Compensation:
- Hourly pay: $19 - $24/hour (once RBT-Certified)
- BT Paid Training: $15.16/hour until certified
- Performance bonuses: Up to $1,200 annually based on attendance and note completion
- Guaranteed hours: 30 hours per week for certified RBTs in good standing, regardless of client cancellations

Your Responsibilities:
- Support children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other developmental challenges using evidence-based ABA interventions
- Implement personalized behavior plans designed by BCBAs® to build essential life skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Use discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching techniques to promote child growth and independence
- Collect precise behavioral data and maintain comprehensive session notes using technology
- Collaborate with ABA team members and multidisciplinary providers (OT, PT, SLP) to support skill mastery
- Respond to feedback and communicate effectively with team members and families
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices
- While services are primarily clinic-based, we also serve in-home patients. If you are required to provide in-home services, you will be appropriately trained
Qualifications:
Required:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to travel between client homes and the clinic; mileage reimbursement provided for in-home care
- Passion for working with children and making a difference
Preferred:
- BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- RBT certification or 40-hour RBT training completion
Note: New to ABA? No problem! We provide full training and cover your RBT certification costs.
Physical Requirements:
The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to one-third of the time.

Position Summary:
The Qualified Autism Service Practitioner-Supervisor (QASP-S) is responsible for protocol modifications on skill programs and behavior intervention programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for children with autism spectrum disorder. This role serves as the bridge between treatment plans and direct implementation, ensuring all interventions meet specified clinical standards and achieve meaningful outcomes for our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct Protocol modification on individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, or community settings

Required:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, social work, behavior analysis)
- Current QASP-S certification or at least 900 hours completed
- Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Working toward BCBA certification

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel between all clinics to deliver consistent, high-quality occupational therapy and ensure continuity of care.
- Provide coverage for extended staff absences, including maternity and FMLA leaves, which may involve long-term placements at a single clinic.
- Build and refine systems and processes to allow the highest level of coverage.
- Proactively monitor the Shifts app with Clinic Managers, Clinical Administrators, and Patient Coordinators to address planned and immediate (i.e. leaves, illness, emergencies, etc.) clinical needs.
- Model clinical excellence, flexibility, and support patient care by covering for out-of-office clinicians.
- Provide flexible, as-needed coverage for treatment sessions and evaluations (initial and re-evaluations), including goal setting, plan of care updates, and individualized recommendations
- Deliver daily therapy sessions aligned with current plans of care to drive progress and support home carryover.
- Complete timely, accurate documentation and billing in line with insurance and company standards.
- When possible, provide Telehealth sessions to serve children on waitlists.
- Meet regularly with your department head and float team to share clinic trends and identify training or consistency opportunities.
- Foster collaboration across the Woven Care team to enhance client outcomes.
