We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Columbus, MS, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more.
Pay: $150,000 - $600,000 Total Compensation ($24,000 base salary + Uncapped commission with no market restrictions)
Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
New business development and Client acquisition/Account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Tell them about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. In other words, educate them on how EquipmentShare solves their problems!
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business with our comprehensive jobsite solutions.
Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conducts sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.

Your Role:
As a key member of the sales/commercial team, the Territory Business Manager (TBM) will lead sales at the territory level and serve as the primary liaison between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics, a healthcare company of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. The TBM will deliver on revenue goals by executing the brand objectives through communication of approved clinical information, rigorous account planning and commercial team collaboration. The Accountant is responsible for the increasingly complex activities across store inventory, sales audit, accounts receivable, fixed assets, inventory, revenue, accruals and other areas including the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and the resultant financial reports. Related duties include ensuring ledger entries and account reconciliations are prepared correctly and timely. This position assists in month-end; quarter-end and year-end closing process and will be responsible for assisting in reporting, analytics and forecasts/budgets.
