ABOUT OLIPOP
At OLIPOP, we’re on a mission to positively impact consumer health at scale. And we’re doing it through something simple: soda. But not just any soda, a new kind of soda: one that’s delicious, refreshing, and actually good for you.
This mission is deeply personal for our CEO, Co-Founder, and Formulator, Ben Goodwin. Like many of us, Ben grew up consuming the Standard American Diet: lots of soda and processed foods that prioritized convenience over nutrition. But at 14, he took his health into his own hands. After making significant changes to his nutrition and exercise, he lost 50 pounds and saw a transformation in his energy, mood, and emotional clarity.
Those changes sparked a deep curiosity about the connection between nutrition and health. Ben became a relentless student of the gut microbiome and the ways it supports overall wellness. The more he discovered, the more passionate he became about finding credible, science-backed ways to make consumer health accessible to everyone.
The mission was clear. The vehicle? Less so. After exploring the possibilities, Ben landed on an unexpected yet familiar choice: soda. It was something he loved as a kid, and he knew millions shared that same nostalgia. But this wouldn’t be just any soda. With most Americans falling short on daily fiber, Ben set out to create a version with more fiber and less sugar, one that was perfectly balanced. The result? A deliciously refreshing soda with 6 to 9 grams of fiber and 2 to 5 grams of sugar, delivering science-backed benefits without sacrificing the classic taste people crave.
In 2018, the first OLIPOP cans hit the shelves, bringing Ben’s vision to life with a functional soda that anyone could enjoy. And by reimagining soda, we’re also reshaping culture. That means creating products that support health for all and building a business grounded in humanistic values: empathy, integrity, and a belief in better for everyone. From the ingredients we source to the culture we foster, we’re committed to proving that business (and beverage!) can be a force for good, and that soda has the power to bring people together.
So join us, and let’s write a new American soda story together. One we can all feel good about. One OLIPOP at a time.

The Problem
Severe mental illness affects over 15 million adults in the United States. Schizophrenia. Schizoaffective disorder. Bipolar I. Treatment-resistant depression. These are the conditions the rest of healthcare has systematically failed to build for.
What makes this problem different from most of healthcare is that the tools to solve it do not exist. The clinical protocols, the measurement science, the precision medicine, the technology to deliver coordinated longitudinal outpatient care for this population. None of it has been built. This is a frontier problem, and it requires frontier science and care delivery to solve.
We are developing all of it. The care, the science, the technology.
Who We Are
Amae Health is a Series B, venture-backed Public Benefit Corporation that delivers specialty outpatient care for people living with severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar I disorder, and treatment-resistant depression. We design and operate high-acuity, in-person clinics across the United States.
Our model integrates psychiatry, therapy, primary care, dietitians, and community health workers under one roof to deliver coordinated, longitudinal care for a population that has historically been fragmented across systems.
Leading health systems collaborate with Amae to bring this model to their communities, including New York-Presbyterian, Cedars-Sinai, Mass General Brigham, Novant Health, and CommonSpirit Health.
Why We Are Different
Integrated care, not a referral network. Psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, dietitians, and community health workers work side-by-side and share responsibility for the same patients.
Practice at the top of your license. Manageable caseloads, meaningful clinical depth, and purpose-built tools designed for this population.
Continuous learning. Through our collaboration with Mass General Brigham, clinicians receive ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship in evidence-based SMI care.
Advancing the field. Our clinicians contribute to new outcomes frameworks and research shaping the future of severe mental illness care.
A model built for sustainability. Team-based care, thoughtful caseloads, and strong infrastructure make this work meaningful—and sustainable over time.
The Role
We are hiring a Psychiatrist (Part-time) to join us onsite in our Los Angeles, CA (Westwood) clinic as part of an interdisciplinary team committed to providing personalized, compassionate, high-quality SMI care.
What You'll Do
What You'll Have
What We're Building
As a clinician at Amae, you are not adjacent to this work. You are essential to it.
Compensation & Benefits
Amae Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this part-time role will be prorated from a full-time equivalent range of $300,000–$330,000 per year, adjusted based on market benchmarks. Benefit packages will be available if part-time schedule is 24+ hours/week. We’ll share specifics during the interview process.
If you want to practice at the top of your license, learn from the best in academic medicine, contribute to research that is defining a new field, and do it all inside a team that was actually built for this work, we'd like to talk.
What We Value
We center care in all we do. Empathy is not a brand value. It’s how we make clinical decisions, build products, and treat each other.
We challenge convention. The existing system is the problem. We question it, we test alternatives, and we move with urgency when something works.
We take the work seriously, not ourselves. High standards and humanity are not in tension. We hold a hard bar for quality while leaving room for humor and levity.
Your job isn’t done until the job is done. We close gaps, we follow through, and we don’t hide behind titles or org charts.
We win together and fail together. We own outcomes as a team. We learn fast. We don’t do blame.
We hustle with humility. Speed matters. So does integrity. We assume best intent and stay grounded in the mission.

