What Your Days Will Look Like
- Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families
- Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development
- Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child's care plan
- Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings
- Partner daily with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care planning across disciplines
What We Offer
- Base Salary: $78,000 to $103,000
- Sign-on and Relocation Bonus: up to $15,000 in bonus pay, 2x PTO, or a mix of both
- Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000 annually)

Compensation:
- Hourly pay: $19 - $24/hour (once RBT-Certified)
- BT Paid Training: Colorado minimum wage

Your Responsibilities:
- Support children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other developmental challenges using evidence-based ABA interventions
- Implement personalized behavior plans designed by BCBAs® to build essential life skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Use discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching techniques to promote child growth and independence
- Collect precise behavioral data and maintain comprehensive session notes using technology
- Collaborate with ABA team members and multidisciplinary providers (OT, PT, SLP) to support skill mastery
- Respond to feedback and communicate effectively with team members and families
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices
- While services are primarily clinic-based, we also serve in-home patients. If you are required to provide in-home services, you will be appropriately trained
Qualifications:
Required:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to travel between client homes and the clinic; mileage reimbursement provided for in-home care
- Passion for working with children and making a difference
Preferred:
- BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- RBT certification or 40-hour RBT training completion
Note: New to ABA? No problem! We provide full training and cover your RBT certification costs.
Physical Requirements:
The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Position Summary:
The Qualified Autism Service Practitioner-Supervisor (QASP-S) is responsible for protocol modifications on skill programs and behavior intervention programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for children with autism spectrum disorder. This role serves as the bridge between treatment plans and direct implementation, ensuring all interventions meet specified clinical standards and achieve meaningful outcomes for our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct Protocol modification on individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, or community settings
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to track client progress
- Conduct skill assessments and functional behavior assessments under BCBA supervision
- Implement behavior management strategies and skill acquisition programs
- Train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in delivering high-quality interventions
- Document client progress and maintain accurate session notes
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency across environments

Required:

- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

The BCBA will provide high-quality clinical oversight and case management for pediatric clients receiving primarily in-home ABA services. This role is designed for clinicians who value flexibility, clinical autonomy, and relationship-based care, and who are interested in growing with an organization as services expand to include clinic-based care.
At launch, services will focus on in-home therapy with a hybrid supervision model (in-person and telehealth overlap). As the program grows, this role may evolve to include clinic-based supervision and additional leadership opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:

As a Hybrid In-Home/Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you're a key player in helping children learn new skills while addressing any behaviors that can be barriers to their independence!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel between all clinics to deliver consistent, high-quality occupational therapy and ensure continuity of care.

Administrative and Clinical Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- A minimum of a HS Diploma, bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field such as Education or Speech Therapy is preferred.
- RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is required.
- If the applicant does not have a bachelor’s degree, it is preferred they have at least two years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis and appropriate qualifications.
- BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
- Crisis Management training (e.g., Safety Care) certification or willingness to obtain.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted and effectively maintain close proximity to clients at all times (e.g., run after a client if needed to maintain no more than three feet proximity).

Position Summary:
The Float Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (FCOTA) role is a unique opportunity to be part of a flexible team that expands access to care for Woven Care’s patients. In this role, you’ll help define what it means to support both our clinicians and patients as a FCOTA. We’re looking for a dynamic therapist eager to broaden their impact. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel between all clinics to deliver consistent, high-quality occupational therapy and ensure continuity of care.
- Provide coverage for extended staff absences, including maternity and FMLA leaves, which may involve long-term placements at a single clinic.
- Build and refine systems and processes to allow the highest level of coverage.
- Proactively monitor the Shifts app with Clinic Managers, Clinical Administrators, and Patient Coordinators to address planned and immediate (i.e. leaves, illness, emergencies, etc.) clinical needs.
- Model clinical excellence, flexibility, and support patient care by covering for out-of-office clinicians.
- Provide flexible, as-needed coverage for treatment sessions and individualized recommendations
- Deliver daily therapy sessions aligned with current plans of care to drive progress and support home carryover.
- Complete timely, accurate documentation and billing in line with insurance and company standards.
- When possible, provide Telehealth sessions to serve children on waitlists.
- Meet regularly with your department head and float team to share clinic trends and identify training or consistency opportunities.
- Foster collaboration across the Woven Care team to enhance client outcomes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program
- Current DORA License in the state of CO or eligible to obtain it
- NBCOT certification required
- 5-years of pediatric experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
