The Opportunity
As a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant, internally known as a Flex One Medical Lab Services Specialist/ Member Support Specialist, at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers. Our Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist support multiple offices in a Market.
You are a strong team player and use your innovative problem solving skills to tackle various tasks and challenges. You combine excellent specimen collection technique with tactful interpersonal skills during every interaction with your patients, at both the front desk and in the lab. You have a strong grasp of verbal and written communication. Job Summary of the Sales Representative

THE ROLE
As the Solution Owner for Healthcare & Life Sciences, you will lead the global Go-To-Market strategy for the Everpure Platform, transforming technical capabilities into market-leading solutions for Genomics, Clinical Research, and Life Sciences. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the Solution Lifecycle: Define the end-to-end commercial strategy—including value propositions, pricing models, and Bill of Materials (BOM)—to lead successful global launches across all regions.
Drive Commercial Growth: Monitor pipeline health and execute high-impact tactical plays to achieve workload growth targets and ensure long-term commercial success.
Lead Technical Validation: Direct certification efforts with key partners like Epic and Nvidia, ensuring our solutions meet rigorous healthcare regulations and future-proofed compliance standards.
Architect the Partner Ecosystem: Embed Everpure into the reference architectures of Global System Integrators, establishing our technology as the default choice for large-scale healthcare and life sciences projects.
Champion the Customer Voice: Translate field feedback and customer friction into prioritized engineering requirements, serving as a global spokesperson and thought leader at major industry events like HIMSS.
WHAT YOU BRING
Strategic Solution Leadership: Proven ability to manage a multi-year solution plan, taking complex technical concepts from ideation to global commercial leadership while consistently meeting revenue targets.
Ecosystem Expertise: Deeply established relationships with executive leaders in the Genomics, Drug Discovery, or Life Sciences vendor ecosystems (e.g., Nvidia, Illumina, or Thermo Fisher).
Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional ability to collaborate with senior-level stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to align technical roadmaps with field requirements.

This role is intended for senior-level professionals with hands-on experience in healthcare revenue cycle, payor contracting, or reimbursement. This role is not a pure data, reporting, or IT role. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact
As an Applied Machine Learning Engineer, you will collaborate with architects, data scientists, agentic AI developers, platform engineers, and the product team to build advanced AI and ML capabilities into our platform. Your work will drive innovation in generative AI and beyond, integrating and customizing a wide range of machine learning techniques to solve complex problems in healthcare. By developing next-generation AI agents, algorithms, and computation engines, you will help Strata strengthen its market leadership, improve operational efficiency, and support healthcare providers in delivering high-quality care while maintaining financial health.
A Day in the Life
Read and translate the latest research (e.g., arXiv papers) into production-ready solutions in Python.
Prototype and iterate on machine learning models, focusing on areas such as regression, causal inference, optimization, and vector embeddings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ML and AI capabilities directly into our software platform.
Partner with data scientists to design experiments and apply statistical concepts to real-world data.
Optimize, test, and scale ML models to support mission-critical healthcare analytics.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a technically curious engineer who thrives on turning theory into practice. The ideal candidate has:
Strong experience implementing ML models in Python.
Familiarity with regression, embeddings, causal inference, and optimization techniques.
Experience applying statistical methods to exploratory data analysis.
Comfort working with modern ML libraries and frameworks.
Bonus points if you have worked with:
NLP tasks (LLMs, spaCy, neural networks).
Recommender systems, latent factors, matrix factorization.
Graph algorithms.
Claude Code, Docker, and GitHub.ess computation engine.

Our Team
As a Software Engineer, you will work on many different areas of our application with other passionate engineers that have a broad range of experience in full stack development. Operating with a two-week sprint, our Agile scrum teams are outfitted with a dedicated Product Owner, Scrum Master and 5-7 developers. In your first month you will go through onboarding, begin developing production code and join in on pull-request reviews.
Our Software
You will be developing our core software solution which is used by over half of the nation’s leading healthcare providers. Our technology helps our clients leverage their financial, operational, and clinical data to drive their mission of providing world-class care, while improving their financial health.
Our tech stack is a mix of C# .NET code and a microservice C#/microapp (React) strategy hosted in AWS, and constantly evolving CI/CD best practices.

The Overview
As a Data Science Intern on the Biomarkers Team, you will develop and validate advanced machine learning pipelines focused on long term time series analysis. Your primary objective is to leverage Foundational Time Series Models and Transfer Learning - such as adapting models from cardiac arrhythmia ECG detection to extract novel physiological insights from wearable and clinical sensor data.