At Seen Health, we are revolutionizing the way senior care is delivered through the PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model. Backed by top VCs, Seen Health is a culturally-focused, technology-enabled healthcare organization that integrates comprehensive medical care and social support with a high-touch, interdisciplinary approach.
Our mission is to empower seniors to age-in-place with dignity and provide their families peace of mind. We are building upon a proven Home and community based services model to create a culturally-competent and scalable PACE program. We are also building a comprehensive operating system focused on data and workflows that span across systems, processes, people, and care contexts. We want to empower our clinicians and staff with tools that deliver relevant data at the time and site of care and enable them to deliver exceptional care to our participants, which improve clinical outcomes, participant & provider satisfaction, and ultimately our strength as an organization.
We are a mission-driven, multidisciplinary team with deep healthcare, technology, and operations expertise, each inspired by our own personal stories of caring for seniors in our lives. Our name, Seen Health, was chosen to reflect our commitment to provide the highest standard of care to underserved older adults while respecting and incorporating their individual beliefs, heritage, and values, so that they can truly be seen.
At Seen Health, Expansion is the engine that allows us to bring our transformative PACE model to more seniors. Our growth depends on our ability to architect complex, sustainable partnerships that allow us to enter and scale in new markets with speed and local resonance.

Benefits
Compensation: $250,000 - $300,000 for a full-time position. Part-time positions are compensated proportionally based off this range.
About Us:
Tia is on a mission to transform healthcare for women. We are building a high-quality, multi-specialty medical home designed specifically for women — integrating primary care, gynecology, mental health, dermatology and evidence-based wellness into one coordinated experience across in-person centers and a robust virtual platform.
Tia is technology-enabled, advancing and scaling excellent care through a proprietary clinical and operational platform that supports clinicians, strengthens care continuity, and improves outcomes.
We are deepening and expanding one of the most comprehensive preventive care models for women on the market — with a growing focus on cardiometabolic health, longitudinal data, and earlier risk detection across the lifespan. By integrating technology, structured clinical pathways, and mission-aligned interdisciplinary teams, Tia delivers consistently strong clinical outcomes and a differentiated care experience for women.
Tia is a Series D, venture-backed company with more than 120,000 women who trust Tia for their care, across four markets, supported by a national virtual platform. In each market, we partner with leading health systems to expand access, strengthen primary care, and improve quality for women at scale.
About Tia’s Culture:
Tia is building a culture of excellence — in people, process and product. This is our northstar value;
What is excellence, exactly?
Excellence about constantly elevating yourself, it is the process of constantly striving to perform to the best of your abilities, and identifying your top potential through constant learning, experimentation and evolution. Excellence is not about achieving perfection, as that insinuates a pinnacle. Instead, in our terms, excellence is about the pursuit of constant improvement. We’re looking for people who want to go on that hard journey of constantly setting new personal records, and organizational records.
We practice excellence at Tia by demonstrating the following types of behaviors: We chose (and actively choose) excellence as Tia’s highest order value because it crystalizes into one word several behaviors that we hold dear, specifically:
A drive to constantly improve through experimentation, reflection. and an insatiable growth mindset — said another way, we’re energized by the possibility of invention, innovation, and iteration
Furthermore, excellence reflects the “bigness” and the “boldness” of Tia’s mission and vision — a world in which every woman can achieve optimal health, as defined by herself.
Said another way, Tia’s mission is NOT to make healthcare incrementally better for women. Instead, we’ve intentionally set out to create a fundamentally new paradigm for modern women’s healthcare that’s truly excellent. We believe that creating a company that operates in a culture of excellence will manifest in our product. Reaching this goal is not an overnight pursuit or a “one and done.” We have not and will not “get it right” with the first swing. Rather, this higher order goal is a moving target — one we have not and will not ever fully “achieve.” By design, we will never be “done” with this work, but instead, we will be continuously in pursuit of our mission. It is this continuous pursuit — the journey, not the finish line — that truly embodies excellence.
This position may require attendance at company and team off-sites.
Unfortunately, scams targeting job seekers are on the rise. To protect yourself, know that we will never ask for payment, gift cards, or sensitive financial information during our hiring process. All communication from our team will come from an official company email address (@asktia.com). If something feels off, trust your instincts and reach out to us directly at peopleservices@asktia.com.
Tia is an equal opportunity employer. We believe that diversity of experience, perspectives, and background will lead to a better environment for our employees and a better product for our users and patients. We strongly encourage people of color and members of the LGBTQ+ community to apply.
If you are committed to collaborative problem solving, creating high-quality and user-centric products, and want to make waves in women's healthcare, join us!
