Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, based on the needs of the business, for a shift minimum of 4 hours. Full-Time non-exempt associates are expected to have open availability, 7 days a week, between 32 - 40 hours. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).

Per Scholas seeks a proactive, technically skilled, and learner-focused individual to serve as a Satellite Teaching Fellow within the Training Department. Our Satellite location is located 10 minutes from our main Cincinnati campus. The base salary range for this role is 122,000 to $163,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. The role:
The Director of Quality Assurance, AEMEA is responsible for overseeing the quality of Kao Group products and services in the designated market and ensuring they meet customer expectations. The Lead Product Manager is the business champion and team linguist that is accountable for maximizing the value of their product in partnership with their development team. The Core Science team is responsible for some of our most foundational data science products including enterprise-wide segmentations and store measurement tools. As Senior Data Scientist on the Core Science team, you will build and maintain our new Customer Dimensions and Functional Loyalty. Our team plays a crucial role in building core segmentations that are used across the business in various functions like customer reporting and targeting.
In this role, you will maintain and enhance existing dimensions, support business use of dimensions, build and monitor data quality dashboards, and develop new customer dimensions to expand our view of customers.
