Overall, the NCIA plays a critical role in ensuring the security and effectiveness of NATO's communication and information technology capabilities.
The program
Assistance and Advisory Service (AAS)
The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is NATO’s principal C3 capability deliverer and CIS service provider. It provides, maintains and defends the NATO enterprise-wide information technology infrastructure to enable Allies to consult together under Article IV, and, when required, stand together in the face of attack under Article V.
To provide these critical services, in the modern evolving dynamic environment the NCI Agency needs to build and maintain high performance-engaged workforce. The NCI Agency workforce strategically consists of three major categorise's: NATO International Civilians (NIC)'s, Military (Mil), and Interim Workforce Consultants (IWC)'s. The IWCs are a critical part of the overall NCI Agency workforce and make up approximately 15 percent of the total workforce.

Role Background
The NATO Cyber and Digital Transformation (CDT) Division, led by the Assistant Secretary General (ASG), ensures ICT coherence across NATO’s 50+ civil and military bodies, serving over 25,000 users. Reporting to the Secretary General, the ASG oversees enterprise directives and advises on IT acquisition and services.
In 2026, NATO's ASG is prioritizing digital transformation, cloud migration, and becoming a data-centric organization. This strategic effort focuses on modernizing processes, harnessing AI, and integrating business services to build a more coherent organization. By optimizing business workflows, NATO aims to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen security, and achieve seamless cloud adoption.
To achieve this, CDT is seeking support in managing and coordinating a Business Services Program aimed at bringing coherence and modernizing the NATO Enterprise Business Services landscape. This initiative is part of the NATO Digital Transformation Implementation Strategy, which promotes improving processes and leveraging digital echnologies. The project addresses the need for greater alignment and improvement of processes across the NATO Enterprise to support ongoing digital transformation efforts. An initial study has been conducted and a plan has been prepared. The goal is to build upon this foundation by following up on the next steps by managing the transformation office to coordinate the delivery of business transformation across NATO Enterprise.
Responsibilities include leading the transformation office, program/project management, stakeholder management, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for independent hotels, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
For independent properties with limited staff and time, every pricing decision, missed opportunity, or manual task adds up quickly. When AI takes repetitive work off their plate and helps hoteliers act faster, the impact is felt almost immediately.
You will be selling a comprehensive suite of AI-driven tools designed specifically to streamline and elevate independent hotel operations. You'll empower hoteliers to replace manual guesswork with automated pricing and reservation management, ultimately helping them drive up to 21% more revenue. This means less time behind the screen and more time delivering the exceptional guest experiences that keep independent properties competitive.
What makes this different: you won’t do it alone. Lighthouse is deploying an agent AI infrastructure — Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents — alongside a modern revenue stack. This Task Order requires travel, consisting of up to 3 visits to NCIA Brussels (one per quarter) for a maximum of one working day each visit. Travel dates will be planned during the Project Kick-off Meeting with NCIA Project Manager. The travel, lodging and associated expenses for travel are included in the price of the bid (NTE), such that the purchaser shall not be invoiced.
Extraordinary Travel (Purchaser Directed Travel) may be required to other NATO or non- ATO locations as necessary. In the event of such unforeseen meetings being called, the cost of all travel and subsistence will be addressed through a contract amendment.
Extraordinary Travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with Article 5.5 of AAS+ Framework Contract. Such costs will be set as a separate PO line with a not to exceed value to cover and reimburse of actual expenses upon submissions of all receipts and invoices in line with NCIA processes.

You'll be responsible for understanding how customers adopt, expand, and succeed with Collibra's platform, and for building the analytical foundations that make those insights scalable, governed, and increasingly AI-assisted.
This role sits at the intersection of strategic analytics and the future of how Collibra consumes its own data. You'll own a critical analytics domain end-to-end, from customer health and product adoption through expansion patterns and renewal dynamics.
