Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
· Performs mid to expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance. This includes but is not limited to: observing devises in operation to location root cause of problem; dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts; examining parts to detect imperfections; adjustment of functional parts of devices and control instruments; repair and/or replacement of defective parts; testing of device to observe performance; and performing tests for electrical circuitry and mechanical systems; reconditioning and repairing machine tools.

POSITION SUMMARY
Umoja Biopharma is seeking a Senior Calibration Technician to support the calibration and maintenance of measurement instrumentation at our state‑of‑the‑art lentiviral vector development and manufacturing facility in Louisville, Colorado. Primary responsibilities include performing routine and non‑routine instrument calibrations supporting production, laboratory, and facilities operations.
The Calibration Technician works independently with minimal supervision to execute instrument calibrations for parameters including conductivity, pH, pressure, flow, temperature, speed, and mass in compliance with GxP and company quality standards. This role requires strong judgment and initiative to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, as well as the ability to coordinate and oversee external service providers to ensure all work and documentation meet Umoja requirements.
This role is an on-site position based out of our Louisville, CO location 5 days/week.

Cogent Biosciences is a publicly traded biotechnology company focused on developing novel precision therapies to treat a broad range of patients with unmet medical needs. The Role: Cogent is seeking a dedicated Research Animal Technician to join our team for weekend and holiday shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for administering scheduled doses of medications to research animals. You will also perform routine cleaning and maintenance of animal enclosures to uphold high standards of animal care and facility hygiene.
The ideal candidate is experienced in laboratory animal care, highly attentive to detail, and comfortable working independently while following established protocols. This position plays a critical role in supporting ongoing research and ensuring the health and well-being of animals in our care.

The base compensation for the Finished Goods Technician role starts at $58,800-$62,000 + bonus + equity; actual pay will be adjusted based on skills and experience. Employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off, holidays, employer covers 75% of medical plan with buy-up options, employer paid dental, employer paid vision, employer paid $25,000 life/AD&D policy, paid parental leave, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% match.
