• Lead Talkdesk’s Strategic HLS Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) customer implementation projects from kick-off to completion 
• Define project scope, schedule project activities, and integrate those into the broader project plan with the customer project manager(s)
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously. Work with customers, partners, & internal solutions consultants to drive positive progress across multi-location & multi-phase deployments for all project related activities
• Proactively identify risks pertaining to time, scope, & budget. Develop comprehensive mitigation strategies with clear communication plan for all internal & external stakeholders
• Conduct regular status meetings with customers and team to assess progress against plan; performs re-forecasts of project variables as necessary throughout the project to ensure timeline adherence
• Conduct executive business reviews throughout the implementation with executive and senior leadership outlining projects status, open risks and project success dependencies
• Understand customer use cases, formulate best practices, and document requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs
• Partner with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Support, etc. to ensure timely delivery of feature requests, bug fixes and support requests
• Participate in the sales cycle as necessary to formulate the delivery approach and develop a proposal/SOW
• Conduct post mortem with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate overall project performance. Lead root cause analysis discussion, formulate strategies for process improvement, and follow through 
• Drive professional accountability for the overall success of the project, ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably client facing
• 5 + years of experience working with healthcare or life sciences organizations
• Proven experience working in a SaaS organization 
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in client management, or significant professional experience in a Project Management role, MBA Degree preferred 
• Engaging personality, polished verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to communicate and manage escalations and maintain C level relationships
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment, such as strong organization skills and business acumen
• Salesforce and other CRM experience preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English, bilingual abilities a plus
• Travel requirement: up to 30%

Pay Range (OTE Pay):   $96,000 - $160,000

The Role

AXS actively seeking a Database Engineer to provide quality, scalable data solutions for AXS products. The candidate will be expected to collaborate to design and then develop, implement, and optimize critical databases, processes and reports to achieve business goals and support the development and data platform teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Aurora, MongoDB, etc.).
• Integrate database deployments into CI/CD pipelines to enable automated schema migrations, rollback, and testing.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) for database provisioning (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a Database Engineer / DBA with at least 3+ years in a DevOps/Cloud environment.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server,  Aurora (at least one deeply, others working knowledge).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Liqbase,  GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a plus).

What you’ll likely work on:

• Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions, both clinical and administrative,  and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary

About this role

As a Community Health Worker, you will be Waymark’s frontline presence in the community, connecting with patients to provide social support, advocacy and navigation. You will work to improve the health of patients from low- income communities, by connecting them with various providers and resources. You will be part of a care team that is multidisciplinary and includes licensed clinical social workers, pharmacists, and care coordinators. 

Key Responsibilities

• Attend a 2-3 week long paid training program.
• Meet patients in the community, in the home, and in healthcare facilities (including hospitals) and conduct a needs assessment, including motivating patients to set and achieve health goals.
• Help patients with health-related social issues like homelessness, substance use and hunger.  
• Work with other CHWs and staff to create a directory of community resources (e.g., food banks, housing assistance programs, childcare resources, etc.).

Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring an experienced Roadway Engineer (EIT) to join our dynamic Transportation Design team in one of our Ohio offices. This position will offer the opportunity to work on a variety of transportation projects spanning multiple states, multiple clients and presenting unique challenges. Our Team is staffed with industry experts who are passionate about mentoring the next generation of designers and teaching vital skills for becoming a successful engineer. Given the wide range of projects and clients, our engineers are exposed to a number of different practices which allow them to not only become well rounded, but also to find a specialty they have interest in. While work is usually related to transportation, engineers regularly work in disciplines outside of the standard transportation roles. The Resident Services Coordinator provides support and referral services to a population of residents in subsidized multifamily properties. They will monitor the residents’ living conditions, the needs, and the services they are receiving. The Resident Service Coordinator will coordinate programs and services to help residents maintain and improve their quality of life and track their impact and effectiveness.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Work collaboratively with residents to survey their interests in programming and related activities.

