As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager (TDM), you’ll guide client engagements from ideation to deployment for some of the world’s largest enterprises. You’ll be responsible for understanding client needs through data, conversations, and any other means necessary. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Sales.  You’ll face problems that require a mix of technical knowledge, creativity, critical thinking, and business acumen.

To strengthen our growing delivery team, we are looking for an experienced TDM who is passionate about transforming technology into critical business value. The TDM will partner with and work closely with engineering teams and the client to orchestrate the delivery of our flagship solution. Relevant Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a professional environment, ideally within a SaaS-based company

• Skilled in gathering and prioritizing requirements, leading scope discussions, and aligning on project priorities
  Comfortable working across internal functions (Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, Customer Experience, etc.) and with external client stakeholders
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to contribute to system design conversations and drive enterprise data and architecture initiatives

• Must hold an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance; TS/SCI strongly preferred

Team Overview

The Platform Security Engineering (PSE) team builds security into Anduril's products from architecture through production. We work directly with business lines to design and implement security solutions tailored to their systems — then promote proven patterns into shared, composable platform services that the entire organization can use. Job Description

We're looking for a principal-level engineer to serve as a technical leader for platform security across Anduril. This role combines deep expertise in cryptography, systems security, and secure architecture with the ability to drive security strategy across business lines and the platform. You'll own the design of Anduril's most critical security systems — cryptographic infrastructure for autonomous platforms, hardware root-of-trust architectures for robotic systems, secure communication protocols for contested environments — and you'll set the technical direction that shapes how security is built into every product. This is a role for someone who has designed and shipped security systems at the intersection of hardware, firmware, and software, and can lead others through complex technical decisions with lasting consequences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and architecture for platform security across Anduril's product ecosystem

We’re looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise Sales to help us develop and close new business with Hootsuite customers within our landmark industries. You will work in a fast paced sales environment selling Hootsuite solutions to prospective customers. This role is a full sales cycle role from opportunity creation to close.  You will be responsible for owning your own pipeline and generating outbound opportunities with companies that could benefit from Hootsuite as their social media management partner. The problems you'll work on span the full stack — secure hardware, operating systems, container orchestration, distributed services, and cloud infrastructure — and you'll move between them as the mission demands. We value engineers who are strong generalists: comfortable learning new domains quickly and working across security boundaries rather than specializing in just one.

We're also open to hiring talented software engineers with less security-specific experience, provided they have a strong track record building production software at scale, learn fast, and are motivated to go deep on security.

Anduril is seeking a highly skilled, mission-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive Program Manager to provide critical tactical support and operational oversight for our strategic defense clients, driving the adoption, expansion, and long-term success of Anduril's cutting-edge Launched Effects. You will serve as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding client operational requirements and translating them into impactful solutions that leverage our solutions. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science), Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, sales, or business development within the defense, aerospace, or government contracting sector.
• Demonstrated experience with unmanned aerial systems (UAS), autonomous platforms, AI/ML applications, or Launched Effects technologies is highly desirable.
• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one, is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex client relationships and closing significant contracts with U.S. government entities (DoD, IC, etc.).

As the Communications Manager for the Air Dominance & Strike Division, you will be responsible for bringing the narrative and stories around some of Anduril’s most consequential and highest profile products and programs to life. Protective Service Officer (PSO) Supervisor 

Summary:
The PSO Supervisor is a frontline supervisor responsible for coordinating and supervising daily guard operations across multiple posts during their assigned shift. Supervisors play a critical role in maintaining
post coverage, verifying officer readiness, and responding to incidents in real time. They serve as a direct supervisory presence for Protective Service Officers, ensuring adherence to post orders,
appearance standards, and operational procedures. As part of our layered supervisory model, PSO Supervisors provide essential oversight that reinforces continuity, compliance, and contract performance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise Protective Service Officers during assigned shifts to ensure full contract compliance and performance to standard.
• Conduct shift briefings, communicate operational updates, and reinforce site-specific protocols and safety priorities.
• Validate post assignments, verify officer presence and readiness using biometric and digital systems (e.g., Mobohubb, Findd), and adjust coverage as needed.

