The Opportunity
As a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant, internally known as a Flex One Medical Lab Services Specialist/ Member Support Specialist, at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinators, Operations Manager, or providers. Our Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist support multiple offices in a Market.

What you’ll likely work on:
- Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions, both clinical and administrative, and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary
- Provide best in class venipuncture services on a population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, depending on the office location
- Perform and assist with extended scope duties such as, but not limited to non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, (stop here for NYC) ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs
- Maintain high standards of in-office care through proper specimen labeling, handling and processing, inventory upkeep, and tool sterilization
- Continue to care for our members beyond the lab room by answering patient messages, following up on lab cases and assisting our providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties such as, but not limited to biometric screening forms, medical record and consult review, billing inquiries, and DOH reporting
- All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking to service level expectations etc
- Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem solving, supporting in office providers with ad hoc asks, etc.
- Perform opening and closing duties/daily office upkeep as required, including maintaining the look and feel of both patient and employee facing spaces, restocking supplies, and organization
- Master our technology suite including, but not limited to Slack, G-suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, and our Electronic Medical Record System, in order to interact with team members and complete daily work

What you’ll need:
- At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training/externship environment
- Strong customer service skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously
- Experience working on collaborative, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams (additional experience with remote teams a plus)
- A proven ability to display confidence and instill trust during the collection process while delivering individualized, human-centered, customer-focused care
- A proven track record of persisting through change, consistently stepping up to take action on challenges, and learning quickly and effectively when faced with new situations or tasks

This is a full time role (40 hrs/week) with 8 hr shifts generally taking place between 7am-5pm, Monday-Saturday, based in Littleton, CO and Englewood, CO. Flex Lab Services Specialists/Member Support Specialists lend support to multiple One Medical locations in a market and location and schedule are subject to change.

As an Account Manager focused on PBA and Medicare, you'll be at the forefront of delivering seamless client experiences by managing benefit changes, implementing new plans, and ensuring pricing accuracy—all while driving impactful solutions that directly shape business success. What You’ll Do
- Design and build evaluation pipelines to measure AI and LLM output quality, including automated annotation frameworks and human-in-the-loop review workflows

Core technical areas:
- Generative AI & LLMs — experience building applications with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, LangChain, or similar tooling
- Evaluation & Measurement — designing and building pipelines to assess AI/LLM output quality, including automated annotation, human-in-the-loop review, and defining metrics that reflect real health outcomes
- Clinical NLP & Claims Data — extracting structured insights from unstructured clinical text and/or working with medical claims data to understand patient journeys, diagnoses, and treatment patterns
- Search & Retrieval — building systems that help users find relevant health information, including semantic search, dense retrieval, and RAG architectures
- Behavioral modeling — understanding user engagement, retention, and habit formation patterns in the context of health behavior change
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., CS, Stats, or Physics) or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of industry experience, specifically focused on shipping production-grade ML/AI solutions in complex domains like healthcare
- Strong Python skills; experience deploying models in production environments
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and NLP techniques (Transformers, LSTMs)
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation
- Hands-on experience with healthcare data (claims, EHR, or clinical text) is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to move from research to production — not just notebooks

What You'll Do
We are seeking a Lead Actuarial Analyst, MA Risk Adjustment to join our high-performing, insights-driven team. You will play a critical role in evaluating financial performance, uncovering areas of opportunity, and use your 3+ actuarial exam progress to help translate complex data into actionable strategies. Your work will directly influence how Strive supports patients, clinicians, and markets in achieving both clinical and financial success. (This position is internally titled Lead Analyst, Risk Adjustment Analytics). This individual will work on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days each week in our Denver HQ.
Essential Functions
- Translate RA performance data into clear financial insights (i.e. revenue impact, payment accuracy, ROI, forecasting).
- Analyze CMS data to identify areas of opportunity to increase operational efficiency.
- Interpret trends, model scenarios, and assess program and policy impacts.
- Enable data-driven decisions by linking operational performance to enterprise financial outcomes.
- Perform end-to-end reconciliation from submissions to CMS acceptance, RAF leakage, and implement controls.
- Develop business cases to assess opportunity, determine target metrics, and provide data driven insights to support investment decisions (i.e. staffing, tech, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership, illustrating the findings and implications of analyses conducted.
