that all fieldwork aligns with planting plans, erosion and sediment control (E&S) plans, and invasive management standards. You’ll also train and mentor field staff on equipment operation, plant identification, herbicide handling, and restoration best practices.
In collaboration with Restoration Supervisors and Managers, you’ll contribute to daily and weekly planning to ensure smooth operations. You’ll also complete daily work logs, upload project photos, and communicate needs for materials, equipment, and personnel.
Depending on the season and region, you may participate in prescribed burns, which requires S130/S190 certifications. You should be prepared to work outdoors in all types of weather, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate uneven or challenging terrain.

Summary:
The Associate Electrical Test Engineer is responsible for the development and execution of tests to ensure the quality of our products. Additionally, is responsible for analyzing the product features, test requirements, creating customized quality checks, and writing up final test procedures for the approval of the sub-system lead engineer. PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This role leads daily testing and inspection operations, ensures product conformance to UL standards and customer requirements, and supports quality, safety, delivery, and cost goals across all test areas. The supervisor manages test technicians, coordinates priorities with production, and drives consistent process execution across the value stream.
The Quality Control Supervisor is a fully onsite role based out of our Jacksonville location and will report into our Test & Inspection Manager.
Second shift hours are 3pm - 11:30pm.

Position Summary:
The Data Engineer is a core builder on IEM’s data and analytics team. This role develops and maintains the data pipelines and transformation models that power Tableau dashboards and business decisions across the organization. Working within an established modern data stack (Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Tableau. The Data Engineer turns raw source data into reliable, well-tested, and well-documented analytics-ready datasets. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with real ownership of production data models and growing influence on engineering standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You have 3–5 years of experience building data pipelines and transformation workflows in cloud environments. You’re proficient with SQL and Python, comfortable working in Snowflake, and have hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation tools. You write clean, tested code and take pride in documentation. You’re curious about the business context behind the data and can translate stakeholder questions into well-modeled datasets. You work well on a small team, take feedback constructively, and are eager to grow your skills in analytics engineering, data modeling, and cloud data architecture. You’re excited about AI’s role in modern data work and comfortable using AI coding assistants and agents to accelerate your output.
