What you’ll be working on:

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completion of master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)  and is maintaining active NCCPA certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) 
• Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
• Current shifts range from (6am - 12am PST)

Position Summary:

The Account Manager, PBM is responsible for timely and accurate management and execution of all client benefit requests, including benefit changes, eligibility changes, and new implementations. Support implementation of new plans, pricing, and networks, consistent with strategic or administrative intent.

Position Responsibilities:

• Partner with clinical account manager (CAM) and account executive (AE) to manage clients through the entire lifecycle from implementation through go-live and renewal on a designated book of business  

• Support implementation as a critical member of the client management teams with all day-to-day client requirements 

• Responsible for timely and accurate management and execution of all client benefit requests, including benefit changes, eligibility changes, override requests, demos and new implementations

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Trial Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research, a background in nursing or other healthcare fields, and a proven track record in patient recruitment. This role will involve working closely with clinical sites to ensure the smooth execution of clinical trials, with a particular focus on cardiovascular and/or imaging studies. As a key point of contact between study sites and the sponsor, the Clinical Trial Liaison will be responsible for fostering strong relationships, ensuring protocol compliance, and supporting patient recruitment and retention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the clinical trial sponsor and participating sites, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role varies by location and is aligned to market benchmarks.

• Candidates located in higher-cost labor markets, including California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC represent the middle to high end of the range, while candidates located in all other U.S. locations represent the low to middle end of the range.
• Final compensation is determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.

This role is eligible for a 10% target annual bonus, resulting in the following base salary and Total Target Compensation (TTC) ranges:

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $116,000
• TTC: $110,000 - $127,600

Role Summary

The Nurse Coordinator RN (On‑Site) plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional, patient‑centered fertility care experience. Open Fertility nurses serve as trusted clinical partners—providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and hands‑on care throughout each patient’s treatment journey. 

This role supports both clinic‑based patient care and operations within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), including pre‑ and post‑operative recovery, operating room support, regulatory compliance, and coordination of care.  

Some day-to-day duties include:

• Establish confidence, trust, and a positive rapport with all patients
• Case manage a large patient portfolio
• Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation
• Order time-sensitive medications
• Admit, treat, and discharge patients within the ambulatory surgery center
• Monitor and assess patients during pre- and post-operative phases
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and communicate results to patients

Your work will directly influence how Strive supports patients, clinicians, and markets in achieving both clinical and financial success. (This position is internally titled Lead Analyst, Risk Adjustment Analytics). This individual will work on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days each week in our Denver HQ.

Essential Functions 

• Translate RA performance data into clear financial insights (i.e. revenue impact, payment accuracy, ROI, forecasting). 
• Analyze CMS data to identify areas of opportunity to increase operational efficiency. 
• Interpret trends, model scenarios, and assess program and policy impacts. 
• Enable data-driven decisions by linking operational performance to enterprise financial outcomes. 
• Perform end-to-end reconciliation from submissions to CMS acceptance, RAF leakage, and implement controls. 
• Develop business cases to assess opportunity, determine target metrics, and provide data driven insights to support investment decisions (i.e. staffing, tech, etc.). 
• Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership, illustrating the findings and implications of analyses conducted.

• Experience with PBI, Redshift, dbt docs is a plus. 
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or health-related field (e.g., Economics, Public Health, Statistics, Health Services Research, Math, Finance). 

Annual Salary Range: $99,000 - $124,000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 10%

The AI Software Engineering team translates advanced ML models into production-ready, scalable solutions that directly impact the care pathway for heart disease diagnosis and prognosis. Working closely with AI scientists, software engineers, and regulatory teams, the team ensures models and ML workflows integrate seamlessly into clinical and product systems while maintaining reproducibility, compliance, and high performance. The team drives continuous improvements in efficiency, throughput, and infrastructure utilization, delivering reliable, scalable AI services that advance the accuracy and impact of Cleerly’s regulated products.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable AI/ML platforms and end-to-end pipelines, covering data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining, while ensuring reproducibility, compliance with FDA/HIPAA, and alignment with organizational and regulatory goals.
  
  
• Optimize and operationalize production ML systems, including monitoring, drift detection, automated retraining, and workflow execution, to achieve high performance, reliability, scalability, and regulatory adherence.
  
  
• Evolve the ML stack through integration and refinement of frameworks, libraries, and infrastructure, improving system efficiency, maintainability, and the ability to support clinical ML workflows.
  
  
• Ensure operational readiness of ML pipelines and platforms, verifying data quality, throughput, reproducibility, and compliance across production workflows.
  
  
• Drive improvements in processes, tooling, and collaboration to streamline the transition of ML models from research to production, enhancing efficiency, reproducibility, and compliance across the platform.
  
  

Requirements 

• 12+ years of experience (Bachelor’s; 8+ with Master’s; 5+ with PhD) designing, implementing, and optimizing AI and ML systems, ideally in regulated healthcare or clinical domains.
  
  
• Deep technical expertise in ML pipelines, distributed model serving architectures, and production ML lifecycle management, with a track record of solving high-impact system challenges.
  
  
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar, with extensive programming experience establishing reproducible ML workflows, coding standards, and software engineering best practices for AI/ML applications.
  
  
• Proficiency with ML infrastructure and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Helm, Airflow) and data platforms (Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Airbyte), and building scalable pipelines that support ML data processing and model workflows.
  
  
• Advanced experience with AWS (including SageMaker and S3), ML infrastructure frameworks such as MLflow and Terraform, and exposure to platforms like Databricks, with a proven track record of implementing end-to-end ML systems and optimizing platform performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  
  
• Proven ability to influence technical approaches and operational practices in AI/ML workflows, elevating system efficiency, reproducibility, and reliability.
  
  
• Strong expertise in regulatory and compliance requirements for AI/ML (FDA, HIPAA), able to design systems that are inherently compliant, reproducible, and auditable. (Preferred)

The base salary range for this role varies by location and is aligned to market benchmarks.

• Candidates located in higher-cost labor markets, including California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC represent the middle to high end of the range, while candidates located in all other U.S. locations represent the low to middle end of the range.
• Final compensation is determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.

This role is eligible for a 15% target annual bonus, resulting in the following base salary and Total Target Compensation (TTC) ranges:

• Base Salary: $175,000 - $201,000
• TTC: $200,000 - $231,000
