What You’ll Do
The Enrollment Associate is responsible for educating patients about their eligible healthcare services and directly scheduling them with our provider team. Depending on the patient’s eligibility, this role will also be collecting sensitive patient information to assist our care teams in preparing the right services for the patient.
Building trust-based relationships is at the core of Strive’s care model, and that patient experience starts with the Enrollment Associate. By establishing an empathetic connection with our patients, this individual will convincingly present Strive’s care model based on patient needs, nimbly address inquiries and objections, and be the patient’s support anchor throughout the enrollment process.
This role is a high call volume remote contact center-based position that supports Strive patient growth initiatives through both inbound and outbound calls. Success is dependent upon supporting our patients to schedule appointments with our providers. As a data-driven organization, we will use key performance indicators to help guide and coach this role’s performance. This includes daily contacts, first call resolution, average handle time, and quality process adherence within our systems of record. This individual will report to the Lead, Enrollment.

The main function of this role will be to review data received from Strive clients and determine if the data is complete and accurate. If the data is not complete and accurate, the Senior Analyst will quantify the impact of imperfect data and work with the client to resolve the issues. What You’ll Do
As the Clinical Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for completing quality review processes for care management and care delivery programs. This role is responsible for ensuring appropriate clinical and care delivery practices are utilized and case documentation meets established standards consistently to support meeting internal and external quality standards, compliance, and expectations. As an auditor, you will utilize clinical experience, expertise, and quality guidelines to review patient files, care plans and interactions and care plans against appropriate applicable quality criteria in conjunction with program, accreditation and industry requirements. You will support various Kidney Hero roles (clinical and non-clinical) regarding case auditing, outcomes and coaching, quality improvement strategies, resource development and other activities to promote continuous quality improvement. This quality improvement support will be provided to operational managers and leadership to communicate and facilitate resolution for quality risks, such as root cause analysis and remediation recommendations. As a quality auditor, you will serve as a quality liaison and advisor to various Strive roles and departments such as kidney heroes, operational leadership and managers, education and training colleagues. You will serve as a care manager and quality subject matter expert, applying critical thinking and decision-making skills to determine medical appropriateness while maintaining production goals and Quality Assurance standards.

The Sr. Cloud Engineer is primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and operating Strive Health’s cloud platforms and services with a focus on security, reliability, automation and user experience. What You’ll Do
As a Sr. Network Engagement Partner, you will own the external Provider and Network relationships (PCP’s, Nephrologists, Hospitals, etc) in markets that Strive is contracted to deliver services. In this role, the Sr. Network Engagement Partner will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships with provider groups as Strive launches new markets. This highly critical role ensures our highly vulnerable chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients have the highest level of quality and continuity of care. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Network Engagement.