• Create a communications plan (flyers, social media, automated calling, home visits, calendar of events, etc.) to inform residents of meetings, programs, and special events. 

• Provide direct case management support to prevent evictions, utility cut-offs, and to help ensure food security and health.

The Role

Woolpert is hiring a Technical Dynamics 365 Data Migration Manager to join our dynamic Corporate Applications. This position reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Applications. This role is accountable for leading and executing ERP data migrations for companies acquired by Woolpert in support of the firm’s growth strategy. This role is a hands-on technical leadership position within the Corporate Applications team, responsible for defining migration strategy, leading the IT data migration team, and designing and executing enterprise-wide data migration and ETL processes.

This role is critical to the successful integration of acquired companies into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) by ensuring accurate, timely, and auditable conversion of legacy data into Woolpert’s ERP ecosystem. Job Summary:

The Field Reimbursement Manager is a regionally field based position that provides reimbursement and access support for patients who have been prescribed a rare disease product.  Reporting to the Director, Patient Access Solutions, he/she will work closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and ancillary staff, as well as patients and caregivers of patients to prevent and address barriers to patient access and reimbursement. Also, this candidate will align with Kyowa Kirin’s Commercial and Patient Services Team(s), to ensure that the team is collaborating on behalf of patients, their care teams, and other therapy partners to ensure access to uninterrupted therapy and support throughout the patient treatment journey.

Essential Functions:

• Provide coordination of care to patients and their caregivers accessing a rare disease product by working with Healthcare Providers to ensure access
• In person meetings with patients, healthcare providers, and/or other office staff to discuss and educate on product specific coverage and reimbursement, alternative insurance and coverage options, and relevant information to aid in the continued access of a rare disease product.
• Assist with and provide information and education regarding general reimbursement and process related information and assistance to help HCPs obtain reimbursement for their patients
• Ensure that all patients and providers are well educated and informed throughout the treatment journey to ensure and maintain treatment schedule as prescribed by their provider
• Subject matter expert on relevant reimbursement topics related to rare disease therapy
• Billing, reimbursement, and procurement options expert
• Able to provide support to help troubleshoot billing and coverage hurdles with office staff

Annualized base salary ranges from $160,000 – $185,000 plus sales incentive; actual salaries will vary and may be above or below this range commensurate with various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and merit.

What You’ll Do  

The role of the Community Health Worker (CHW) is to create connections between diverse, underserved, and vulnerable populations to health and social service systems. Building trust and promoting encouragement are two of this role’s key objectives. This role assists the patient in accessing community services for their specific needs. The Community Health Worker also supports medical providers and the management team by creating community outreach programs and activities. These outreach programs are designed to promote, maintain, and improve the health of the patients and their family they serve. This position reports to Clinical Leader.  

The Day to Day 

• Serves as a liaison between multiple service providers and assists with enrollment in services and community resources by delivering culturally competent care. 
• Completes applications for resources, paperwork for provider visits, and additional administrative support activities. 
• Follows up and tracks referrals and outcomes for pharmacy, durable medical equipment (DME), and home care. 
• Assists with finding and scheduling transportation, advocates for members/patients, supports clinical staff, administers health screenings, and coordinates care (including identifying and accessing resources and overcoming barriers).  
• Builds and maintains current resource inventories for service area across multiple states. 
• Identifies situations calling for mandatory reporting and carry out mandatory reporting requirements by state requirements. 
• Provides in-person patient care which may include standing, sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Minimum Qualifications 

• 2+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification. 
• Community Health Worker Certification is required for positions located or serving in the following states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MO, NC, NM, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, VA. 
• Efficient and reliable transportation, including an active driver’s license, allowing for the ability to travel across an assigned region to meet patient needs. Locations may include offices, clinics, and patient homes. 
• Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Certified CHW, CHES, certified nurse aid, or licensed medical assistant.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in the use of REVIT and CAD computer modeling and rendering software.
• The ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without needing a work visa or residency sponsorship.