Reporting to the Director of Social Media, the Senior Content Strategist will be responsible for leading development and execution of the ACLU's YouTube strategy, with SEO-informed editorial strategies and content promotion plans that leverage all channels in the ACLU’s social media program. In partnership with the Social Media Manager, communications strategists, and multimedia producers, the Senior Content Strategist will lead creation of compelling, platform-specific content to meet the ACLU’s communications, legal, advocacy, and development goals on YouTube, integrating YouTube thoughtfully into the department’s strategic communications plans. The Senior Content Strategist will support external partnerships and collaborations, identify high-impact partnership opportunities, and partner with other teams within Communications & Marketing or Development departments, to livestream key engagements or produce YouTube-first events.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Set the long-term vision, goal, strategies and tactics to scale the ACLU’s YouTube channel, supporting a daily social video program that thoughtfully accounts for organizational priorities, the ACLU’s unique brand identity, the daily news cycle, and emerging trends. 
• Project manage the end-to-end production of YouTube content, including talent booking, editorial calendaring, digital strategy, and content planning, in close partnership with the ACLU’s social media, multimedia, program communications, earned media, storytelling, and artists and influencer teams. 
• Develop content plans that position the ACLU as a thought leader on YouTube, accounting for an ideologically diverse nationwide audience 
• Craft and implement creative, multi-faceted strategies for advocacy, public education, live events, and paid media campaigns on YouTube, collaborating with other teams to support content plans as needed 
• Align YouTube content planning and editorial calendar with broader social media and communications strategy, including cross-channel adaptations and multi-platform partnerships 
• Work with the Social Media and Multimedia teams to develop formats and optimize videos, headlines, metadata, and thumbnails for YouTube 
• Monitor and report on strategic insights and video analytics, to inform decision-making and ensure content is optimized for audience growth 
• Initiate and maintain strong relationships with YouTube; gather and prioritize technical platform requirements 
• Create and maintain internal documentation for workflows across teams 
• Cultivate relationships with YouTube influencers in partnership with the Artist and Influencer Engagement team and Media and Strategic Engagement team 
• Develop and lead trainings for staff who will have on-camera appearances

The ACLU seeks applicants for the full-time position of Data Scientist II, Natural Language Processing (NLP) Specialist in the Analytics Division of the Technology Department of the ACLU’s National office in New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, or Washington, DC. The ACLU Technology Department is a broad umbrella covering both the ACLU’s Analytics and its Product & Engineering teams, two robust and innovative divisions that power the work of the ACLU. Reporting to the Data Science Manager — Algorithmic Justice Specialist and collaborating closely with our DevOps Engineering Team, Product Manager for Discovery, and Algorithmic Justice Fellow, the Data Scientist II, NLP Specialist, will support development and evaluation work for high-priority, carefully scoped projects using NLP to support the ACLU’s mission. In this role, the NLP Specialist will be responsible for evaluating proposed uses of generative AI and non-generative natural language AI systems, providing recommendations on whether AI tooling is appropriate or ill-suited for various tasks, and when appropriate, contributing to the development and implementation of AI-based solutions to support the organization’s mission.

The Information Technology (IT) department provides technology-based services and support for a more than 600-person National staff at our New York, Washington D.C., San Francisco, the Dakotas, Puerto Rico and Durham offices, including staff based in remote locations, and Affiliate offices nationwide that participate in the Affiliate Technology Services program. ACLU IT support staff ensures that business critical services are available to all staff.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Technical Project Manager leads organization-wide implementation of systems, business applications, and processes across the National and Affiliate offices. Grounded in industry best practices, methodologies, and frameworks (PMI, Agile/Scrum, ITIL), they will collaborate with peer project managers, analysts (product/functional and systems), engineers, and other IT-adjacent and nontechnical staff through the entire lifecycle of technology implementation and adoption: from RFP and evaluation through proof of concept (POC) / pilot, procurement, functional, operational, and security design, testing, training, technical and organizational change management, deployment, operational adoption, support maintenance, and continuous improvement. They are highly effective, mission-driven, and organized with outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Required Experience/Skills  

• 7 plus years' experience as practitioner with domain knowledge in one or more of these areas: Audit, Internal and Regulatory Compliance, and/or Risk Management (Enterprise, IT, Regulatory and/or Third Party).  
• FedRAMP experience required.
• Experience with CMMC and NIST frameworks.
• 2-4 years’ experience running Risk or Compliance Programs.
• 2-4 managing implementations of large-scale technology products across industries. 
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects under formal governance frameworks (PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, or federal program standards).

The Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM), Public Sector is a highly motivated and commercially minded individual responsible for end-to-end customer lifecycle management that drives long-term satisfaction, net revenue retention, NPS, product usage, and referrals.

• Manage comprehensive asset lifecycle for the Axon Evidence and BWC program, including hardware provisioning, inventory tracking, shipping, and equipment return

What You Bring

Role Overview:

As the S&T Business Development and Capture Manager, you will build and lead CHAOS’ R&D-focused business with DoD and U.S. Government labs and innovation organizations. You will identify and shape early-stage opportunities, align CHAOS technical capabilities to customer problem sets, and drive capture execution from initial customer engagement through award.

You will operate upstream of programs of record. You will develop relationships, shape problem framing, and build transition pathways that connect lab-sponsored R&D to operational sponsors and follow-on funding. You will partner closely with CHAOS engineering teams to ensure customer priorities inform internal roadmaps, and coordinate with Service Growth Leads (Army, Air Force, Navy, etc.) where relevant to expand opportunities and accelerate transition.

Responsibilities:

Market and Capture Strategy (DoD Labs / R&D)

• Conduct continuous opportunity monitoring across R&D solicitation channels (e.g., BAAs, CSOs, SBIR/STTR, consortium/OTA ecosystems, lab solicitations, and open-source tools such as SAM.gov).
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of future capability opportunities with DoD/UGS laboratories and innovation organizations.
• Perform customer, program, and competitive research to understand emerging priorities, technical direction, and funding pathways.
• Develop capture plans at both the strategic (portfolio/pipeline) and tactical (opportunity-specific) levels, aligned with business priorities and growth targets.
• Participate in engineering planning sessions to ensure product development efforts are aligned to customer needs and near-term capture priorities.
• Attend and lead customer engagements including program manager meetings, lab visits, industry days, demonstrations, and conferences.

Proposal, White Paper, and Content Development

• Serve as lead on win themes for R&D capture content including abstracts, white papers, and full proposals; drive structure and narrative quality.
• Translate technical approaches into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that directly address customer problem sets and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate internal and external contributors (engineering, business development, partners) to deliver high-quality submissions on time.

Customer Engagement

• Be where the customer needs us: Pentagon, labs, test sites, and field environments. Build trust through high-touch engagements.
• Support early demonstrations and customer touchpoints to validate concepts, gather feedback, and strengthen the transition case.

Physical Location

• Work full-time onsite out of our Washington D.C. office.
• Regular travel required for lab engagements, customer meetings, demonstrations, industry events, and coordination with Los Angeles HQ (roughly 25–50%).

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Communications, Political Science) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. Government acquisition process, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and non-traditional acquisition pathways used for R&D and prototyping.
• Experience supporting Federal R&D proposals/white papers, with demonstrated success capturing complex low TRL awards.
• Experience building trust with technical and operational stakeholders, translating customer needs, and driving aligned internal execution.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail; strong strategic judgment and risk assessment.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret / Secure Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.

Preferred Requirements:

• Existing U.S. security clearance (Secret or above).
• Direct experience with DoD / USG labs and innovation organizations (e.g., DARPA, ARL, AFRL, ONR), including their solicitation and evaluation norms.
• Experience with BAAs/CSOs, OTA/consortium pathways, and SBIR/STTR execution and transition.
• Technical background or demonstrated fluency in relevant domains (radar, RF, sensing, communications, autonomy, weapons systems).
• Experience transitioning prototypes/R&D efforts into follow-on programs, operational sponsors, or programs of record.
