Business Value Consulting (BVC) is a critical, client-facing role where the consultant will work closely with the MongoDB Sales team, playing a key role in driving the business forward. In a pre-sales perspective, BVCs engage with clients to capture and communicate the potential business value that our solutions provide. For post-Sales, BVCs validate the value, identify optimization opportunities and identify new growth opportunities. You will work across all industries, evaluating the business benefits and financial value to companies primarily in our Enterprise market.

About the Role
The Challenge
Do you know what it takes to evolve "some dbt models" into a fully governed, well-tagged data platform that every function in the company trusts? Are you ready to take IaC from 60% to 100% coverage while building multi-region resiliency for sensitive financial data?
The Team and Scope
As our Data and Platform Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of six engineers — three data and three platform — reporting directly to the CTO. You'll steward the full lifecycle from raw ingestion to governed data assets, while growing Caribou's GCP infrastructure toward complete automation and cost efficiency. This role sits at the heart of Caribou's engineering leadership team — a meaningful seat at the table as we scale toward our next stage.
Our Stack and Philosophy
We're on GCP (GKE, Cloud Storage, CloudSQL, BigQuery, Cloud Composer) and use dbt and Pulumi. We care more about your engineering fundamentals and curiosity than your specific history with these tools. If you're experienced in AWS, Snowflake, or Terraform and excited to apply those principles to our stack, we want to talk to you.
Your First 90 Days
Your primary mission will be to lead your data engineers, alongside our analytics and data science teams, in maturing our medallion and marts architecture. We aim to deliver material protection against data evolution for the organization by the second half of 2026.
What You Will Do

The Modeling & Simulation Engineering Architect is responsible for establishing and owning the end-to-end digital twin architecture for the Space Based Interceptor system. This includes defining the technical strategy, model hierarchy, fidelity progression, interfaces, and governance necessary to ensure that digital twins serve as authoritative representations of system performance throughout the program lifecycle.
In this role, the Architect leads the development, integration, and maturation of vehicle-level and subsystem-level models across all Missile Defense elements, including the Host Vehicle, Propulsion Units, and Kill Vehicles. Subsystem performance models—encompassing propulsion, guidance, navigation and control (GNC), seekers, and other critical disciplines—are coherently integrated and rolled up into system-level digital twins capable of evaluating end-to-end mission performance and design trades.
The Architect establishes and executes a regular digital twin release cadence, enabling continuous tracking of system performance maturity. These releases are used to assess requirement compliance, identify performance shortfalls, quantify technical risk, and inform engineering and program decisions. The role ensures that modeling assumptions, limitations, and uncertainties are well understood and that results are credible and decision-relevant.
A core responsibility of this position is the integration of digital twin models into the program’s Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment. The Architect ensures consistency and traceability between analytical models, system architecture, requirements, and verification artifacts, and supports the delivery of MBSE products required to meet contractual obligations.
Operating within a matrixed functional engineering organization, the Architect serves as the technical authority for modeling and simulation across disciplines. This includes defining modeling standards and best practices, coordinating efforts across subsystem teams, and ensuring alignment between modeling activities and overall system architecture. The Architect works closely with systems engineering, software, test, and program leadership to ensure digital twins are effectively leveraged across design, analysis, and risk reduction efforts.

What You’ll Do
The Sr. Cloud Engineer is primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and operating Strive Health’s cloud platforms and services with a focus on security, reliability, automation and user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Azure and other cloud services, cloud networking (including always-on VPN and ZTNA), and automation/scripting to drive efficiency across the IT and Security department.
You will evolve Strive’s cloud infrastructure, identity, and connectivity patterns; implement AI agents and automations that improve enterprise productivity; and partner closely with Security, IT, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure that our environments are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. About the Role
As a Software Engineer at Dice, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-impact product features in a modern, cloud-native stack. As a Software Engineer, you’ll be expected to provide technical support within the team by adhering to architectural decisions, working collaboratively teammates, and helping maintain a high standard of quality and maintainability. You’ll contribute cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data partners to achieve ongoing outcomes and implement sound technical solutions.
Being AI-native is central to how we work. We expect engineers in this role to go beyond using AI as a simple chat assistant, embracing tools like Claude Code as core parts of the development workflow to increase productivity such as automating repetitive tasks by generating skills and leveraging subagents, and apply best practices through prompt engineering to get the most out of the AI tools we use at every stage of the software lifecycle.

In the Short Term, You Will:
Ramp Up on Systems and Codebases
Gain familiarity with our applications, services, tools, and infrastructure. Develop an understanding of how your team’s work fits into the broader product and architecture.
Establish Technical Ownership
Take responsibility for features and systems, provide thoughtful code reviews, and contribute to team design discussions. You’ll be trusted to make solid technical decisions and defend them clearly when needed while staying open to feedback.
Collaborate and Align
Work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver incremental value. Help improve the team's planning and execution rhythm.
In the Long Term, You Will:
Drive Technical Excellence
Help evolve our systems through well-designed, scalable AI architecture. Reduce tech debt, improve performance, and contribute to shared engineering standards.
Deliver Meaningful Business Impact
Own end-to-end delivery of product features that support business goals and enhance user experience. Influence the roadmap by advocating for technical investments that align with long-term value.
